In the most current Turn-key bidding and Alternative design, is going to establish maintenance plan along with a economical assessment (VE/LCC assessment etc). Generally, establishment of maintenance plan is based on past experiences that are decided upon sensor position and amount with analytic or mechanical control section. But, it is more reasonable that maintenance plan based on level of significance for Probabilistic Risk, with presuming damage probability assessment of structural fracture scenarios. Therefore, in this study it is considered about the technique that an improved maintenance plan of railroad structures using PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) on the basis of structural reliability theory. For this, in the paper, Preventive maintenance plan based on PRA is suggested with an application example of Pansong-Line (Line number 3) railway in Pusan works that actually executed Turn-key design.

충격이나 진동 등의 충격에너지를 기계 마찰에 따른 열에너지로 변환하여 대기 중에 방출함과 아울러 탄성에너지로 축적한 후 마찰에 따른 열에너지로 점진적으로 방출하여 충격을 감쇠시키는 마찰식 완충기를 개발하는 데 있다. 동하중의 운동에너지를 흡수하여 감쇠시키는 완충기는 그 구동방식에 따라 마찰식 완충기와 유압식 완충기가 많이 사용되었으나, 유압식 완충기는 설치되는 주변의 환경, 즉 온도, 습도, 방사능, 유압유의 점도 등에 의해 사용할 때 많은 제약을 받는다. 유압식 완충기는 내부에 유압유가 충전되므로 내부구조가 복잡하고 사후 관리비용이 증가되며, 상대적으로 중량체로서 설치하기가 힘들다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 유압유가 누설되는 경우에 동하중이 가해질 때 완충기능을 수행할 수 없게 되어, 배관의 움직임 속도에 따라 완충력이 상이하게 되므로 사용용도가 한정되는 문제점도 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제점 해소를 위해 구조가 간단하면서 유압유가 사용되지 않는 마찰식 완충기의 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 완충기를 사용하고 있는 현장에서 실험적으로 검증할 수 있고, 효율적인 마찰식 완충기 개발을 위한 마찰재 원료배합 및 제조조건을 데이터 베이스화 할 수 있다. The object of this research is developing of the frictional damper(snubber) that converts impulse energy(shock, vibration) into heat energy and elastic energy and gradually emits heat energy into the atmosphere. The development of the frictional damper has the following distinctive feature. It has simple structure, light weight and good response to the vibration. After the frictional damper is set it has no need post control, has to control various damping force, preserves fixed pressure, converts vibration energy into heat energy. Consequently we select following contents of research. A. Inquiry within the framework of the frictional damper B. Development of the friction damper using reduction powder steel. C. Appraisal of an efficiency test of frictional damper As a result, the development of the frictional damper is possible to improve the point at issue; exactly an post control, easiness of the installation, the expected life span. So we are supposed to apply in petro-chemistry factory and a steel mill. We research the combination of raw material and the condition of the production for development of the friction damper systematically. We rejuvenate waste matter in steel mill as the sludge generating steel mill makes into reduction powder steel.

The acute toxicity of DWP305 (Ursodeoxycholic acid : Silymarin : Fursulthiamine : Riboflavin tetrabutyrate=1 : 1 : 0.1 : 0.05) was evaluated in both sexes of Sprague-Dawley rats, 6 weeks old by the oral route of administration. DWP305 was not considered to induce any toxic effect on the rats in mortalities, clinical findings, body weights and gross findings. It is suggested that LD_(50) value in rats would be above 5 g/㎏ in the oral administration. Subacute toxicity of DWP305 was examined in Sprague-Dawley rats. Four groups of rats were administered orally at doses of 0, 0.32, 0.8, and 2.0 g/㎏/day of DWP305 for one month. Any significant toxic clinical symptom was not observed in the treated rats during the experimental period. Macroscopic examination on the organs of tested animals showed no abnormal findings. On autopsy, no significant changes were found in organs examined. Maximum tolerated dose of DWP305 for the rat was estimated to be above 2 g/㎏ in this study.

최근 철도소음과 진동으로 인한 환경오염의 영향이 심각한 실정이다. 더불어, 우리나라의 경우에는 철도소음과 진동에 관한 측정결과가 충분하지 않고, 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준치가 미흡하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 철도진동과 전파와 저감특성을 조사하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 앞으로 철도진동에 관한 저감방안을 수립하는데 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 예상된다. In recently, rail traffic noise and vibration have an serious effect for physical and spiritual health and has become a very serious environmental pollution on the residents living nearby railway tracks. Nevertheless, in our country, adequate guide lines for the vibration are not yet established because of the lack of basic data and insufficient research works. In this paper, this study attempts to surveys the characteristics of attenuation and propagation of rail vibration. and as carry out at the same time the effect of vibration of structures. This study intends to get a basic data in establishing a standard and effective vibration plans for rail vibration in the future.

