        도시관리자와 여론 간 상호작용에 관한 연구: 서울 강서지역 특수학교 설립 과정을 사례로

        This study applied the concept of urban managerialism to a case area in Seoul to learn the interaction between urban managers and public opinion that affect the decision making process in city. The main results of the study are as follows. First, public opinion that has grown since the democratization, such as the introduction of direct election, has become a subject that directly or indirectly affects policy decisions using various routes and methods. Second, urban managers recognize that their status and power to perform their role and duties are attributed to public opinion. It influences the allocation of urban resources. This enables non-urban managers to interact with process of distributing urban resources, so ‘indirect urban management acting’ by ‘non-urban managers’ can be realized. Third, urban managers are considering public opinion in the decision-making process, but they give priority public opinion that delegated legal authority to themselves. In other words, urban managers consider public opinion differently according to their identity and autonomy, and the distribution method of urban resources they choose is also different. This study has significance in that it has applied urban managerialism to our nation at present to identify the differentiation process of urban managers’ identity and it was conducted to analyze superintendents of education that has special characteristics compared to other countries.

        신도시 특성과 거주경험에 따른 신도시 이주자들의 주거이동 성향

        This study attempts to analyze how characteristics of second new-towns and residential experience of the residents influenced relocation toward second new-towns for the purpose of identifying relocation tendencies. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, second new-towns are categorized into three cases according to the connectivity between Seoul or first new-towns and them. One is independent, another is dependent on Seoul, and the other is dependent on a first new-town. Secondly, the relocation tendencies toward second new-towns are different according to the characteristics of second newtowns. While those who relocate to the independent case pay more attention to accessibility, those who relocate to the dependent case on Seoul pay more attention to social factors. And those who relocate to the dependent case on a first new-town pay more attention to economic factors. Thirdly, the relocation tendencies toward second new-towns are different according to the residential experience of the residents. Those who have longer time at the previous habitation and had lived in the first new-towns pay more attention to residential environment. This suggests that attention to other sides of the demand and supply of housing is recommended to properly comprehend the phenomenon due to the construction of new-towns.

        The vehicle’s lateral motion is one of the important factor to generate the dummy’s behavior during the IIHS small overlap crash event. In this respect, to accomplish sled tests successfully, it is necessary to simulate the vehicle’s longitudinal and transverse motion simultaneously. This paper describes a new test method on a small overlap sled test by simulating the vehicle’s dynamic lateral motion. The lateral motion was generated by using guide path which includes vehicle’s analysed lateral movement information, and linear motion guides and rails that could be allowed to move to lateral direction of vehicle’s body for sled test.
