저널치료를 통한 청소년들의 자기이해 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 저널치료 프로그램에 참여한 청소년들의 자기이해 경험을 심층적으로 이해하는 것이다. 중·고생으로 구성된 13명의 청소년들과 함께 저널쓰기를 한 후, 개별심층면담을 실시하여 청소년들의 자기이해 경험을 현상학적으로 분석하였다. ‘저널치료를 통한 청소년들의 자기이해 경험’을 주제로 한 연구결과는 저널쓰기의 의미, 자신의 꿈에 대한 이해, 감정에 대한 이해, 관계에 대한 이해로 범주화되었다. 본 연구결과, 저널쓰기를 통해 청소년들은 자신을 성찰하며 자기를 이해함으로써 자신의 꿈에 대해 고민하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 자신의 감정표현에 어려움을 느끼지만 이를 극복함으로써 더 나은 청소년기를 보내기를 희망하고 있었다. 마지막으로 친구관계의 소중함과 부모님과의 관계에 대해 되돌아보게 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 저널치료 프로그램을 통해 청소년들이 자신을 더 깊이 이해하고 사랑하게 됨으로써 앞으로의 삶의 주인공의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is in-depth understanding of self-understanding experiences of adolescents who participated in journal therapy program through phenomenological research method. After letting 13 middle and high school students write journals, individual in-depth interviews were conducted to analyze the self-understanding experiences of the teenagers phenomenologically. The research results on the subject of the self-understanding of youth through journal therapy were categorized into the meaning of journal writing, understanding of their dreams, understanding of emotions, and understanding of relationships. As a result of this study, it was found that youths are thinking about their dreams by reflecting on themselves and understanding themselves in the process of journal writing. In addition, although they were having difficulties in expressing their emotions, they hoped to overcome it and have a better youth. Lastly, it was found that they were looking back on the importance of friendship and their relationship with their parents. Through the journal therapy program, young people can understand and love themselves in a deeper way, and they will be able to serve as the main characters of their future lives.

중년기 여성이 생각하는 졸혼의 의미에 대한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 중년기 여성들이 생각하는 졸혼의 의미에 대한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구자와 또 다른 중년기 여성이며 나이는 50대이며 25년의 결혼생활을 유지하고 있다. 총3회의 인터뷰를 진행했으며 연구문제에 대한 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 중년기 여성은 주도적인 삶을 살기를 원하며 어차피 혼자인 삶을 인식하고, 졸혼 후의 삶을 살아가는 데 있어 자아실현을 하기를 원하고 있다. 하지만 여전히 사회적 시선을 의식하고 있으며, 긍정적 출발이라고 생각하기도 하지만 부정적 측면을 간과할 수 없음을 인식하고 있다. 또한 졸혼을 하나의 방책이라고 생각하고 있으며, 이혼보다 졸혼이 가족에게 도움이 되는 유일한 대안이라고 생각하고 있다. 하지만 여전히 졸혼은 마음 내키는 대로 실천할 수 있는 문제가 아니며 아름다운 졸혼을 위해서는 남은 생의 욕구를 깊이 들여다보아야 하며 건강한 졸혼을 위한 준비과정을 거쳐야한다는 것을 인식하고 이를 실천하고자 한다. This study is a phenomenological study on the meaning of graduation marriage that middle-aged women think. The subjects of the study are researchers and another middle-aged woman, in their 50s and have maintained a 25-year marriage. A total of three interviews were conducted, and the main results of the research problem are as follows. Middle-aged women want to live a leading life, recognize their lives alone anyway, and realize themselves in living after graduation. However, they are still conscious of social gaze, and even though they think it is a positive start, they recognize that negative aspects cannot be overlooked. In addition, I think graduation marriage is a policy, and I think graduation is the only alternative to helping my family rather than divorce. However, we still recognize that graduation marriage is not a matter that can be practiced as desired, and that for a beautiful graduation marriage, we need to look deeply into the needs of the rest of our lives and go through a preparatory process for a healthy graduation marriage.

지속 가능한 생태관광 활성화 방안에 관한 타당성 검토 : 김천지역를 중심으로

Eco-tourism has shown a rapid growth as an alternative to the indiscriminate nature damage and development, and excessive tourism activities since started in 1980. Eco-tourism must be sustainable tourism while preserving the environment for the future generations considering the economical, social, cultural and ecological aspects. Thus, the purpose of this study is to redefine the concept of eco-tourism, to investigate the status of eco-tourism resources in Gimcheon areas and to suggest the problems and improvement plans of regional revitalization through eco-tourism. Also, the solutions of sustainable eco-tourism development customized to the local characteristics targeting on Gimcheon eco-regional planning programs were suggested. This study proposed an Activation Plan of efficient eco-tourism by presenting the issues of ecotourism and ecotourism development plan of Gimcheon and suggested necessary measures for the success of sustainable eco-tourism. The problems of eco-tourism were the ecological resource damage, local communities and local people issues, eco system disruption, lack of operational programs and the profit-oriented operation. However, in order to be successful eco-tourism, the systematic management of the government is necessary to preserve the ecological tourist destination well. Also, the eco-tourism should have the linkage of local industry or the benefits of residents to make residents voluntarily participate in. In addition, in order to practice sustainable tourism development, the follow-up study should be made for setting a new development model and the method of community participation, thus this study will be an important basis of this research.

김천대학교 교양 중국어 교육의 현황과 개선방안

The purpose of this study is to examine Chinese curriculum as the liberal arts at Gimcheon University and to suggest ways to improve the curriculum. First, we investigated the changes in the curriculum of Chinese language education and the current status. Next, introduced the analysis of educational demand and the application of various teaching methods to improve the quality of Chinese language education. Finally, as conclusions, We would like to suggest improvement measure to improve the quality of Chinese language education.

김천시 농촌관광 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

Even though the main aim of Green tourism is to find a means by which we can use and appreciate these areas of natural beauty without damaging them, we are focusing on improving local infrastructure. This research is conducted in order to resolve these problems and boost the sustainable Green tourism of Gimcheon city. Gimcheon City needs to adapt policies to educate the local leaders as to who is capable of boosting Green tourism, how to characterize their Green tourism prod-ucts, how to improve local infrastructure, how to establish regulated management systems in rural areas and how to connect with other near by tourist destinations. Green tourism's outlook for the future is massive prospective growth. It will bring huge economic benefits to people living in rural areas. I believe that this research will have an effect on the development of Green tourism of Gimcheon and beyond.

향토음식 발전과 육성방안에 관한 연구

This study was conducted based on the premise that the expanding supply of local dishes can lead to boost the local economy, as they use local products as ingredients. Local dishes draw attention from tourists because they are part of the local culture that has been passed down for a long time. As a result, local governments are actively striving to promote and commercialize local dishes as part of the effort to boost the local economy. Based on the findings in this study, the following can be suggested to activate local dishes: First, the recipes for local dishes must be standardized; Second, local dishes must maintain their uniqueness; Third, the local dish industry must be fostered in conjunction with the local culture and tourism industries; Forth, local dishes must be managed systematically; and, Fifth, there should be a cooperative network among the relevant businesses. Local dishes are not simply about food but about local culture, history, and people. Discovering and fostering local dishes contributes to passing down and developing cultural tradition that is valuable to the country. Also, it can remind us of the unique tastes and values transmitted by our ancestors, and activate the local economy and tourism.
