H$^+$ 선택성 막 전극을 이용한 바이오센서의 감응 특성

The $H^+$-selective membrane consists of tridodecylamine, 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether and a little amount of additive in carboxylated PVC matrix, where penicillinase(Pcase ) and glutaraldehyde may be covalently attached to the matrix. When the $H^+$-selective electrode was used as a detector of biosensor, calibration curve calculated from Nernst equation was not linear. So we investigated the characteristic responses of the $H^+$-selective electrode to the product H+ from hydrolysis of penicillin-G(Pc-G) and plotted calibration curve correlating potential to concentration of Pc-G linearly. The optimal concentration of buffer solution was theoretically calculated and was also experimented. We tried to explain the linear curve of potential to concentration of Pc-G by using Henderson-Hasselbach equation. This method is more effective in calibration curve plotting than any other previous methods. The results obtained may help in further developing pH electrodes with improved analytical preformance.

본 연구는 서울시 완료지역 사례연구를 통해 가로주택정비사업의 개선방안을 제시하였다 그 내용은 첫째 사업지의 용도지역 종 상향 및 임대주택 비율 완화가 필요하다 사업지가 제 종 일반주거지역이 대부분으로 임대주택을 추가 확보하여 용적률이나 층수를 완화 받은 경우가 없었다 둘째 사업주체의 다양화가 필요하다 공공이 주도하는 공공참여형 가로주택정비 사업이 없었다 셋째 사업지의 건축규제의 대폭적인 완화가 필요하다 준공업지역을 제외하고 모든 사례 아파트는 모두 1개 동 중정 형 아파트로 볼 수 있어프라이버시 채광 및 환기 녹지 주차 기반시설의 부족 등 다세대 연립주택이 태생적으로 가지고 있었던 문제들이 해결되지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다 넷째 가로주택정비사업의 활성화를 위하여 사업성을 높이기 위한 정책적 지원이 필요하다 마지막으로 주택의 자산 가치는 인근 정비 사업을 하지 않은 연립주택이나 아파트와 비교했을 때 가격상승률이 더 높게 나타났으며 대규모 개발과 같은 브랜드가치를 높일 수 있도록 대형개발업체도 참여할 수 있게 사업성을 높여야 한다. In this study, the improvement plan of the street house maintenance project was presented through a case study in the completed area of Seoul. First, it is necessary to increase the type of use area of the project site and ease the rental housing ratio. Most of the business sites were in type 2 general residential areas, and there was no case where the floor area ratio or the number of floors were relaxed by securing additional rental housing. Second, it is necessary to diversify business entities. There was no public participatory street house maintenance project led by the public. Third, there is a need for significant relaxation of construction regulations in business sites. Except for semi-industrial areas, all apartment complexes can be viewed as single-dong courtyard apartments, so the problems inherent in multi-family and row houses such as privacy, lighting and ventilation, green space, parking, and lack of infrastructure cannot be solved. appeared to be Fourth, in order to vitalize the street house maintenance project, policy support is needed to increase the business feasibility. Lastly, the property value of housing showed a higher rate of increase in price compared to townhouses or apartments that had not undergone maintenance projects nearby.
Carboxylated PVC에 페니실리나제를 고정한 효소 센서의 특성

Penicillin sensor was manufactured by immobillizing penicillinase with glutaraldehyde on the H+-selective membrane based on PVC-COOH-TDDA. This membrane was not interfered by K+ ion in Pc-G potassium salt. When enzyme was immobilized with glutaraldehyde, the PVC-COOH matrix was more effective than PVC matrix. Calibration curve calculated from Nernst equation was not linear. But potential was relative to concentration of Pc-G. And maximal potentiometric velocity was also relative to concentration of Pc-G. Therefore, it may be applied to Michaelis-Menten equation. The penicillin sensor was useful for determination of Pc-G at concentration of 0.1~10mM level.

Garlic tissue cells are employed for the conversion of L-asparagine into ammonia. An ammonia gas electrode is used as a detector. The effect of pH, buffer solution, temperature and life time of electrode to have used were investigated in order to optimize the electrode response. The combination of L-asparaginase in garlic tissue cells and the gas electrode response linearly to L-asparagine over the concentration range 1.0X10-4 ~ 1.0X10-1M with a slope of 72.0mV/decade and is selective with respect to other L-amino acids.
