In the evolving automobile market, there is a rising demand for lamps with attractive designs and enhanced functionality. To meet these demands, high-permeability and high-bending lens materials are crucial. However, existing plastic materials and injection technology have limitations in manufacturing lamps with varied shapes. This study focuses on optimizing the organic functional unit structure of silicon polymer materials. By improving transmission performance and thermal stability, we enable the implementation of slim surface light emitting and 3D type designs for lamps. Our research successfully develops a novel silicon polymer material with improved properties. This advancement allows for the creation of diverse lamp shapes, overcoming manufacturing limitations. Implementing these high-permeability/high-bending lens materials improves visual appeal, light transmission, and thermal management. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of utilizing advanced silicon polymer materials to enhance lamp designs and functionality. By optimizing material properties, we overcome conventional manufacturing limitations and produce lamps with improved performance and diverse shapes.
