팀 스포츠 선수의 역할 명료성, 역할 만족, 팀 응집력을 통한 선수 만족도

이 연구는 팀 스포츠선수의 역할 명료성, 역할 만족, 팀 응집력을 통한 선수만족도의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 조사도구는 설문지였으며, 연구대상은 팀 경기를 하는 선수 281명을 편의표집(convenience sampling)하여 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 15.0와 Amos 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계, 신뢰도 분석, CFA 및 구조방정식 모형(SEM)분석과 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트랩핑(Boostrapping)을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선수의 역할 명료성과 역할 만족은 팀 응집력에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 팀 응집력은 선수만족도에, 개인성취는 팀 성취에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 역할 만족은 팀 응집력과 개인성취를 함께 경유하여 팀 성취에 간접효과를 나타냈으며, 마지막으로 팀 응집력은 개인성취의 부분매개역할로써 팀 성취에 간접효과를 나타냈다. Athlete satisfaction has been recognized as one of the most important factors which determine the keeping or discarding of the sport organization. The purpose of this study was to assess the structural relationship between role clarity, role satisfaction, team cohesion, and athlete satisfaction in various team sports. Specifically, the study examined the mediated effects of team cohesion and individual performance in the relationship. The available data were 281(93.7%) out of 300 athletes affiliated to team sports such as handball, field hockey, taekwondo, rugby, soccer, basketball, and aerobics. Descriptive analysis, correlation, and reliability were conducted using SPSSWIN. 15.0. By AMOS 18.0, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model, and bootstrapping were analyzed. Results indicated that role clarity and role satisfaction had a positive significant impact on team cohesion. In the relationship between team cohesion and individual and team performance, team cohesion was significant with both individual and team performance. In addition, individual performance appeared to have a significant impact on team performance. With respect to the mediated effect advanced in this study, team cohesion and individual performance had the significant mediated effect in the relationship between role satisfaction, team cohesion, individual performance, and team performance. Furthermore, individual performance partially mediated in the relationship between team cohesion and team performance.
