양극성 우울과 단극성 우울: MMPI-2를 중심으로

In this study, we investigated MMPI-2(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2) profiles to explore clinical characters and personalities of those with bipolar and unipolar depression. MMPI-2 were completed by bipolar(n=29) and unipolar(n=31) depressive patients. Both groups showed elevated scores on the D(Depression), Pt(Psychasthenia) scales, demonstrating that two disorders shared similar depressive symptoms. iIt also may have suggested that bipolar patients, like unipolar patients, suffer from negative cognitive styles during depressive episode. The subtle differences between the two groups with respect to scores on subscales RC8(Aberrant Experiences) and, FAM1(Family Discord) may reflect cognitive and biogenetic vulnerability of bipolar depression. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

온라인 실시간 양방향 연극교육/교육연극에서 신체화(몸을 통한 구현)의 활성화를 위한 수업모델에 관한 연구

이 연구는 온라인 양방향 연극교육/교육연극 수업에서 학습자들의 신체활동과 그 활성화 가능성을 알아보기 위해 수업모델을 구안하고 분석한 것이다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구를 통한 이론적 토대를 마련하고수업 모델을 설계·개발하여 적용한 후 학습자들의 심층 인터뷰를 종합하여 해석하였다. 온라인 양방향수업 플랫폼으로는 Zoom을 활용하였고, 2020년 ~ 2021년 동안 실시하였다. 온라인 양방향 연극교육/ 교육연극에서 신체화의 활성화는 주로 시각과 청각의 자극 및 카메라 앞 몸의 움직임에 의한 상호작용을 통해 가능하였다. 이러한 신체화는 신경미학의 이론과 맥락을 같이하며 미적 체험이 뇌 신경의 자극을 통해 공감의 정서를 일으킨다. 온라인으로 수업을 하더라도 플롯(이야기 구조)을 지니도록 세밀하게, 경험중심 P.B.L(Problem Based Learning)학습에 의해 학습자 중심 참여 수업으로 설계하였을 때, 연극교육/교육연극 수업에서 신체화 활성화를 확인할 수 있었다. 대면 수업의 차선책으로 온라인 양방향 실시간 상호작용에 의해 수업을 진행하는 동안 학습자는 신체화 활성화와 수업목표·주제를 역동적으로학습하는 것이 가능했다. 온라인 양방향 연극교육/교육연극 수업은 비대면 수업이 불가피한 사회적 상황에서 신체화 활성화 및 공감을 통한 협력적 소통의 측면에 긍정적 효과가 있으므로 다양한 방식의 온라인 양방향 수업의 개발과 확산이 필요하다. This study devised and analyzed a teaching model to find out the physical activity and its activation potential of learners in online interactive theater education/educational drama classes. As a research method, theoretical foundations were prepared through literature research, instructional models were designed and developed, and in-depth interviews with learners were interpreted. Zoom was used as an online two-way teaching platform and was conducted from 2020 to 2021. Activation of physicalization in online interactive theater education/educational drama was mainly possible through visual and auditory stimulation and movement interaction of the body in front of the camera. Such physicalization, like the theory of neuroaesthetics, creates a feeling of empathy through stimulation of the brain's nerves by aesthetic experience. When designing a learner-centered class with experience-based P.B.L. (Problem Based Learning) learning in detail to have a plot (story structure) even when teaching online, it was confirmed that the body was activated in the theater education/educational drama class. During the class through online two-way real-time interaction, learners were able to activate their bodies and dynamically learn class goals and topics. Online interactive theater education/educational drama classes have a positive effect on cooperative communication through physical activation and empathy in a social situation where non-face-to-face classes are inevitable. It is necessary to develop and spread various types of online interactive classes. It is hoped that this study can contribute to the practical and academic dimensions of online interactive theater education/educational drama.

