        만성요통환자의 회전복합운동과 신전운동이 집단 간 요부 근기능 변화와 안정화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was aimed at determining the effects of resistance training on lumbar extension strength, torso rotation torque and ratio of lumbar flexion with chronic low back pain patients. Twenty-eight male (LE&TR:13, LE:15) and thirty-nine female (LE&TR:13, LE:26) subjects participated and was trained twice per week for eight weeks with protocol of Medx extension and Torso Rotation exercise. Both groups were tested on Medx machine for lumbar extension strength at baseline and after 8weeks. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures on a group, angle, time was utilized to analysis differences in strength. Results showed a significant improvement of lumber extension strength for LE&TR:41.43%, LE:69.73% in male group and for LE&TR:56.54%, LE:60.97% in female group after 8 weeks training. Both group in female indicated similar improvement of strength at all degrees but LE group in male showed high increase(%) of strength. Result further on the ratio of lumbar flexion 72° and 0° indicated decrease(%) of RE&TR:27.46%, LE:24.07% in male group and decrease(%) of LR&TR:28.63%, LE:34.10% in female group.

        Gyrotonic운동과 Sling운동이 중년여성 요통환자들의 요부 근력, 안정화 비율 및 통증지수 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze lumbar extension strength, flexion/extension ratios and visual analogue scale(VAS) changes in 20 middle-aged Female Patients of low back pain. Subjects(10 from the gyrotonic exercise group, 10 from the sling exercise group) participated and tested twice pre- & post- exercise during the 8-week period of different exercise programs. The result of research showed as following. 1. The gyrotonic exercise group and the sling exercise group showed an increase in lumbar extension strength to 41.18% and 33.58% respectively. Both groups showed a significant increase of muscular strength at all angles except “0° in the sling exercise group. 2. The flexion/extension strength ratio in the gyrotonic exercise group decreased to 47.88% and a statistically significant difference was found(p<.01), but it increased to 16.15% in the sling exercise group and statistical significance was not found. 3. The gyrotonic exercise group and the sling exercise group showed a decrease in VAS to 39.58% and 21.42% respectively and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.01). These results indicated that gyrotonic exercise and sling exercise need to be recommended clinically as interventions for improving low back pain.

        Optimum Design for an Air Current Pulverizing Blade Using the Computational Fluid Dynamics

        In the air current pulverizing type grinding method, the blade wings fitted inside a casing are rotated at a high speed to generate a cornering air current, which facilitates the collision of materials with one another, leading to the pulverizing phenomenon. In contrast to mechanical grinding, grit pulverizing leads to fine grinding and less acid waste and degeneration of the material. Moreover, this approach prevents the loss of nutritional value, while allowing the milling grain to have an excellent texture. However, the existing air current pulverizing type machines consist of prefabricated blades, which cannot be rotated at a speed higher than 5,000 rpm. Consequently, the grinding process becomes time consuming with a low productivity. To overcome these problems, in this study, the shape and structure of the air current pulverizing type wings were optimized to allow rapid grinding at more than 8,000 rpm. Moreover, the optimal design for the ripening parts for the air current pulverizing type device was determined by performing a computational fluid dynamics analysis based on airflow analyses to produce machinery that can grinding materials to the order of micrometers.

        고압산소요법 병행 저항운동과 슬링운동이 여성 요통 환자들의 요부근력, 통증 및 근활성도 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the resistance exercises combined with oxygen therapy and with sling exercise on the lumbar extension strength, pain and muscle activity in female patients with back pain. By a ssigning 21 patients to HOTMEG(n=11) or SMEG(n=10) groups. 1. The lumbar extension strength increased significantly in both group for 0°, 12°, 24°, 36°, 48°, 60°, and 72° degrees(p<.001). 2. The pain decreased 53.58 and 23.72% in HOTMEG and SMEG groups, respectively, showing significant difference between two groups(p<.001). 3. The muscle activity increased in both group without statistical significance although there were significant change in Rt. min and max frequencies(p<.001, p<.05). These Results showed that the HOTMEG and SMEG are efficient in increasing lumbar extension strength and muscle activity and decreasing pain in middle-aged female women and that they have potential effects to be presented as an intervention for pain improvement.

        Manufacturing enterprises have been doing their best endeavors to obtain global competitiveness using various methodologies, such as IT technology. In order to achieve global competitiveness, they are adopting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for competitive production. MES is a total management system that manages from the beginning of the production by product order until the quality inspection of the finished product. And MES is an inter-mediator for supplementation of information gap between ERP and inspection machine and equipment. This paper describes on establishment of effective strategy based on BPR methodology and implementation of MES small and medium PCB manufacturing company with multiple-types of products and mixed process flows.

