        재난트라우마에 대한 이침의 활용 - NADA 프로토콜의 소개

        The number of disasters caused by natural or human-made events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, typhoons, industrial disasters, and the recent outbreak of COVID-19 has increased and the damage caused by such disasters is increasing every year. Disasters can cause physical destruction and also have unexpected psychological impacts, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Ear acupuncture is a treatment modality that can be helpful for both physical and mental health problems. Since ear acupuncture is a cost-effective, flexible, and safe treatment tool, it has the potential to provide medical assistance in disasters. The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) auricular acupuncture protocol, originally developed for addiction treatment, has been used for mental illness and behavioral symptoms in both community health settings and in a variety of disaster, terror, and refugee settings. In this review, we introduced the NADA protocol, including its history, features, training, clinical evidence, and cases in disaster settings, suggesting that the NADA protocol could be utilized as a disaster medical support model in Korean medicine.

        세라밴드를 이용한 PNF 기법 적용이 65세 이상 여성노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Study on the effect of the use of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) method by use of the direction and charge regulation which is the advantage of the Thera-band therapy on the walks and balances in old people and comparison with the result after applying the general PNF technique. Method: The study has been performed on 30 females over 65 years old. The study has been done by dividing the object group in 3 patterns, which are number 1, the comparison group of 10, two ones that are applied the PNF technique using Thera-band and third, the ones that are applied only the PNF technique. For the PNF and the Thera-band using PNF, we have divided the group into Combination of Isotonic technique and the Rhythmical stabilization technique according to the patient's acquaintance pattern and applied them to the patient's body. Evaluation was the balancing ability which was calculated by using the BIODEX Balance system / FRT and for the evaluation of walking ability, we have used the speed of walking for 10M / TUG. Result: In the comparison group of 10, the balancing ability and the walking ability did not change much before and after the experiment, which made it possible to compare the group with the other two easily(p>0.05). For the other two groups, we have recognized the enhancement both in the balancing ability and the walking ability, but they did not know much difference between themselves(p<0.05). Conclusion: Though there were not a big difference in the sense of improvement between the Thera-band using PNF and the PNF technique only, we could infer that these two therapy has enhanced much in the walking and balancing ability for people over 65 and through these result we can foresee that not only using the method shown in this study but also by using many advantages of Thera-band, we could diminish the tiredness of healer, enhance the efficiency of exercise in them and also by forming self training program for older people we could help them build the prevention program from falls.

        유체-구조 연계해석을 통한 소형민수헬기(LCH) 공력 및 구조하중 해석

        본 연구에서는 국내 개발 중인 소형 민수 헬리콥터(LCH)에 대해 유체-구조 연계 기법을 이용하여 로터 공력 및 구조 하중에 대한 고정밀 공탄성 해석을 수행하였다. LCH 로터는 일반적인 힌지형 로터와 달리 탄성체 베어링과 블레이드 상호 연계형 댐퍼 시스템을 탑재하였으며, 이에 대한 구조동역학 해석을 위해 CAMRAD-II 모델을 구축하였다. 주 운용조건인 전진비 0.28 순항조건에서 단일 로터 모델과 로터-동체 모델에 대한 유체-구조 연계해석을 수행하여 동체 모델링의 효과를 분석하였다. 동체 모델링이 로터의 하중 및 블레이드-와류 간섭에 미치는 영향은 제한적이지만, 루트에서 발생한 와류가 동체 효과에 의해 꼬리 로터에 무시할 수 없는 영향을 줄 수 있음을 수치적으로 확인하였다. 양력선 이론 기반의 구조동역학 해석 결과는 유체-구조 연계해석 결과와 대체로 부합하는 결과를 보였으나, 비정상 유동 예측 모델의 한계로 인해 공력 하중, 탄성 변위에 대한 peak-to-peak 크기를 낮게 예측하고 구조 진동 하중에서 주요한 위상 차이를 나타냈다. The airloads and structural loads of Light Civil Helicopter (LCH) rotor are investigated using a loose CFD/CSD coupling. The structural dynamics model for LCH 5-bladed rotor cwith elastomeric bearing and inter-bladed damper is constructed using CAMRAD-II. Either isolated rotor or rotor-fuselage model is used to identify the effect of the fuselage on the aeromechanics behavior at a cruise speed of 0.28. The fuselage effect is shown to be marginal on the aeromechanics predictions of LCH rotor, though the effect can be non-negligible for the tail structure due to the prevailing root vortices strengthened by the fuselage upwash. A lifting-line based comprehensive analysis is also conducted to verify the CFD/CSD coupled analysis. The comparison study shows that the comprehensive analysis predictions are generally in good agreements with CFD/CSD coupled results. However, the predicted comprehensive analysis results underestimate peak-to-peak values of blade section airloads and elastic motions due to the limitation of unsteady aerodynamic predictions. Particularly, significant discrepancies appear in the structural loads with apparent phase differences.

