        체육측정평가학 : 혈액 분석기기의 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석

        This study investigates the reliability and validity of blood lipid analyzers. Four blood analyzers, two different types (DT 60, Hitachi 7600-110,) with 2 instruments for each type, were used to compute the values of TC, HDL-C, and TG. Also, Lactic acid concentrations were repeatedly obtained by two instruments (DT 60 and Cobas integra, each type having 2 instruments). In all analyses, the same blood samples from each of 6 subjects were used to examine the repeatability and reproducibility of the values measured by all instruments. Data were analyzed to compute coefficient of variations (CV), variance components, correlations and various descriptive statistics with SPSS 11.0. HDL-C and TC values obtained by the same type of analyser for the 3 repeated samples from the same person under each condition were highly consistent, the CV for each being within 5%. However, when the values obtained from two different types of the analyzers were combined, the CV increased up to 12.3% for HDL-C and 21.7 ~ 24.5% for TC, indicating very low reproducibility of the analyzers. The correlations between the values of each measured variables with the same type of analyzers were very high, reaching above .97, but those values obtained by different types of analyzers were considerably lower. The analyses of variance component also revealed that the main source of error variances were mostly due to the difference in the types of analyzer. Thus, these results suggest that the different types of analyzers do not produce the same results although the 2 types are designed and manufactured to have the same function in analyzing blood lipid. For the TG and Lactic acid variables, the results indicated that there was insufficient evidence of both repeatability and reproducibility of the analyzers as the values obtained repeatedly from the same type of analyzers as well as those obtained from different types of analyzers were inconsistent. In general, the blood analyzers for TC and HDL-C were reliable, but not valid. However, the values of TG and Lactic acid were neither reliable nor valid as the values were varied considerably both within the same type and between the different types of analyzers. HDL-C and TC concentration is within coefficient of variation(CV) 5%. A similar Hitachi 7600-110 and DT 60 blood analyzer whole mean concentration of participants lower. However, defined as the calculated HDL-C (CV:12.8-16.36%), TC (CV: 21.68-24.47%), TC concentration should alter with change the analyzer to estimating blood range. Both HDL-C and TC concentration is above correlate .94 respectively. Therefor, to analyse HDL-C and TC, we found high mean different. Variance component estimation of HDL-C and TC are HDL-C(33.88%), TC(11.65%) which is different participant and another variance component estimation is different blood analyzer(HDL-C 6205%, TC 86.11%). To analyse TG and Lactic acid, we found estimation values of blood analyzer. Variance component estimation of TG and Lactic acid are TG(627%), Lactic add(87.9%) of different blood analyzer.

        엘리트 선수들의 도핑교육에 따른 운동영양 보조물 이용과 도핑인식

        본 연구의 목적은 국가대표 엘리트 선수들의 도핑교육에 따른 운동영양보조물 이용과 도핑의식을 분석하였다. 본조사 자료는 2008 베이징 올림픽 참가선수들을 대상으로 하였다. 운동영양보조물의 이용실태는 네트형 경쟁종목선수(n=112)와 투기형 경쟁종목 선수(n=58)로 구분하여 조사하였다. 운동영양보조물 이용은 네트형 선수 75.9%, 투기형 선수 61.9%의 빈도를 나타내었다. 비타민 이용은 네트형 선수 61.9%, 투기형 선수 41.9%가 이용하고 있으며, 한약은 네트형 선수 60.7%, 투기형 선수 61.2%가 섭취하는 빈도를 나타내었다. 도핑교육에 따른 운동영양보조물 이용의 승산비 결과 1.8(95%CI 1.42-2.17)로 나타났다. 더욱이 도핑의식 수준비교에서 낮은 의식 수준대비 중간수준, 높은 수준의 승산비 결과는 1.36(95%CI 1.14-1.67)과 1.88(95%CI 1.32-2.27)로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 선수들의 도핑교육이 운동영양보조물 이용과 도핑의식과 높은 관련성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the prevalence of nutritional ergogenic aids and doping awareness by doping education in Korean international team athletes in the Olympic Game in Bejing 2008. Data were collected from personal interview with athletes who participated at the 2008 Bejing Olympic Game. Data from all the athletes of the competition net sports type of competition athletes(n=112) from hockey, handball, basketball, shuttle cook and table tennis athletes and combat sports type of competition athletes(n=58) from boxing, taekwondo, judo and wrestling athletes. In net sports type, 75.9% of the athletes used some form of nutritional ergogenic aids, whereas 61.9% of the athletes used supplements in combat sports type. Vitamins were taken by 61.9% of net sport type and 46.9% of combat sport type and 60.7% of net sport type and 61.2% of combat sport type in Oriental medicine. The use of nutritional ergogenic aids by doping education showed that doping education group had odd of 1.8(95%CI 1.42-2.17). Moreover, the odds ratios for having doping awareness in the least fit low level compared with most fit level were 1.36(95%CI 1.14-1.67) and 1.88(95%CI 1.32-2.27) for middle and high awareness, respectively. Our results show that doping education are strongly associated with supplements use and doping awareness.

