현대 사회의 기업은 기업의 사회적 영향력에 걸 맞는 기업의 사회적 책임을 수행하는 것이 필수적 요소가 되었으며, 지속 가능성을 위해 노력하는 기업이 장기적으로 기업의 이익을 창출한다는 공감대가 넓게 형성되고 있다. 이에 따라 기업 평가에 있어서 ESG 운영 및 경영 성과의 중요성은 더욱 부각되어 현재 대부분의 다국적 기업, 공기업 그리고 많은 민간 기업들이 제3의 기관의 리포트와 평가 기준에 의해 ESG에서의 성과가 평가되고 있다. 또한, 2020년 코로나 판데믹 발생으로 인하여 전 세계적으로 친환경 기조가 이어지고 있으며 국내 대기업 뿐 아니라 중소기업에서의 사회적 가치 창출 및 지속 가능 경영의 요체로 ESG 기반 경영이 부각되고 있다. 블랙야크는 폐기물로 파괴되어 가는 지구환경 문제의 심각성을 인지하고 환경보호 활동의 필요성을 절감하여 한국에 ESG 경영이 본격적으로 시작되기 전부터 선도적인 ESG 경영을 통해 환경 문제를 해결하고 있는 대표적인 기업이다. 본 연구는 블랙야크의 타 민간 기업과 지방자치단체, 정부와의 협력적 거버넌스(Collaborative Governance)를 구축함으로써 당면한 플라스틱 폐기물의 재활용 문제에 플라스틱 폐기물 회수 방식에서의 역회수 솔루션을 제공하고, 한국산 플라스틱 재활용 원사를 활용한 제품 개발에 앞장선 경영 사례를 분석함으로써 ESG 경영에 대한 새로운 접근 방식을 도출했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다. It has become an essential element for companies in modern society to fulfill corporate social responsibilities in line with their social influence, and there is widespread consensus that companies striving for sustainability generate corporate profits for the long term. The significance of ESG management and relevant performances has been highlighted than ever before in corporate evaluations, with most multinational, public and private companies being subject to ESG assessment by third-party reports and criteria. The COVID-19 pandemic has sustained the eco-friendly trends across the world, resulting in the highlight of ESG-based management as a key factor for social value creation and sustainable management not only at conglomerates but also at SMEs in Korea. Blackyak is a representative company that resolves environmental problems through leading ESG environment management. This research is meaningful given that Blackyak has provided a solution to retrieve and recycle used plastics by building collaborative governance between private companies, local autonomous entities and the Government, and it has offered a new approach to ESG management by analyzing management cases in which recycled polyester yarns made in Korea were utilized for development of newproducts.

The purpose of this study is to analyze key factors which has contributed to the formation of the China costume culture<br/> and to examine the spiritual culture inherent in outward elements of China costume.<br/> Costume is a visible element of spiritual culture; therefore, outward characteristics of Chain costume have lots of implications related to the China spiritual culture, which can be dassified into the view of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism<br/> First, Confudanism important the place, state, etiquette. So clothing of Tang age is big, clear and refined. Second, Taoism pursue freedom of state of flow and lovely. So clothing have lot of drape, rhythm, slash. Third, Buddhism influenced art of Kobtacho's age, that clothing is soft, sex and colorful.<br/>

HPLC에 의한 5´-Mononucleotides의 분리에 관하여

Standard chemicals of 5'-Mononucleotides were assayed with HPLC aparatus (Bioanalytical Systems Inc. U.S.A) Each of 5'-Adenosinemonophosphate, 5'-Inosine monophosphate, and 5'-Guanosine monophosphate was resolved and quantitatively assayed separately by use of μBondapak NH_2 column and UV detector(254nm). Eluting solutions were those of 0.01M NH_4H_2PO_4 (pH3.0) and 0.125M NH_4H_2PO_4 (pH5.0). Gradient elution method that is to make 0% 0.01M NH_4H_2PO_4 solution to 100% concentration within 50 minutes, was applied in this experiment. Mixture of the above three mononucleotides were isolated and resolved clearly. It is proved that Assay and resolution was able for the mixture of 5'-Mononucleotides by the method of HPLC with the above experimental conditions.