        기술연관분석을 활용한 기술융합구조 분석: 중소기업 융·복합기술개발사업 사례

        본 연구는 기술연관분석으로 단기 상용화를 위한 기술개발과제에 투입된 기술간 융합현황을 분석하였다. 기술연관분석은 산업구조분석의 체계를 기술기획 분야에 적용한 것이다. 본 사례는 기술연관분석을 활용하여 기술과 제품 간 연관도를 중심으로 분석하였으며 분석대상은 중소기업기술정보진흥원의 ' '12년 중소기업 융 복합기술개발사업'에 신청한 401개 과제이다. 분석과정은 다음과 같다. 401개 개별과제에 대해서 투입된 기술은 기술로, 개발과제에서 산출을 제품으로 정의하고 이를 투입과 산출의 행렬로 정리하였다. 투입으로 정의한 기술은 국가과학기술표준분류 상의 소분류를 분류하고, 산출로 정의한 제품은 한국표준산업분류 상의 세세분류로 정의하였다. 즉, 기술을 투입으로, 제품을 산출로 정의하여 기술의 파급도를 분석하였으며 이에 기초하여 기술연관도를 작성하였다 분석결과, IT융합에서는 임베디드 S/W의 기술파급도가 가장 높았으며, ET융합에서는 금형의 기술파급도가 가장 높았고 BT융합은 기능성 화장품 개발기술의 기술파급도가 가장 높았다. 전체적으로 IT융합에서 기술파급도가 높은 요소기술이 많았으며, ET융합에서 기술파급도가 높은 요소기술이 작았다. 따라서 기술파급도가 높은 요소기술에 대한 투자가 융합을 활성화하는 데 중요하며 전체적으로 IT분야가 요소기술의 투자 효과가 높을 것으로 판단한다. This study analyzed convergence status among input technologies used in technology development with Technology I-O analysis. It was another version of industry input-output analysis which is used in technology planning. This case is an analysis of association between technology an product. The subjects of analysis were 401 tasks that applied to '2012 Convergence Technology Development Project for Small and Medium Businesses' promoted by Korea Technology & Information Promotion Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises. The process of analysis is as followed. First step, we made a matrix table as an input of technology input-output analysis. Input was defined by technology and output was defined by the product. Input technology was defined in a 3-digit code under National Science Technology Classification and output products were defined in a 5-digit under National Standard Industry Code. Second, the Spillover ratio among technologies were calculated and was used to make a picture of technology linkage. As a result of analysis, technology spillover of embedded S/W was the highest in IT convergence, mold product in ET convergence, and functional cosmetics development technology in BT convergence. In general, IT convergence had many element technologies with high technology spillover, and ET had a small number of element technologies with high technology spillover. Therefore, investment effect of element technology is expected to be large if investment on element technologies with high technology spillover is important for vitalizing convergence.