소음에 의한 환경오염은 대부분의 나라에서에서 생활의 질을 해치는 환경오염원 중 하나로 인식될 뿐 아니라 새로운 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 환경소음의 저감을 위해서는 먼저 환경소음을 측정하고 현재 환경소음의 수준을 파악해야한다. 따라서, 이 연구에서는 전라북도 주요 도시를 중심으로 환경소음의 저감하기 위한 실태 조사를 실시하였다. 환경소음 실태조사를 위한 측정지점을 주거지역, 준주거지역, 상업지역, 공업지역 등으로 구분하였으며, 주간, 야간 시간대에 소음진동 공정시험법에 제시한 공정시험법에 준하여 측정하였다. The environmental pollution by noise is recognized by the pollution source made it not only to carry out harm of the quality of a life of people seriously in most countries, but was generated for most actual problems. The measure to such environmental noise must conduct first investigation which noise generating currently regarded as questionable says in what grade has resulted and the suitable measure by that is studied. The concern of the residents who demand such a comfortable living environment is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the 3 areas of Jeollabuk-Do judged that noise is comparatively severe was selected. It is going to grasp delicately the noise actual condition of a residential, semi-residential, commercial, industrial area.

Subacute toxicities of DWH-01(Ranitidine : Bismuth : Sucralfate = 1.5 : 2 : 6) were inverstigated in Sprague-Dawley rats. After oral administration of DWH-01 with different dosages of 5g/kg, lg/kg, and 0.2g/kg, we examined the number of deaths, general signs, food intake, water intake, body weight and histopatholgical changes for both sexes of rats. During the adminstration period, urinalysis and opthalmological examination were also performed in the treated animals. 1) Animals were all survived for 4 weeks. 2) There were no significant differences in pathological and opthalmological findings between the control and treated animals. 3) There were no significant changes in body weight, food intake and water intake compared with control group. 4) In hematological examination and blood chemical analysis, there was no significant change compared with control group. 5) In histopathological examinations of organs and tissues, there was some hemorrhage in a lung tissue of low dose group, but it was thought to be caused by environmental factor. These data suggest that DWH-01 is not subacutely toxic in Sprague-Dawley rats.
HTLV - I 의 불멸화에 의한 T 세포의 특성 및 한국인 악성 림프종과 Retrovirus 감염과의 관계

Objectives: 1) The relationship between malignant T-cell lymphoma and retroviral infection was examined in sixty-two cases of non Hodgkin's lymphoma arising in nodal and extranodal site to presume the etiologic factors in the pathogenesis of T-cell lymphoma arising in Korean. 2) Human T-cell leukemia/lymphoma virus type I(HTLV-1) is known as an etiologic agent of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma(ATL), however, the precise role of the HTLV I on the genesis of ATL is unclear. To elucidate the mechanism of the leukemogenesis on the ATL, establishment of cell line harboring HTLV-I is indispensable. Methods: 1) Sixty- two cases of malignant lymphoma were examined with a battery of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies directed to T-cell, B-cell and macrophage-lineage to determine the immunophenotypes. Reverse transcriptase activity and the pol gene region in HTLV-I were examined by RNA directed DNA polymerase assay and polymerase chain reaction. 2) Two helper T-cell lines, designated JP(JP-1 and JP-2), were established by co-culturing normal human cord leukocytes with a lethally irradiated HTLV-I-harboring human leukocytes cell line(MT-2). Results: 1) There are no evidence of retroviral infection including HTI.V-I in examined 7 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphama. 2) JP-1(interleukin 2 dependent) had a normal karyotype, and expressed the surface markers CD3+, CD4+, CD8-, CD19-, CD25+ and HLA-DR+. JP-2(IL-2 independent) had tetraploidy on the 22nd passage, and exhibited the surface markers CD3-, CD4+, CD8-, CD19-, CD25+ and HLA-DR+. T-cell receptor(TCR)-β chain gene was detected in these two cell lines by Southern blot hybridization techniques with (32)P-labelled DNA probe Jpconfirming T-cell nature. Jβ2 cells were all immunoreactive with anti-HTLV-1, p 19, p 24, gp46 and pX antibodies. The proviral genome of HTLV-1 was detected in these cell lines by Southern blot hybridization by the (32)P-labelled DNA probe, pHT-1 (M)3.9. Electron microscopy of JP 2 cells revealed a few of type C virus particles. Conelusion: 1) These results suggest that the evidence of retroviral infection as an etiological factors in the pathogenesis of T-cell lymphoma is poor. 2) HTLV-1 was transmitted from the infected human leukocyte cell line to human cord helper T-cells with the development of immortalized HTLV-1 producing T-cell lines, and IL-2 independent cell line(JP-2) lost their CD3 antigen, It is suspicious that there is the second factors to induce malignant transformation in the genesis of adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma because of absence of the tumorigenecity in the JP cell lines harboring HTLV-1.
