Transmission of power split type hybrid is consisted of motor and generator. Power is transmitted by shan of motor and generator. The alignment of two shafts and structural characteristics causes effect the stability of whole powertrain system. We did benchmarking motor and generator shan applied to power split type hybrid and checked the stress, fatigue, natural frequency through finite element method.

A Torque converter expansion or the internal motion is the design point which is important in the internal pressure and rotation speed which operates to the torque converter. We did confirm the expansion and internal motion which it follows in the internal pressure and rotation speed which operates at lock-up clutch of the torque converters with a finite element method.
