The purpose of this study is to develop supporting system of small business for rural woman in Korea. Government has conducted policies for rural woman( small manufacturing business) The Policies was aimed at the rural development and promotion of woman status through activation of small manufacturing business of rural woman. Methods: Institutions analysis, survey analysis, interviews and observation. Findings: 1) Effects of the Policy ① extraordinary incomes of Farm families ② improvement of status of rural woman ③ re-discovery and activation of traditional know-hows. 2) Limits: ① insufficient legal devices ② lack of legal knowledge ③ lack of acquisition of new technologies ④ lack of Management and advertising abilities Policy Proposals 1) preparation of proper regulations for rural small business 2) providing the easy accessible manuals for rural woman 3) education for new technologies, management, advertising abilities 4) develop nationalized brand for marketing and use the nara-jangteo (internet shopping mall of government)
백모근 추출물의 T helper 2 세포 분화 조절 효과

Objectives : The aims of this study were to exploring the therapeutic effect of Imperatae Rhizoma Extract(IRE) on Asthma. Methods : To investigate biological modulation activities of IRE, we conducted the cell-based assay whether IRE could regulate T helper 2 cells activity with EL4 T cells and mouse splenocytes, and followed animal study to conform the efficacy of their therapeutic potential on OVA-induced asthmatic mouse. Results : In cell study, IRE suppress the nuclear translocation of GATA binding protein-3 protein in phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate/Ionomycin-stimulated EL4 T cells and Interleukine(IL)-4, IL-5 and IL-13 production in splenocytes at concentration dependent manner. In animal study, IRE-treated groups both 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml improve airway hypersensitibility reaction(AHR) response to methacholine about 30% and 40% with positive control group. Peritoneal blood analysis reveal that eosinophil number and ovalbumin-specific IgE is reduced by IRE treatment. Cell number of eosinophil is also reduced in bronchoalveolar lavage of IRE group like to peritoneal cell and real time-polymerase chain reaction data show that expression levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 were down regulated in lung tissue. Finally, histological analysis indicate that IRE protect the bronchial tissue damages through the accumulation of inflammatory cells and collagen, and these effect may be cause by interfering Th2 cells activity. Conclusions : Our data represent that IRE potentiates therapeutic activities to the allergic diseases such as asthma by regulating Th2 cells differentiation.

This study aims to measure a crack property quantitatively through a unmanned automatic robot system for a concrete wall of high-rise buildings apt to age by being exposed to an open air environment. Through this, we aim to present the application of efficient repairs and reinforcement by deterioration phenomena by deriving a plan to measure cracks in reinforced concrete accounting for most of the lawsuits against defects in the current apartment houses with scientific and objective data.
미세먼지 유도 기도염증에 대한 배암차즈기 추출물의 호흡기 보호 효과

Background: Small particles increase airway inflammation upon reaching the alveoli. Here, we investigated the protective or therapeutic effects of Salvia plebeia R. Br. (SP_R) extracts on airway inflammation. Methods and Results: To investigate the anti-inflammatory activity of SP_R extracts, we measured their inhibitory effect on the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) expression of inflammatory mediators, and immune cell infiltration in MH-S alveolar macrophage cells and in the ambient particulate matter (APM)-exposed airway inflammation mice model. The SP_R extracts inhibited the production of ROS and expression of IL-4, IL-10, IL-15, and IL-17A mRNA in APM-stimulated MH-S cells. Oral administration of SP_R extracts suppressed APM-induced inflammatory symptoms, such as high alveolar wall thickness, excess collagen fibers, decreased mRNA expression of chemokines (Ccr9, Ccl5, Ccr3), inflammatory cytokines (IL-15, TNF-${\alpha}$), and IL-4 Th2 cytokine in the lung. The SP_R extracts also inhibited ROS production, granulocyte ($CD11b^+Gr-1^+$) infiltration, IL-17A, TNF-${\alpha}$, macrophage inflammatory protein (Mip-2), and chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (Cxcl-1) production in the airway. The specific compounds in the SR-R extracts that mediate the anti-inflammatory effects were identified. Conclusions: In this study, SP_R extracts effectively inhibited airway inflammatory responses, such as ROS production and granulocyte infiltration into the airway, by regulating the expression of chemokines and inflammatory cytokines.
