This paper describes on the technology to improve construction quality and reliability by creating a new plastic pipe on the inside of the pipeline applying the trenchless for repairing construction. In this study, procedures of hardening process for repairing a pipeline system are the re-lining of the thermosetting resin impregnated nonwoven materials into the pipeline by fluid pressure, while insertion and inversion pipe lining to the internal curing, and thermosetting resin impregnated tube lining re-heated with hot water while the inner section of the aging pipeline. The main factors for the application of this repairing construction are pipe line diameter, plate thickness, impregnated thermosetting resin using unsaturated polyester, and the outer surface of the plastic using polyethylene or polyurethane. Through the improvement of lining material, impregnating method, and repairing construction technology, we can expect to improve the reliability of construction quality, shorten construction period and construction cost savings. Detailed the characteristics of this study are also analyzed and discussed.
