Design activity is performed to success of design organization especially good design, through basic process that is plan, organization, direction and control. Design manager who leading design organization role is very important than other design parts to that activity is other successfylly. Therefore, In this study I discussed design organization process that is needed for design organization to manage effectively, and I make clear each step features and important and Imentioned Manager's personal features as a leader who managing of design organization the person features is showed through research of decument on the situational needs. In the end, I present something that need as a design manager and designer for successful management of design organization.

We are received a comfortable and convenience from a lot of domestic electric machinery and tools in our environment, and also development velocity is progressing dizzily through the electronic technology development. Therefore we can't deny our actuality that tools are became more milti-function and high intelligent, people are received more burden in the intellectual capability. These problems source are found that was not considered men's capability on the design man-machine system. remocon, remote controller is used as a tool of communication between man and machine, have many function button to control become multi function, intelligent VTR, and user have to learn meaning of all function keys and to be helped a manual for easily control because function keys most of them have allocated two or three function. So, in this paper we tied to design of LCD touch-screen type Remocon to solve these problem as a kind of solving method, remocon in controlled and confinced by user with the Icon-well defined function and well allocated sequence information-Manual well show control way on a screen.

Icon is a visual sign connecting human and computer system. Visual sign is very effective communication media than character of communication volum, speed and extent, But we can detect abused Icon. Icon design is different in the some program especially wordprocessors and be difficulted in understand of meaning. Abused Icon make a waste of time and effort for detecting of meaning to user. So I tried to approach in a semiotics what icon is and how communication of effective communication media. A sign has a two functions one is production of meaning and interpretation, the one is communication. Process of making a meanings is a designer's design process and process of interpretation is a user's Icon perception. Because symbol has a communication function, the communication is completed successfully to interpret as a same meanings between sender and receiver of messages. Therefore Icon designer must design with familiar visual symbols and public object as a social and culture. I designed icon of communication program based on this study.
