        The morphologies of MC carbides (M stands for metal) and creep-rupture properties in directionally solidified Rene 80 having standard and Hf-modified chemistries were studied. It was found that Hf depressed the melting point, $\gamma$- $\gamma$’ eutectic temperature and $\gamma$’ solvus of nickel-base superalloy Rene 80, but did not depress MC carbide forming temperature. The morphologies of MC carbides depended upon solidification sequence, which led to blocky type in the early stage and script type in the late stage of solidification. Creep failure occurs through the crack initiation at the transverse components of longitudinal grain boundaries or interdendritic carbides in directionally solidified superalloys. It could be concluded MC carbide morphologies played an important role in creep properties of DS superalloys, that is, Hf additions increased the creep ductilities and lives of Rene 80.

        A new titanium alloy system. Ti-xFe-ySi (x,y=0-4 wt%). was designed and characterized with the point at low cost and high strength for casting applications. Fe improved room and elevated temperature mechanical properties owing to solid solution hardening and beta phase stabilization. Si yielded titanium silicides and Si addition over 1 wt% resulted in poor ductility due to coarse silicide chains at prior beta boundaries. The optimum composition was found to be Ti-4Fe-(0.5-1)Si in the viewpoint of tensile strength and ductility which are comparable to the Ti-6Al-4V. The metal-mould reaction was also examined for Ti-xFe and Ti-xSi binary alloy system. The thickness of surface reaction layer w as not affected significantly with Fe content, while it was decreased with Si content. In the Ti-4Si alloy, no reaction layer was found. The depth of surface hardening layer was about $200\mum$ regardless of the mould materials.

        모바일 RPG 게임의 인 앱 결제 서비스 이용자에 대한 사용성 평가

        본 논문은 모바일 RPG게임 내 인앱 결제 서비스 이용자들에 대한 사용성 평가를 통해 향후 국내 모바일 RPG게임 개발자 및 기획자들에게 업데이트 및 개발에 필요한 자료를 모색하고 제안하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 모바일 게임 "리니지M"의 인 앱 결제 서비스를 주로 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 정량적 평가를 위한 사용성 평가를 실시했다. 사용성 평가를 위한 도구로는 피터모빌(Peter Morville)이 정의한 `The User Experience Honeycomb`를 기준으로 설계한 설문지를 통해 설문조사를 하였다. 이러한 통계결과를 접근성, 가치성, 신뢰성, 매력성, 사용성 총 5가지 측면으로 나누어 분석하였고, 이를 통하여 새로운 모바일 RPG게임 개발에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. This paper is designed to propose the contents necessary for updating and developing future mobile RPG game developers through a usability evaluation of Users using In-App Payment Services at Lineage M. This paper conducted a usability assessment for quantitative assessment of users who use in-app payment services for mobile game `Lineage M`. The tool for usability assessment was surveyed in a questionnaire designed based on `The User Experience Honeycomb` defined by Peter Morville. These statistical results were then divided into lateral analyses. Through this, it is expected that game developers and planners will be able to find data to help develop new mobile RPG games.

        공공부문 교대근무자의 직무스트레스 인식에 관한 연구 - 관세청 근무자의 인식을 중심으로 -

        The study was intended to make a suggestion by understanding the overall job stress perceptions of Korea Customs Service employees and by understanding the work stresses recognized by shift workers among them. Job stress is a negative influence on task performance. Therefore we were intended to increase efficiency by identifying job stress. The analysis showed that the level of task stress was not high overall, but the level of responsibility for the job stress was relative to the shift workers due to their responsibility for people, excessive volume of quantitative and qualitative role, and higher career development factors. In addition, it was found that the satisfaction level of the current work system was the lowest, while the necessity for improvement of the work system was the highest in proportion. The shift employees of the korea customs service are more satisfied and able to work for the government as they directly perform duties directly related to the people's safety by monitoring dangerous goods in the airport and seaport. This requires improving the shift service system in such a direction that adequate working hours can be provided, creating a satisfactory working environment.

