전류의 전압과 주파수 변화에 의한 입자상 오염물질 거동 기반의 실내공기 오염물질 제어 방안 연구

3상의 교류전원을 이용하여 발생된 불균일 전기파동으로 입자상 물질을 표면으로부터 거동시키는 원리를 이용하여 실내 입자상 오염물질을 제거할 수 있는 기술을 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼지 표준시료, 카올린, 활성탄 분말을 대상으로 실험하였고 입자의 형태에 따른 입자의 거동을 시뮬레이션을 통한 결과와 비교분석 하였다. 입자의 크기가 작으면서 균일한 형태의 단일 요소군으로 구성될수록 거동을 위해서는 더 높은 전압과 주파수가 필요하고 비균일한 형태의 요소군으로 구성되면 상대적으로 낮은 전기적인 힘으로 거동될 수 있다. 또한 입자의 물리적 특성에 따라서 최소거동을 위한 전류강도가 다르게 나타나 유전영동력에 의한 입자상 물질의 효과적인 거동에는 다양한 크기와 형태로 구성된 입자군이 평행전극표면으로부터 제거가 용이하며 실험을 통하여 활성탄 분말의 경우는 0.089 V/mg/㎠의 전압이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. The new removal technology was proposed to remove indoor particulate contaminants from the surface in indoor by using the principle that the particulate matter behaves from the surface due to the nonuniform electric field generated by the 3-phased AC power source. In this study, experimental works of dust standard samples, kaolin and activated carbon powder were performed and were compared with simulations through EDEMTM. The smaller the size of the particles, the higher the voltage and frequency are required for the structure to be composed as a homogeneous single element group, and if the element group consists of heterogenous elements, it can deal with a relatively low electric force. In addition, the current intensity for the minimum behavior varies depending on the physical properties of the particles. For effective removal of the particulate matter by the dielectrophoretic force, particles in various sizes and shapes can be easily removed from the surface of the parallel electrodes, in which 0.089 V/mg/㎠ was at least required for carbon powder in this system.
