        자연과학편 : 운동부하(運動負荷) 후(後) 혈중(血中) 무기질(無機質) · 효소(酵素) · 중성지방(中性脂肪)의 변화(變化)

        The purpose of this research was to compare the changes of minerals, ferment, and trig·levels of the athletes group with non-athletes group on plasma after 100 meters swimming and 20 meters subaqueous swimming respectively.The results were obtained.1. At the test of NA, K, CL, CA, P, LDH, SGOT, SGPT, BUN, U.A, and TRIG, all of athletes and non-athletes group skewed normal range.2. After swimming, the changes of NA, CL in non-athletes group were more decreased by 0.2meq / ℓ, 1.75meq / ℓ respectively than those of athletes group. The changes of K in both groups were level with that the rest.3. After swimming, the changes of P in athletes group and non-athletes group were decreased by o.195㎎ / ㎗, 0.4㎎ / ㎗ and the changes of TRIG in athletes group was same as that of the rest. But that of TRIG in non-athletes group was decreased by 1.5㎎ / ㎗.4. After swimming, the changes of LDH, SGOT, SGPT in both groups were increased and the changes of LDH and SGOT in non-athletes group were the highest increase among them by 8.25 unit / ℓ, 3.25unit / ℓ.5. After swimming, the changes of BUN and U.A in all of both groups were increased by 1.5㎎ / ㎗, 0.4㎎ / ㎗.

        VDR 유전자 다형성에 따른 쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이트 선수들의 무산소성 능력 및 체성분에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 대한빙상경기연맹에 등록된 2011년 4월 국가대표 선발전 등위를 토대로 쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이트 국가대표, 상비군급 남자선수 40명을 대상으로 VDR 유전자 타입별 무산소성 능력 및 체성분 관련성을 구명하는 연구로서 VDR 유전자 타입에 따른 무산소성 능력과 체성분 검사 후 변인들의 평균을 비교하기 위하여 일원분산분석을 실시하여 타입간 유의차를 확인하였다. 그리고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 쇼트트랙 스피드 스케이트 남자선수들의VDR 유전자 다형성 빈도 분포는 FF 타입은 14명(35%), Ff 타입은 22명(55%), ff 타입은 4명(10%)으로 나타났다. 상대평균근력에서 ff 타입이 Ff 타입과 FF 타입보다 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.01). 쇼트트랙스피드 스케이트 남자선수들의 VDR 유전자 타입별 체성분 분석을 측정한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. This study is to investigate the relationship between anaerobic ability by VDR gene type and body composition for 40 male players of Korean national short track speed skate in the grade of backup athlete based on the rank of national Korean national team selective final match in Apr. 2011, registered in Korea Skating Union. As the result of anaerobic ability and body composition test, all these variables were investigated for significant differences using one-wey ANOVA and the conclusions were as follows. For the frequency distribution for VDR gene polymorphism in male players of short track speed skate, there were 14 players (35%) in FF type, 22 players (55%) in Ff type and 4 players (10%) in ff type. As the result of measuring anaerobic ability by VDR gene type of male players in short track speed skate, ff type is higher than Ff type and FF type in Peak power(W), ff type is higher than Ff type and FF type in Peak power(kg), ff type is higher than Ff type and FF type in Average power(W), ff type is higher than Ff type and FF type in Average power(kg) and there was a significant difference statistically (p<.01). As the result of analyzing body composition by VDR gene type of male players in short track speed skate, there was no significant difference.
