무선 네트워크의 사용이 일반화 되면서 다양한 특징을 갖는 네트워크 간의 연동의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 최근 휴대인터넷(WiBro)이 새로운 서비스로 추가되어 점차 다양화됨에 따라 이종 무선 네트워크 간의 연동(interworking)을 통한 통합 무선 서비스가 예견된다. 본 논문에서는 3G 네트워크와 WiBro 네트워크의 연동을 고려하여 3G 가입자가 자신의 USIM으로 WiBro 네트워크를 사용하기 위히여 EAP-AKA 메커니즘을 적용한 효율적인 상호 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

This paper deals with an implementation method for the one chip microprocessor(8097)-based capacitance type wave recorder for a measuring real-time wave height. The system was developed to make it possible to real-time remote sensing the wave height by deploying the RS-232/422/485 communication methods. The system test results for the developed system such as linearity, system stability and robustness of the disturbance was also verified through the performance tests of the system.<br/> Furthermore, the system was developed after due consideration with connecting the public network such as satellite mobile communication system and LAN, through the deploying VLSI(Very Large Scale Integration) design techniques.
트렌치 산화막을 갖는 정전유도트랜지스터의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, two types of vertical SIT(Static Induction Transistor) structures are proposed to improve their electrical characteristics including the blocking voltage. Besides, the two dimensional numerical simulations were carried out using ISE-TCAD to verify the validity of the device and examine the electrical characteristics. First, a trench gate region oxide power SIT device is proposed to improve forward blocking characteristics. Second, a trench gate-source region power SIT device is proposed to obtain more higher forward blocking voltage and forward blocking characteristics at the same size. The two proposed devices have superior electrical characteristics when compared to conventional device. In the proposed trench gate oxide power SIT, the forward blocking voltage is considerably improved by using the vertical trench oxide and the forward blocking voltage is 1.5 times better than that of the conventional vertical power SIT. In the proposed trench gate-source oxide power SIT, it has considerable improvement in forward blocking characteristics which shows 1500V forward blocking voltage at -10V of the gate voltage. Consequently, the proposed trench oxide power SIT has the superior stability and electrical characteristics than the conventional power SIT.

In aquaculture industrial field, an automatic management and control system is needed to cope with the difficulties such as expensive wage, ripe age of management worker and risk according to the unexpected change of environmental conditions in the aquarium. This paper introduces an automatic aquarium monitoring and control system. The system is developed using PC single board computer. A PC can be connected to multi-single hoard computers, and the communication between PC and single board computers is based on RS-422/485 interfacing method. The physical data of pH, DO, temperature and water level etc. are real-timely treated in the single board computer though individual transducers, transfered to the main monitoring PC through RS-422/485 communication, and those data are graphically shown on the PC monitor. Furthermore, the environmental circumstance can be monitored through the image processing system, and the emergency system can be operated under the condition of environmental incident such as electric power stoppage, DO deficiency, pump shut down and low level water etc.
