졸겔법에 의한 LiCoO₂의 구조와 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

LiCoO₂ powders were prepared by a sol-gel method using a chelating agent for Li-ion batteries and their electrochemical properties have been investigated. Acrylic acid has been adopted as a chelating agent in this study, which resulted in HT- LiCoO₂cathod materials with excellent reversibility and crystallinity. The LiCoO₂ compounds were annealed at 500℃-900℃ for 10 h after preheating at 450℃ for 1 h, in air and their structural and electrochemical properties were systematically investigated by XRD, Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (EXAFS), Electochemical Voltage Spectroscopy (EVS), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV), and galvanostatic charge/discharge experiments.