        거대자기저항 스핀밸브 소자를 이용한 음용수 미네랄 Mg 용해센서 특성 연구

        The measurement dissolution sensor system using GMR-SV device with magnetic sensitivity of 0.8 %/Oe and Mg-film thick of 200 ㎚ and Mg-foil thick of 50 ㎜ was fabricated and characterized. During the water dissolving process of Mg-film and Mg-foil, the subtle variation of magnetic field by the decrease of current in solenoid was detected by the GMR-SV sensor. The variations of Mg bubble number and ORP as a function of time for three different kinds of edible, tap, and distilled water, are measured and compared. A After 45 min, the speed of fast dissolving Mg was shown the order of edible > tap > DI water. The variation of output magnetoresistance as a function of dissolved time of Mg-film and Mg-foil for edible water, which is composed of mineral content of 0.8~5.4 ㎎/ℓ was investigated. The response times for the dissolution in edible water were 5 min and 20 min, respectively. From the measurement of dissolving time and speed for Mg-film and Mg-foil using GMR-SV device, the mineral Mg sensor system in edible water can be possible to develop.

        뇌졸중 후 상지기능 개선을 위한 스마트폰 어플리케이션 개발

        스마트폰 무선인터넷 사용량이 늘어나면서 스마트폰 어플리케이션에 대한 수요와 공급이 급속히 증가한 반면에 뇌졸중 재활분야에서의 어플리케이션은 국내에 거의 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 뇌졸중 상지기능 개선에 효과가 검증된 단계별 반복적 팔 보조 프로그램(Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program ; GRASP)을 한국 실정에 맞게 수정 보완 하여 뇌졸중 환자들의 본인 상태에 맞게 3단계로 구성하여 동영상으로 제작한 후 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 개발하여 구글 플레이에 등록하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모바일 어플리케이션을 통해 병원에서는 재활치료 후 남은 시간에 자가 운동 할 수 있도록 가이드를 제공할 수 있고, 퇴원 후 가정에서는 뇌졸중 환자들이 쉽게 따라 운동 할 수 있는 자조관리 재활훈련 서비스를 제공할 수 있어서 뇌졸중 후 상지기능 회복에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. Smartphone application programs for stroke rehabilitation are few, if any, in Korea while wireless internet access is getting much easier and general smartphone application programs are rapidly increasing. The purpose of this study was to develop a smartphone application program for upper extremity rehabilitation of individuals with stroke, and to register it in the Google play. This study used the Graded Repetitive Arm Supplementary Program (GRASP) as the basic rehabilitation program and modified it for the Korean culture. GRASP has been proven to be effective on improving the function of upper extremity of the individuals with stroke. The smartphone application program of this study consists of three levels of video segments which were made by the researchers for the study. The application program is expected to provide stroke patients with an useful guide to exercise by themselves at home or in hospitals.

        Background : Chromosomal rearrangements are major pathology inhematological malignancy. The detection of minimal residual disease(MRD) for these gene rearrangements helps in monitoring treatment outcomes and predicting prognosis. patients. Recently, quantification of these gene transcripts based on real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RQ-PCR) has been used as MRD detection. The purpose of this study is to ensure the usefulness of the RQ-PCR technique for detecting MRD in hematological malignancy patients. Methods : The patients had been diagnosed to AML1-ETO positive AML, PML-RARa positive AML and BCR-ABL positive MPN (CML) at Chonnam National University Hwasun Hospital (CNUHH, Hwasun, Korea) from Jan. 2006 to Aug. 2008. The fusion transcript was quantified by RQ-PCR and analyzed in comparison to conventional cytogenetics, FISH and RT-PCR. Results : The fusion gene transcript was quantified by RQ-PCR in 57 samples from 14 patients with AML1-ETO positive AML, 79 samples from 27 patients with PML-RARa positive AML and 108 samples from 36 patients with CML. At diagnosis, the quantitative fusion transcripts for AM1-ETO, PML-RARa and BCR-ABL showed the range of 0.485552651 ~ 10.82233683 (mean 3.782217131, SD 2.998052348), 0.005300395 ~ 0.29267494 (mean 0.056901315, SD 0.080131381) and 0.1293929 ~ 12.94826849 (mean 1.701935665, SD 2.200913158). The increase of AML1-ETO fusion gene transcripts preceded morphologic relapse in two patients. Quantification of fusion gene transcripts by RQ-PCR could detected MRD in samples which were negative by in cytogenetics analysis or FISH. Conclusions : Our findings indicated that quantitative analysis of AML1-ETO, PML-RARa and BCR-ABL transcripts by RQ-PCR might be a useful tool for the monitoring of minimal residual disease in hematological malignancy.
