In order to reduce the offset and its temperature drift by the different properties of the piezoresistors and the residual stress of the piezoresistive pressure sensor, a double Wheatstone-bridge pressure sensor was studied. Because the compensation bridge was arranged near by the pressure sensitive bridge, which have the similar offset component, reduction of the offset and its temperature drift was realized by the mathematical subtraction of the output of two bridges. It was configured the compensation of the offset and its temperature drift. By this compensation method, the offset and its temperature drift were reduced approximately 9 respectively. The sensitivity of the fabricated pressure sensor was 11.7 mV/Vkg/cm^(-2) for 0.9 kg/cm^(-2) full-scale pressure range.
전용 CMOS IC 에 의한 다중 생체 텔레미트리 시스템 제작

This paper presents a manufacture of the multiple subjects biotelemetry system using custom CMOS IC fabricated 1.5,um n-well process technology. The implantable circuits of the system except sensor interface circuits including FM transmitter are fabricated on a single chip with the size of 4 x q mm. It is possible to assemble the implantable system in a hybrid package as small as 3 x 3 x 2.5cm by using this chip. It`s main function is to enable continuous measurement simultaneously up to 7-channel physiological signals from the selected one among 8 subjects. Another features of this system are to enable continuous measurement of physiological signals, and to accomplish ON/OFF switching of an implanted battery by subject selection signal with command signal from the external circuit. If this system is coupled with another appropriate sensors in medical field, various physiological parameters such as pressure, pH and temperature are to be measured effectively in the near future.

The output characteristics on various rectification methods of X-ray equipments for the purpose of medical use are investigated by means of X-ray multimeter. in comparison the measured values with setting values, the accuracy of X-ray tube voltage and illumination time was varied in the range of +70% in case of three phase type including inverter type. The inverter type also showed a good reproducibility. As the experimental results, it is desirable that the inverter type X-ray equipment will be widely used in the near future.
Al/P-Si MIS型 太陽電池의 製作과 그 特性에 관한 硏究

The Al/P-Si MIS solar cells were fabricated by vacuum evaporation method. The interfacial oxide layer was grown by ramp heating for 5 minutes. Thin Aluminum film was deposited on the chemically etched (100) surface of a single sillcon crystal by vacuum evaporation. The solar cells showed good rectification properties which have the built-in potential of 0.76V and the quality factor of 1.6 under dark condition. The cells indicated that the open circuit voltage, short circuit photocurrent density, fill factor and energy conversion efficiency were 0.53V, 35mA/㎠, 0.62 and 12.4%, respectively, under 98mw/㎠ tungsten halogen lamp irradiation.