예술통합 교육의 실제 : 중학교 수업 사례를 중심으로

처음에 ‘예술 통합 교육’이라는 말을 들었을 때, 얼른 그 개념을 정의하기가 어려웠다. 우선 예술의 의미와 통합의 의미 그리고 ‘예술통합’과 ‘통합 교육’의 의미부터 정의하기 전에는 다른 논의를 전개하기 어렵기 때문이다. 일단, 예술은 인간의 삶을 아름답고 풍요롭게 해주는 다양한 형태의 표현이라고 정의해보자. 그렇다면 예술 통합이란 우리가 편의상 혹은 기법이나 기술상의 이유로 나누어 놓고 있는 각 예술의 장르, 즉 표현의 다양한 형태들을 산술적인 결합의 형태가 아니라 보다 유기적인 구조를 가지고 통합하여 표현하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

Cardiac Autotransplantation with Concurrent Pneumonectomy for Complete Resection of Primary Cardiac Intimal Sarcoma

Primary cardiac sarcoma is rare, and intimal sarcoma is an extremely rare and highly lethal disease. We report a case of a 62-year-old woman who was incidentally diagnosed with a primary cardiac sarcoma originating from the left atrial appendage and extending to the left superior pulmonary vein. The location of the tumor was very complicated, posing a major challenge for complete resection. We successfully performed complete resection of the cardiac sarcoma via cardiac autotransplantation with left pneumonectomy. The patient recovered uneventfully, without any adjuvant therapy as of 6 months postoperatively. Autotransplantation of the heart may be suggested as a reasonable surgical option for extensive left atrial tumors.

본 연구에서는 유치원 교사들의 다문화교육에 대한 인식과 요구사항을 조사 분석하여 효율적인 다문화교육의 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공․사립 유치원 교사 204명을 대상으로 다문화교육에 대한 인식과 요구를 묻는 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 다문화 교육의 필요성은 전반적으로 높게 인식하고 있었으나, 이와 관련된 교육을 실시할 수 있는 다문화 교육에 관한 교사교육이 부족한 상황이었다. 이에 앞으로 성공적인 다문화 교육을 위해 교사교육을 강화하거나, 다문화 교수․학습 자료의 개발, 부모교육 강화 등의 지원이 이루어져야 함을 강조하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze understanding and needs of kindergarten teachers for multi-cultural education, and to obtain preliminary data with which ways of effective multi-cultural education might be found. This research was carried out among 204 public․private kindergarten teachers in Pusan City, and the research method was questionnaire survey. Collected materials were processed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. Data was processed into frequency, percentage, mean amd standard deviaton. Conclusions drawn with findings of this study are as follows. First, kindergarten teachers' understanding on multi-cultural education showed that multi-cultural education is necessary since it helps to accept the differences between oneself and other people, to live in a community and to develop a positive selfidentity. And The problems of multi-cultural education are the lacking of awareness of necessity and understanding on multi-cultural education, lacking of multi-cultural contents in kindergarten books. Second, as needs for multi-cultural education implementation, trainings were shown to be in need for various and specific means for lecturing, and in order to change the understanding of the teachers on the children from multi-cultural families, multi-cultural lecture & study cases were asked to be introduced.

본 연구는 안드로이드 스마트폰에서 최신 문화 관람 및 정보를 제공하는 App을 개발하여 사용자가 문화생 활을 즐기고자 할 때 이 DB를 사용하여 각 뮤지컬, 연극, 영화 별로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 검색하여 열람할 수 있 고 또한 리뷰 등록 및 열람이 가능하다. 또한 관리자는 관리자(Administrator)모드로 로그인하여 문화 정보를 관리 하고 사용자들의 정보를 확인할 수 있게 함으로써 시스템 관리를 원활이 이루어지게 한다. 또한 사용자는 사용자 (User)모드로 로그인을 하여 문화 정보를 열람할 수 있고, 감상평을 기록하고 친구그룹의 추천기능을 통해 신뢰할 만한 공연정보를 확인하여 여가생활을 문화 활동으로 즐길 수 있도록 한다. This study can read register reviews and search read information that users want by musical, drama and movie by using DB by developing App providing the newest culture view and information in android smart phone, when users want to enjoy cultural life. Also, the administrator logins as Administrator-mode and controls cultural information and makes smooth controlling by identifying user’s information. In addition, the user logins as User-mode and reads cultural information and can make possible in reading and writing reviews. It makes possible to enjoy leisure activity as cultural activity by identifying reliable performance information via recommendation of friend groups.
