As the main force engaged in teaching and research in private universities, the growth and development of young teachers directly affect the quality of education and the level of education. But in the real education ecosystem, young teachers in private universities often encounter multiple role challenges and confusion. They not only have to play the role of educators, but also become researchers and social service providers.
