In this study, with usual gauge, a domestic product of small capacity torque transducers was attempted through trial manufactured.<br/> The prediction for characteristic of the torque transducers trial manufactured was performed through experiment Through the experiment, we found that good results were obtained as follows.<br/> In rating value 0-500 g_f of torque transducers, precision and assuracy is better l,500r.p.m. than 3,000r.p.m. by allowable revolution. As natural frequency is 300Hz standand,till 6,000r.p.m. is not difficult.<br/> Test power of trial manufactured torque sensor considered till 2g_f_cm. In measurement of torque transducers, response is very important As time fixed number is 0.7 second, good results were abtained. In the future, with experiment for durability is continuous, we want to plan for guarantee.<br/>

Among many methods in inspection of ball-bearing. The major parts of a rotating body. The method by loss of driving motor’s input power or vibration/noise measurement has usually been used in korea. In advanced nation like Japan. However. The method of torque measurement has been applied to examinate the exact bearing loss which is necessary in the grade-decision and the quality-upgrade lately.<br/> In this project. Exact bearing loss is gained by the method of torque measurement about several bearing specimens using the low capacity torque transducer with the type of strain gage. This equipment inspects exact bearing loss superior to the method of vibration measurement and loss of driving motor’s input power. Also doesn’t influenced by working place. The precise and systematic method in inspection of bearing loss will be set up through this project. And this equipment can be utilized for bearing productions of high precision class in industries in future.<br/>