        KLPGA 선수들의 경기력 기술요인과 획득상금 관계분석

        본 연구의 목적은 2008년~2011년 4시즌에 대한 한국여자프로골프선수의 경기력 기술요인과 획득상금의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국여자프로골프협회(KLPGA) 정규투어에 참가한 프로선수 406명의 기록을 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계와 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 선수들의 평균 획득 상금액은 증가하고 있으며, 경기력 기술요인들의 수준이 상승하고 있었다. 둘째, 상관관계에서는 경기력 기술요인들과 획득상금 간에 높은 연관성을 보였다. 셋째, 각 시즌별 경기력 기술요인과 획득상금의 관련성에서 2011년, 2008년에는 평균버디, 리커버리율이 2010년에는 평균버디, 평균퍼팅, 페어웨이안착률이 2009년에는 평균버디, 페어웨이안착률이 획득상금에 높은 영향을 미치고 있었다. 종합해 보면, 경기력 기술요인 중 획득상금에 4시즌 모두 영향을 준 변인은 평균버디인 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between technical factors for their performance and prize money earned by Korea ladies professional golf players for four seasons from 2008 to 2011. For this purpose, the records of 406professional players who participated in KLPGA regular tour were used and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression were conducted using SPSS win 18.0. As a result, first, the average prize money earned by the players is increasing the level of technical factors for their performance is rising. Second, with regard to the relationship between it showed a high corelation between other sub-factors of their performance and prize money earned. Third, in the relevance between technical factors for their performance in each season and prize money earned, the average buddy, recovery rate variables in 2011, 2008and the average buddy, putting and the fairway sitting rate variables in 2010 and the average buddy, the fairway sitting rate variables in 2009 are having an high impact on prize money earned. Taken together, an variable that had affected prize money earned among technical factors for their performance in all four seasons was the average buddy.

        자연과학편 : 사진체적추정방법을 이용한 중년여성의 체지방 추정식 개발

        이 연구는 사진체적추정(Digital Image Plethysmography) 방법을 이용하여 산출한 정면과 측면 면적으로 전신부피(TBV)를 추정하여 체지방을 간편하게 추정함으로써 현장 적용성이 높은 체지방 추정식을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이 목적을 위하여 신체적으로 특별한 질병이 없고, 규칙적인 운동에 참여하지 않는 40대 성인 여성 45명을 임의로 선정하였다. 중년 여성의 체지방 추정을 위해 ADP 방법으로 측정한 전신부피를 종속변수로, 사진체적추정 방법을 이용하여 산출된 정면과 측면의 면적을 독립변수로 하여 동시투입법을 실시한 결과, 독립변수들 사이에 다중공선성이 존재하는 것으로 판단되어 최적변인 선정에 단계선택방법을 사용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 교차타당도 검증을 위해 독립적인 표본 15명을 회귀식에 대입한 후 체지방률의 급내상관계수를 산출한 결과, r=.932로 나타나 사진체적추정 방법은 중년 여성의 체지방률을 측정하는 데 타당한 방법인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사진체적추정 방법은 측정에 따른 소요 시간과 비용에 있어서 경제적인 것으로 판단된다. This research aims at developing the approximate calculation of body fat with higher degree of applicability to the field by estimating body fat through the calculation of TBV (Total Body Volume) through the estimated size of the front and the side in the method of digital image plethysmography. To accomplish this goal, 45 adult females in their forties without any particular physical diseases and not participating in regular exercises were selected at random. As the result of the enter method with TBV measured through ADP as the dependent variable and the sizes of the front and the side calculated by the digital image plethysmography method as the independent variable in order to draw the regression equation to calculate female adults` body fat, multicollinearity was concluded to exist among the independent variables, and the regression equation to estimate TBV of female adults (n=30), which was drawn after a multiple regression analysis by using the stepwise method to select the optimal variable. When 15 independent samples were applied to the regression equation to verify the cross validity and when ICCs of % body fat of the digital image plethysmography method were calculated, was turned out to be r=.932, so the method of digital image plethysmography was proved to be valid to measure female adults` % body fat. Therefore, the digital image plethysmography method is effective in terms of time and cost needed for the measurement.

        운동영양학 : 국가대표 유도선수들의 운동영양 보조물 섭취 형태 및 도핑의식

        The aims of this study were to investigate the use of nutritional supplements(vitamins, mineral, ginseng, red ginseng, amino adds, creatine and oriental medicine) in Korea international judo team of energy supplements and doping consciousness why athletes are using nutritional supplements, and who recommends the judo athletes to use nutritional supplements. The total population of Korea international judo team(n=22, 13 males and females aged 20-26 years) selected controls from the general population, were given questionnaire including questions about use of nutritional supplements, and from whom athletes had received information about nutritions and recommendations to use nutritional supplements. The response rate was 80% for male and female athletes. Best male and female athletes(A: 100%) is higher than middle athletes(B: 81.8%) and worst athletes(C 66.7%). Therefore, athletes as compared to used vitamins(A 28%, B: 26.9%, C: 25.0%), mineral(A 4.0%, B: 7.7%, C 4.2%), ginseng(A: 4.0%, B: 3.8%, C 4.2%), red ginseng(A: 120%, B: 11.5%, C 4.2%) amino acids(A: 16.0%, B: 15.4%, C 20.8%), creatine(A: 8.0%, B: 11.5%, C 125%) and oriental medicine(A: 28.0%, B: 23.1%, C 29.2%). The parents was the main advisor for use of nutritional supplements athletes(50.0%). male and female athletes(68.8%) using nutritional supplements felt they weren`t well informed about nutritional supplements. Therefore, 20% of the nutritional supplements users did not know whether the nutritional supplements they used was doping classified not. In conclusion: we found that 80% for male and female Judo athletes in Korea national team intakenutritional supplements. The parents was the main advisor in Korea national Judo team. The most athletes is Korea national Judo team weren`t well informed about doping.