        고압산소요법을 병행한 저항운동이 중년여성 요통환자들의 요부근력, 굴신비율 및 통증변화에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed to determine the effects of lumbar extension strength, ratio of lumbar flexion/extension and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) after conducting different exercises for 8 weeks in 20 middle-aged female patients of low back pain(10 patients in a resistance exercise group with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and 10 patients in a resistance exercise group). Both group were trained twice per weeks for 8 weeks and measured on MedX machine for lumbar extension strength at 7 difference angles including Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and flexion/extension strength ratio. Results showed the following 1. Both groups indicated a significant increase in lumbar extension strength(p<.001) at 0°, 12°, 24°, 36°, 48°, 60°, and 72° degrees. 2. A resistance exercise group with hyperbaric oxygen therapy was decreased by 42.34%, and a resistance exercise group was decreased by 34.64% in the flexion/extension strength ratio, which presented a significant difference(p<.001). 3. A resistance exercise group with hyperbaric oxygen therapy indicated 52.38% decrease and a resistance exercise group indicated 46.75% decrease in VAS, which presented a significant difference(p<.001). Therefore, a resistance exercise with hyperbaric oxygen therapy was effective in reducing the flexion/extension strength ratio and pains for low back pain patients and it should be proposed as one of a recommendable training program for LBP patients.

        豹菴 姜世晃의 《松都紀行帖》硏究

        The album Songdo Gihangchup (松都紀行帖), Kang Saehwang's (姜世晃, 1713-1791) renown masterpiece, was painted after his travel to Songdo. It has been highly evaluated by critics. However, it is only its style that has captured the attention of them; other than its style, little about this album has been known. For example, we don't know the exact time when this album was painted and also we don't know the concrete background of its creation. Hence, it was very difficult for scholars to conduct studies on this artwork. In such circumstances, I would differentiate my study from previous studies by focusing on unknown details of the album and the sequence of its leaves, on which nobody has made a research until now. First, I focused on the concrete background of the creation of the album. In this album, there is Sasu's (士受) poem, Park Un's (朴誾) poem written by Kang Sewhang. and Kang Sewhang's colophon. Based on these, I found out that the real name of Sasu, who ordered this album, is Oh Suche (吳遂采, 1692-1759). He was very much interested in paintings as well as in poetry in the late Chosun Dynasty. Furthermore, looking into the ancestry of the Oh (吳) family, I discovered that brother Oh' in Kang Sewhang's colophon refers to Oh Unsa (吳彦思 1734-1776), who is Oh Suche‘s grandson. He kept this album after the death of his grandfather. I also found out that the exact year when Songdo Gihangchup was made was 1757, when Oh Suche worked as the administrator (留守) of Kaesung (開城). Also, I paid attention to the geographical book Songdo Sokji (松都續志), edited by Oh Suche in 1757, the same year when Kang Sewhang made Songdo Gihangchup. Even though there is no clear evidence that shows the connection between the album Sondgo Gihangchup and the book Sondgo Sokji, I suggested that it was highly possible that the two were connected. This is because many public facilities, such as official residences. official ration storehouses, and a temple equipped with armory, were drawn in Songdo Gihangchup. Through these studies and contemplations, the background of Sondgo Gihangchup became clear as follows: Kang Sewhang painted Songdo Gihangchup in 1757 for Oh Suche who was the administrator of Gaesung and the editor of the geographical book Songdo Sokji. Next point on which I focused in this study, is the order of leaves in Songdo Gihangchup. Studying the travel course of literati and the geographical books published in the late Chosun Dynasty, I found out the geographical location of the objects in the album and realized that the current order of leaves in the album is not in the original order. By combining these study results, I suggested the original order of the album. In the suggested new order, we can see that the style among dosed leaves is quite similar and that all the inscriptions on the first half leaves were written by Kang Sewhang, whereas those on the last half album leaves were written by Oh Suche. I tried to illuminate the unknown areas of Songdo Gihangchup with a fresh look at the work, and produced some meaningful results. If we go on studying on the basis of these results, I believe we can grasp the true meaning of Songdo Gihangchup in the art history of the late Chosun Dynasty.

      • 연료전지 성능 개선 및 제어에 대한 연구

        In developing new generation vehicles, the fuel cell hybrid vehicle has become more important as environmental standards become more stringent. This paper details the Fuel Cell Hybrid Radio Control Car (FCHRC) with proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack(75×55×65㎜, 6V, 5A) and a secondary battery(7.4V, 2A) charged up by a solar cell(61㎜ x 110㎜, 1.7V, 450㎃). The design work of the FCHRC was made progress by CATIA modeling & assembling before manufacturing it. In this paper, we will focus on the automatic conversion of a power source between the PEMFC and the secondary battery, and finding the optimum conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow rate and hydrogen pressure) through thousands of performance tests in the humidity-temperature program controller. Included are diagrams of the dynamo, fitting the model for the performance test, that we constructed specifically for this research, to turn out the hybrid control system having the efficiently automatic conversion in the different modes (accelerated motion, uniformly accelerated motion, steeply accelerated motion, decelerated motion). The purpose is that the models and data from the experiments we conducted will contribute to the ongoing development of the fuel cell hybrid car.
