본 연구는 ‘90년과 ’91년에 수행한 면접 및 우편을 이용한 전화서비스 품질에 관한 사용자의 만족도 평가조사의 단점 및 미비점을 보완하기 위한 방법으로, 운영시스팀인 SLMOS 와 LCR을 이용하여 전화수리 및 전화가설공사가 완료된 이용자를 빠르게 파악하여, 군락표집 및 비례층화표집방법으로 피험자를 선정, 전화로 설문조사를 수행함으로써 신뢰성 및 타당성을 지닌 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이렇게 조사된 데이터를 CCITT가 MOS 측정에 대하여 권고한 지침에 의하여 분석하여, 이용자가 인내할 수 있는 최저 품질의 한계치를 구해보았다. 이러한 방법을 이용하면 전화서비스품질의 기준값 작성이 가능하리라 본다.

Objective : The transfection efficiencies of gynecologic cancer cell lines were investigated by different mediated transfection methods using recombinant LacZ plasmid (pRcCMVLacZ and pAAVCMVLacZ). Methods : In this study, the gynecologic cancer cell lines were used CaSki, SiHa (cervical, HPV16^+, wild type p53 gene), HeLa, HeLa S3 (cervical, HPV 18^+, wild type p53 gene), C33A, HT3 (cervical, HPV^-, p53 mutant), HckE6/E7 (cervical, HPV16 immortalized keratocyte), Pa-1 (Ovary, wild type p53), SKOV-3, A2774 (ovary, p53^del) and OVCAR-3 (ovary, p53 mutant). The pRcCMVLacZ and pAAVCMVLacZ plasmid transfection were performed by using liposome system such as Ca^2+-phosphate, Fugen6^TM, Lipofection^TM, Lipogen^TM and N-stearyl lactobionamide (N-SLBA) with X-gal staining. The LacZ gene was used the reporter gene for the transfection efficiencies evaluation. Results : Each of cell lines were showed different transfection efficiencies by Ca^2+-phosphate, Fugen6^TM, Lipofectin^TM, Lipogen^TM and N-SLBA. Each of cell were revealed that HeLa S3, HT3 and A2774 were high transfection efficiency using the pRcCMVLacZ by the Lipogen^TM, SiHa, HeLa, QGU, OVCAR-3 and PA-1 were high efficiency using the pAAVCMVLacZ by Lipofectin^TM, CaSki was high efficiency using the pRcCMVLacZ by the Lipogen^TM, A2774 and Cx16.2 were high efficiency using the pRcCMVLacZ by the Lipofectin^TM, SKOV-3 and HkcE6/E7 were high efficiency using pAAVCMVLacZ by the Lipogen^TM. Conclusion : As a result, We proved that each of cell lines differed trasnfection efficiencies according to mediated transfection and recombinant LacZ plasmid style. Above all, Lipofectin^TM mediated transfection was showed high efficiency at the most of cell lines.

This article is to study the theories and the precedents which handle if the defect of the preceding act could be succeeded to the following act and whether the illegality of the following act could be disputed for that. As to the succession of the defect of the administrative act, there are three theories, such as the traditional one, which acknowledges it, another theory which admits it critically, and the other one which is called the Legally Binding Power theory arguing a new contention. All of them, however, have only partial validity. In the meantime, some precedents of the Supreme Court are surely seeking solutions with concrete validity, accepting parts of the Legally Binding Power theory. Therefore we are responsible for erecting a consistent theory before criticizing the Court for being inconsistent.

본 논문에서는 스마트팩토리 보안위협을 식별하고, 보안위협을 대응하기 위한 보안 관리체계의 필요성을 제시한다. 기존 보안관리체계에서의 장점을 통하여 스마트팩토리에 적합한 보안관리체계를 제시하고 보안관리체계 도입 후 보안위협에 대해 정략적 평가를 진행한다. 이를 통하여 국내 스마트팩토리 보안인식과 보안 활성화에 도움을 주는데 기여하고자 한다.
