포도에서 봉지의 종류, 처리시기 및 식물성오일 처리가 열과와 탄저병 발생에 미치는 영향

포도에서 봉지 종류, 봉지 처리시기 및 식물성 오일처리에 따른 열과와 병 발생 및 과실 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 봉지 종류별 열과 및 탄저병 경감효과는 '캠벨얼리'에서 열과 발생은 큰 차이를 인정할 수 없으나, 탄저병 발생은 무대처리를 제외한 모든 처리에서 감소하였다. '조생 캠벨얼리'에서 열과 및 탄저병 발생은 무대처리를 제외한 관행봉지, 창문봉지, 칼슘함유봉지 처리에서 감소하였다 '캠벨얼리'에서 모두 7월 5일 이전의 봉지처리에서, '거봉'에서는 각각 6월 29일과 7월 6일이전의 봉지처리 모두에서 현저하게 줄었다. 식물성오일 처리는 '조생 캠벨얼리'에서 열과 및 탄저병 발생률을 현저히 줄 일수 있었고 '캠벨얼리'에서는 과피의 칼슘함량을 증가시켰다. 봉지종류별 과실품질 중 가용성고형물은 창문봉지 처리에서 많이 감소되었으며 칼슘함유봉지 처리에서는 Hunter b값이 떨어졌다. 따라서 칼슘함유봉지 및 식물성오일 처리는 열과 경감효과가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. The effects of fruit bagging time, bag kinds, and plant oil treatment on fruit cracking, pathogenic decay, and quality in grapevines were studied. The occurrence of cracking fruit was not affect by bag kinds in 'Campbell Early'. But, bitter rot occurrence in 'Campbell Early' and occurrence of cracking fruit and bitter rot in 'Wase Campbell Early' decreased effectively compared the ones of conventional bag, window bag, calcium coated bag to non-bagging. The cracking fruit occurrence of and 'Kyoho' decreased significantly by bagging to each before July 5 of 'Campbell Early' and before June 29 and July 5 of 'Kyoho' grapevines. The cracking fruit and bitter rot occurrence by plant oil treatment decreased significantly in 'Wase Campbell Early', and increased calcium of fruit skin in 'Campbell Early'. The soluble solids in fruits were much reduced by window bag and the Hunter b value in fruit skin was reduced by calcium coated bag. Accordingly, treatment of Ca-coated bag and plant oil was become judgment to reduction effect of cracking fruit.
포도 '캠벨얼리'의 지베렐린 처리에 의한 적립 노력 절감 및 과실 품질

A study was conducted to examine treatment method, proper concentration, and treatment time of gibberellin(GA<sub>3</sub>) for human labor saving at harvest in 'Campbell Early' grapevine. Fruit berry thinning reduced labor by GA<sub>3</sub> 40ppm treatment of 5 days prior to full bloom, and, at GA<sub>3</sub> 10, 20, and 40ppm during full bloom, by 14.27~19.15 minutes/tree. Therefore, although labor was reduced by dipping treatment at 40ppm of 5 days prior to full bloom and 20 and 40 ppm during full bloom, severe shattering was observed at 40ppm dipping treatment, and soluble solids decreased, which suggests difficulty with commercialization. The result suggests that proper time and concentration of GA<sub>3</sub> fruit cluster dipping treatment at full bloom and 10 and 20ppm, respectively.
포도 '캠벨얼리'에서 GA<sub>3</sub>의 침지 시기와 농도에 의한 화수(花穗)생장 및 과실품질

This study has been conducted to investigate the treatment time and concentration of GA<sub>3</sub> solution dipping for labor saving in 'Campbell Early' grapevine. The rachis growth at harvest was reduced by GA<sub>3</sub> solution dipping before 5 days flowering, and increased significantly by GA<sub>3</sub> solution dipping treatment at full bloom and after 5 days full bloom. GA<sub>3</sub> 5, 10, 20 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> dipping treatment before 5 days flowering and GA<sub>3</sub> 20 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> treatment of full bloom and after 5 days full bloom showed a rachis twist phytotoxicity symptom. The optimum GA<sub>3</sub> concentrations for rachis growth promotion without phytotoxicity were 5 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> and 10 mg·L<sup>-1</sup>. The degree of compact berry, bloom, skin color, SSC and acidity at harvest by GA<sub>3</sub> solution dipping treatment time between concentration were not different from those of control. But the fruit berry weight was decreased by before 5 days flowering treatment when compared with control. There were no differences in full bloom and after 5 days full bloom treatment. The occurrence percent of berry cracking at before 5 days flowering and after 5 days full bloom treatment were significantly increased by GA<sub>3</sub> treatment. The bitter rot occurrence of berry at harvest was not affected by GA<sub>3</sub> treatment. Total rachis length of fruit cluster was increased by full bloom and 5 days after full bloom treatment. The length of rachis increased without reference to them position at full bloom and 5 days after bloom treatment. Accordingly, GA<sub>3</sub> 5 mg·L<sup>-1</sup> solution dipping treatment at full bloom and 5 days after full bloom were can be effectively for rachis growth promotion.
사과 '후지'에서 유기 칼슘화합물의 수관살포가 과실의 무기성분 농도, 동녹 발생 및 과실 품질에 미치는 영향

The effects of organic calcium compounds (ACa) tree-spray for late growing stage on the mineral nutrition concentration of fruit, russet and quality in 'Fuji' apple were investigated. Optimum spray concentration of leaves by ACa tree-spray during late growth stage were ranged 125 times among 1,000 times. Also, Optimum concentration of fruits was effected to 125 times. Optimum spray times of leaves effected by ACa 500 times tree-spray during late growth stage were effective in one times (Sept. 25) and three times (Sept. 25, Oct. 5, 15). Also, Optimum times concentration of fruit skin was effected to one times (Sept. 25) and fruit flesh was effected two times (Sept. 25, Oct. 5) and three times (Sept. 25, Oct. 5, 15). Phytotoxicity by tree-spray of ACa concentration and times different not occur to leaf and fruit.