        전동휠체어 및 전동스쿠터 충전소 운영 방안 연구

        최근 장애인의 이동권 보장에 대한 요구에 따라 전동보장구의 사용이 급증하고 있고, 이동권 확대 및 보조기기 사용편리를 위한 전동보장구의 충전 시설이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내에는 이들 충전 시설에 대한 기준이 없어 효율적인 설치 및 운영이 되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 전동보장구 충전소 설치 및 운영을 위해 이에 대한 국내외 규정 및 실태에 대한 조사연구를 실시하고, 장애인 당사자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하여 실제 충전소 사용에 대한 문제점을 파악하고 사용자의 요구사항을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 합리적이고 효율적인 국내 충전소 설치 및 운영방안을 마련하였다. 그 결과 현재의 충전소에 보급된 충전기로는 효과적인 충전 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 기기적인 문제점을 파악하여 이의 개선안을 제시하였고 국가, 지방자치단체의 건물 또는 도서관, 극장, 체육시설, 백화점, 박물관 등 일정 이상의 사람들이 사용하는 공용시설에서는 충전소 설치를 의무화하도록 제시하였다. 한편 충전소를 설치할 경우 독립된 공간을 확보하도록 하여 충전소를 이용하는 사람의 사생활을 보호하도록 하고 충전소 내 여러 가지 편의장비를 갖추도록 권고하여 이용자의 편리를 높이도록 하였다. Recently, according to demands for a mobility right of people with disabilities, the use of powered mobility device has been rapidly increased and recharging facilities have been set up in many places of country. But the standards for the installation and management of the facilities are not clear and many problems are brought up in operating the facilities. Therefore, regulations and realities of recharging facilities were investigated and the user survey was progressed. On the basis of the research results, a rational and efficient installation and management plan was drawn up. The plan suggests that the recharging facilities should be installed in a building managed by government and many kinds of public building like library, theater, sports facilities, department store, museum, etc. Further, the recharging facilities should secure independent place which have specified area for protecting of privacy and provide some amenities for people with disabilities to enhance the conveniences.

      • Characterization of HA/PCL composite scaffolds fabricated by layer manufacturing technology

        Layer manufacturing technology has been recently spotlighted as a promising candidate to fabricate porous scaffolds for tissue engineering, because it can provide three dimensional interconnectivity and different pore structures and on-demand scaffold design. This study aims to fabricate HA/PCL composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering by a layer manufacturing technology, paste extruding deposition, and to characterize in vitro and in vivo biocompatibilities of the scaffolds. This study discusses the mechnical properties, proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic cells, and tissue in-growth and bone regeneration behavior using animal models.

        국내 손해 보험사의 e-Business 기업 혁신 사례 연구

          As insurers have undergone changing customer expectations, increased cross-industry competition and restructured distribution channels, they need to enhance customer relationships, cut costs, increase agility and streamline operations while differentiating the core competency. As such, the importance of e-business transformation has increased where organizational core processes are restructured around customers and interned-based technology is adopted for flexible and adaptive information systems.   This paper presents a case study of process innovation for e-business transformation in a Korea-based leading property & casualty insurance company. The company initiated three years-long e-business transformation program to remain competitive and to keep sustainable growth under risky and down economy. The program, which covered enterprise-wide business processes such as product, marketing & sales, customer, claim, investment & loan, accountings, etc., included redesigning processes from customers’ viewpoint and then implementing process-aligned information systems. Leadership, sponsorship, change management, performance measurement, business and IT alignment, empowerment, and customized methodology, were emphasized throughout the program. As a result, the company could expect not only improvements in customer-centricity, sales productivity, and operational excellence but also increased revenues and profits in the next three years.   The presented case addresses a feasible approach for enterprise-wide e-business transformation. Although the strategies, actions, and business and IT models are not described in detail due to confidentiality, the methodology and the success factors would be applicable to other insurers and possibly organizations in different industries.
