야간 객체의 효과적 탐지를 위한 다중 노이즈 제거 기법

객체 탐지 기술은 컴퓨터 비전 분야의 핵심 연구 주제 중 하나로, 이미지 검색, 보안 등 광범위한 산업에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 객체의 식별이 용이한 주간 이미지에 대해서는 다양한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것에 비해, 야간 이미지에 대한 객체 탐지 연구는 상대적으로 덜 주목받아 왔다. 야간 이미지의 경우 조명, 날씨 등 다양한 잡음(Noise) 요인들이 이미지 품질을 저하시킨다. 이러한 잡음을 제거하기 위해 많은 연구들이 수행되었지만, 하나가 아닌 다중 잡음을 어떤 방식으로 제거하는 것이 효과적인지 파악하기 위한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 야간 이미지 객체 탐지 성능을 높이기 위해, 디노이징 오토 인코더(Denoising Autoencoder)를 통해 다양한 잡음들을 학습하고 이를 처리하기 위한 다양한 구조를 제시한다. Object detection is one of the core research topics in the field of computer vision and is extensively used in various industrial activities. However, while many researches have been actively conducted on daytime images in which objects can be easily detected, researches on nighttime images have received relatively little attention. In the case of nighttime, various types of noises such as darkness, haze, and lightning cause deterioration of image quality, so an appropriate process for removing noise must precede to improve the performance of object detection. In this paper, we propose a denoising autoencoder-based scheme trained on many types of noises and present various ways for composing modules for each noise to improve the performance of object detection for night images.

Purpose: Intake and output measurement methods are inconsistent in nursing practice. An evidence-based nursing case study was conducted to provide evidence on intake measurement methods and to ultimately promote nursing practice. Methods: The PICO format was used to generate a clinical question on intake measurement methods(fluid only vs. all types of food) and its associations between the differences in intake and output, and body weight changes. A literature search was conducted through both the national and international databases, and the selected articles were assessed using the Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Nonrandomized Study. The level of evidence was graded using the GRADE system. Results: In total, 1,223 articles were screened, and four articles were selected in this study. Studies have indicated that there are no significant differences between the two methods(fluid only vs. all types of food) on both intake and output differences and body weight changes. The risk of bias in the literature was generally low, except for the intervention measurement area. Conclusion: There is no evidence that there are significant differences in intake measurement methods in intake and output differences and body weight changes. We suggest a fluidonly intake measurement method to improve the accuracy and convenience of nursing practice(weak recommendation, moderate quality evidence).

Purpose: : This study aimed to determine whether there was a difference in bleeding between bed rest time 2 hours and 4 hours after bone marrow examination. Methods: We searched nine electronic databases and reviewed the studies according to criteria. The final three Non-Randomized Studies (one non-randomized controlled study and two observational studies) were selected. Results: The quality evaluation results were checked as having a low risk of bias for three study. Based on the GRADE system, the final evidence level was evaluated as ‘Moderate’, and the recommendation grade was determined as ‘Strong’. Conclusion: We recommended that patients have bed rest time for 2 hours after bone marrow examination.
