According to the obligation of BIM application, the guidelines of energy simulation based on BIM are being presented. Although there is the advantage to minimize the error in energy analysis using the energy model, there are still issues about insufficient standards and the compatibility of the gbXML. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the processes to utilize and apply BIM methods for energy simulation. This study was examined on the compatibility of data for energy simulation by the gbXML schema and energy efficiency by BIM.

So many energy saving strategies to realize the low energy house are proposed in these days. Even if the energy saving performances are similar between the strategies, the costs are in a broad ranges. Therefore, the application of the energy saving strategies should be based upon two considerations; one is energy saving performance and the other is the cost. In this study, the decision making method for application of the passive design technologies in the design stage of the low energy apartment house are suggested. By utilizing the result of this study, practitioners can make an effective design alternatives which solve the conflicted values; energy saving and cost.
현대 도시의 종교생활과 생명주의 구원관 : 광명회활동을 중심으로 In the Case of Kwang Myung Hae

This article deals with a religious attitude of the members of Kwang Myung Hae(光明會) originated in Japanese new religion, Sei Jono Ie( 生長の家), and its sociological meaning. And this work aims at the sociological understanding about certain current trends of religious life found in urbanism. It reveals a vitalistic salvation. In the most Japanese new religion including Sei Jono Ie, the Ie(家) has represented a legacy transmitted from the ancestors through each succeeding generation, as institution that require the constant daily efforts of all to assure that future generations of descendants would continue to flourish. Here, the ancestors are considered protective and benevolent vitalistic power, and rites to them, which is represented the forms of On(恩), moral indebtedness, have the function of maintaing the order and unity of the Ie. In the course of analysis, I can conform the vitalistic viewpoint in Kwang Myung Hae compared with Japanese hew religion, and which emphasises the fundamental vitality diffused in the universe as the goods of salvation. But in Japan, the Ie has been identified with the nation state since Meiji Revolution. In that point, we know that the Japanese new religious salvation views have the affinity with a system-maintenance ideology. The members of Kang Myung Hae are represented the attitudes to act-oridntation based on a theology of happinesses within this world. Those attitudes would result in the system maintenance ideology. And also those act-orientation seems to make it possible that the believers are anchoring their social relations on the family, while, as a basic social unit, is maintaing social order in general. While it junctions to help resolving the problem of alienation among the family due to industrialization and urbanization, it also contributes to reinforcing a familism, which in turn is a sort of individualism in society in general.
