COP length and velocity measured by Zebris during four position(Comfortable foot position, N1/Comfortable foot position with dual task using cell phone, N2/ Closed foot position, F3/ Closed foot position with dual task using cell phone, F4) Results Participants showed N3 group``s COP length and velocity significantly increase compared with N1 group. But N2, F4 group``s COP length and velocity non-significantly increase compared with N1 group. Unaffected side weight bearing ratio significantly high compared with affected side. Conclusion These findings Closed Foot position of patients with chronic stroke increases posture sway on standing position control.
