        山东理工大学在国家级一流本科专业建设背景下,针对卓越工程师人才培养面临的现状与挑战,提出并实施了“校企地协同育人、创新创业融合”的新模式,旨在培养兼具创新思维、创业能力和工程实践技能的复合型人才,通过校企地三方合作,优化课程设置,增强课程内容的前瞻性和实用性,提升学生的工程实践和创新能力。本文提倡与企业和地方政府合作,优化课程设置,确保内容前瞻性和实用性,增强学生的工程实践和创新能力;推动双师型教师队伍建设,鼓励教师参与企业实践,积累经验。建立创新创业平台,为学生提供指导和支持,将创新成果转化为实际产品;多方协同,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有效衔接,能够为我国农业现代化培养更多高质量人才。 Excellence Engineer Education Training Program aims to enhance the level of engineering education in China by cultivating high-quality engineering and technical talents with strong innovation capabilities that meet the needs of economic and social development. The Agricultural Mechanization and Automation major has unique advantages in experimental teaching; however, issues in the current curriculum system and faculty development hinder the achievement of the program’s goals. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a new model of “school-enterprise-local government collaborative education, integrating innovation and entrepreneurship”. By collaborating with enterprises and local governments, the curriculum is optimized to ensure forward-looking and practical content, thereby enhancing students’ engineering practice and innovation capabilities. The development of a dual-qualified teaching team is promoted, encouraging teachers to participate in enterprise practices to gain experience. An innovation and entrepreneurship platform is established to provide students with guidance and support, transforming innovative results into actual products. Through multi-party collaboration, the effective integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain is promoted, aiming to cultivate more high-quality talents for the modernization of agriculture in China.

      • 产业结构调整下新能源专业人才培养与产业需求研究

        本文以产业结构调整为背景,分析了新能源专业人才培养与产业需求之间的互动关系,并提出了适应产业发展需求的新能源专业人才培养模式创新策略。分析发现,产业结构调整对新能源专业人才培养需求呈现出总量稳步增长、人才结构多元化、高技能与创新型人才短缺、强调实践与理论结合、跨学科与跨界人才需求显现等特点。为满足产业需求,应着重从构建科学的人才培养目标体系,建立校企深度融合的育人模式,构建灵活、开放的动态培养机制,形成持续关注产业前沿动态、深化产教融合的运行体系,以及构建严谨科学的人才培养质量评估体系和强化师资队伍专业化建设等措施,最终形成提升新能源专业人才培养质量、满足产业发展需求的有效策略。 Against the background of industrial structure adjustment, this paper analyses the interactive relationship between the training of new energy professionals and industrial demand and proposes innovative strategies for training new energy professionals to meet the needs of industrial development. The analysis reveals that industrial restructuring has led to a steadily increasing overall demand for talent in the new energy sector, accompanied by a growing need for diversified talent structures, shortages of high-skilled and innovative professionals, a strong emphasis on the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and an emergent requirement for interdisciplinary and cross-boundary talent. To address these industry demands, it is essential to focus on several measures: establishing a scientifically grounded system of talent cultivation objectives, adopting a deep integration model of school-enterprise cooperation, creating flexible and open dynamic training mechanisms, forming an operational framework that continuously monitors industrial frontiers and strengthens industry-university collaboration, building a rigorous and scientific talent quality assessment system, and reinforcing the professionalization of the faculty. These measures collectively aim to develop effective strategies that enhance the quality of talent cultivation in new energy specialties and ensure its alignment with industry requirements.

        在全球能源转型与环境保护的大背景下,新能源专业的人才培养显得尤为重要。工程教育认证视角下新能源专业劳动教育协同育人模式,以储能原理与技术课程为例,提出了一个创新的教学方案。本研究围绕工程教育认证的核心要求,探索了将劳动教育融入专业学习的具体实践路径,旨在提升学生的实践能力、创新能力和社会责任感。通过实验、项目驱动学习、企业实习等方式,强化理论与实践的结合,促进学生能力的全面发展。研究结果表明,该协同育人模式能有效地提升学生的专业技能和工程素养,为新能源领域培养出更具实践经验和创新能力的高质量人才。本研究不仅对新能源专业教育具有重要的指导意义,也为其他工程专业的人才培养提供了可借鉴的经验。 In the context of global energy transformation and environmental protection, talent cultivation in the field of new energy is particularly important. A collaborative education model for labor education in the field of new energy from the perspective of engineering education professional certification, taking the Energy Storage Principles and Technology course as an example, proposes an innovative teaching plan. This study focuses on the core requirements of engineering education professional certification and explores specific practical paths for integrating labor education into professional learning, aiming to enhance students’ practical ability, innovation ability, and social responsibility. By conducting experiments, project-driven learning, and enterprise internships, we aim to strengthen the integration of theory and practice and promote the comprehensive development of student abilities. The research results indicate that this collaborative education model can effectively enhance students' professional skills and engineering literacy and cultivate high-quality talent with more practical experience and innovative abilities in the field of new energy. This study not only has important guiding significance for the education of new energy majors but also provides valuable experience for talent cultivation in other engineering majors.
