        자연과학편 : 축구 인스텝 슈팅 동작 시 접근각도 변화에 따른 하지 분절의 근전도 비교분석

        본 연구는 여자 축구선수 5명을 대상으로 접근각도(0°, 45°, 90°, 135°)에 따른 인스텝 슈팅 시 하지 분절의 주요 근육의 근활동 변화에 어떠한 특성들이 나타나는지를 규명하는 것으로서, 슈팅 전의 각 근육의 근전도를 기준 수축(RVC)으로 나누어 표준화 한 후 IEMG를 구하여 %RVC로 비교하였다. 이를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. Phase1에서 좌 전경골근과 좌 내비복근의 근활동이 높은 것으로 나타났고 Phase2, Phase3, Phase4구간에서 좌 전경골근, 우 대퇴이두근, 우 내비복근의 근활동이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 접근각도에 따른 인스텝 슈팅 시 근활동의 분석에서는 접근각도 0°에서 좌 전경골근(Phase3), 접근각도 45°에서 우 내비복근(Phase3), 접근각도 90°에서 좌 전경골근(Phase3), 접근각도 135°에서 우 내비복근(Phase3)의 근활동이 가장 높게 나타났다. We observed five women soccer players' changes of angels of approach(0°, 45°, 90°, 135°) during instep shooting to examine the special qualities of the changes of the main muscles of lower extremities. Normalizing the electromyography(EMG) of each muscle before shooting divided by reference voluntary contraction(RVC), we compared IEMG to %RVC. The results of this study are followings. The muscle activities of left tibialis anterior and left gastrocnemius medial head were high at Phase1 and the muscle activities of left tibialis, right biceps femoris, right gastrocnemius medial head were high at Phase2, Phase3 and Phase4. Concerning Comparative analysis of the muscle activity according to the changes of angles of approach during instep shooting, the muscle activity of left tibialis anterior was highest at 0° approach angle(Phase3), the muscle activity of right gastrocnemius medial head was highest at 45° approach angle(Phase3), the muscle activity of left tibialis anterior was highest at 90° approach angle(Phase3) and the muscle activity of right gastrocnemius medial head was high at 135° approach angle(Phase3).

        운동역학 : 컬링 딜리버리 동작에 관한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the kinematic characteristics of delivery motion in curling game. The subjects of this study were selected in current members of male Korean national team and female University team. The three dimensional motion analysis with DLT(direct linear transformation) method was executed using four digital cameras for analyzing the experimental situation.In this study, the delivery motion was divided into 5 events(El, E2, E3, E4, E5), and four phases(Pl, P2, P3, P4) for the data analysis.From those, kinematical variables was calculated, and the following conclusions were drawn.1. The height of the center of gravity of both male and female subjects showed increasing tendency as this study was proceeded from El to E2 and decreasing tendency as it was proceeded from E2 to each EVENT. 2. 2. The each distance of phases of curling delivery motion between male and female subjects was the same order(P4>P3>P2>Pl). The distance of the last phase(P4) is the longest. It is considered that this fact was occurred to pose stably at the moment of release.3. It took the male subjects 6.32±0.57sec to deliver and also took the female subjects 7.25±0.76sec. It showed that the time required of male group was 0.93 sec faster than female group.4. The horizontal velocity of center of gravity showed increasing tendency as it was proceeded to each event, on the other hand vertical velocity showed decreasing tendency. Making horizontal velocity faster is very important to get accurate timing effect concerning balance and connecting motion of release pose.5. Both male and female subjects showed decreasing tendency of the trunk tilt angle at E4 and E5 which were considered importantly at the moment of curling delivery. This is supposed that the fact was occurred to send the stone to the house more correctly. At E5 right knee joint angle of female subjects(139.40±1.73°) was lower than male subjects’. At E5 right shoulder joint angle of male subjects(111.15±2.01˚) was higher than female subjects’. It is considered that this fact was occurred to ensure accuracy holding the arms out at the moment of release.

        자연과학편 : 계단 오르기와 내리기 동작 시 하지분절의 보행형태 및 EMG 비교분석

        본 연구의 목적은 계단 오르고 내리기 시 나타나는 하지 분절의 보행형태, 보행시간 및 근활성도의 차이를 규명하는 것이다. 오르막 계단보행 시 내리막 계단보행에 비하여 총소요시간이 더 많이 소요된 것으로 나타났고, 상체를 앞으로 기울여 보행하는 패턴을 나타냈다. 골반의 높이는 보다 낮게 보행하는 추세를 보였고, 좌·우 발목각에서도 더 많이 배측굴곡되어 보행하는 양상을 나타냈다. 이와는 반대로 내리막 계단보행 시 좌·우 고관절각의 굴곡, 좌·우 발목 외반, 좌·우 발목 외측회전이 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 골반회전, 좌·우 고관절 내/외전, 좌·우 고관절 회전, 좌·우 무릎관절각, 좌·우 무릎관절 내/외반, 좌·우 무릎관절 회전의 결과는 오르막·내리막 계단보행 시 상반되는 차이를 보였다. 우측 하지근육의 근활성도에서는 오르막 계단보행 시 대퇴직근과 전경골근의 근활성도가, 내리막 계단보행 시 대퇴이두근과 내비복근의 근활성도가 높은 추세로 나타났다. 결론적으로 오르막 계단보행은 내리막 계단보행과 다른 특성을 나타냈다. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of gait patterns, gait time, and muscle activity of lower extremities during going up stairs and down. During going up it took longer and the upper body was leaned more. Also pelvic hight was lower and left·right ankles were more dorsi flexed. On the contrary during going down left·right hip flexion angle, left·right ankle valgus, and left·right ankle external rotation were higher. Pelvic rotation, left·right hip adduction/abduction, left·right hip internal/external rotation, left·right knee flexion/extension angle, left·right knee valgus/varus, left·right knee internal/external rotation were contrary to each other during going up and down the stairs. About the muscle activity of right lower extremities, the muscle activity of rectus femoris and tibialis anterior were higher during going up on the other hand the muscle activity of biceps femoris and gastrocnemius medial head were higher during going down. In conclusion the gait patterns of going up were different from those of going down.
