히트파이프와 핀을 활용한 2차 전지 실링 장비 냉각성능 평가

The study was done to decrease and to evenly disperse the heat transfer rate from the pouch-sealing unit to the cylinder part of the apparatus of manufacturing the battery for the electric vehicle. The pouch-sealing unit is made of the heating block having a cartridge heater, and the cylinder part is designed for moving the pouch-sealing unit. The heat transfer from the pouch-sealing unit to the cylinder deteriorate the performance of the cylinder working. The two different heat sinks made of aluminum fin, heat pipes, and the combination of heat sink and heat pipe were designed and tested for efficient cooling for the heating block. When the heat sink was applied to the system the temperatures of the heating block was lower by 21%, and for the combination of heat sink and heat pies the temperature decreased to 33%. 전자장 비 및 통신 기기의 고성능 및 고정 밀화 에 따른 고발열 로 인해 냉각장치 기술이 대두되고 있다. 최근 연구 에 따르면 반도체 접점의 냉각 온 도가 25℃ 에서 12℃ 5℃ 로 변하면 파손율은 거의 10 배 로 증가하고,접점의 온도 변화폭 이 심한 경우 는 일정한 온도조건 에서 작동하는 경우보다 수명 이 6 배 정도 짧아진다고 보고하였다. 이런 열 발생밀도의 증가로 냉각시스템 의 고성능화 가 필수 요건이 되었고,특히 이러한 상황에서 히트파 이프 및 히트 싱크 를 이용한 냉각장치 응용분야가 확대 되고 있는 상황이다. Hwang et al.은 히트파이프 를 PC CPU 의 냉각모듈 로 사용할 경우 기존 히트 싱크와 팬을 사용한 냉각모듈에 비해 무부하 시 7.3"(; (20%), 부하 시7.2"(;( 1 8.5%) 의 냉각성능 향상 이 있음을 보고하였다. 히트 파이프는 고효 율, 시스템의 소형화,무동력, 다양한 형상화 등의 장점 으로 인하여 최근에는 정보통신 산업 에 적용하기 위한 연구가 미국과 일본을 중심으로 매우 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 국내에서도 전자 부품 및 항공 우주분야의 냉각시스템의 고성능화에 히트파이프 기술을 이용 하는 업체들이 증가하면서 응용분야가 확대되고 있는 상황이다.
‘리더십’ 차원에서의 ‘한반도 안보사태 해결방향’에 관한 연구

We have tried to settle disputes with internationally political theories such as realism, liberalism, neo-liberalism until now. Especially, we have tried to settle the dispute related to the Korean Peninsula through these theories for the past 60 years, but have been unsuccessful. And at the beginning, the Lee Myung-bak administration has taken a tough stance against North Korea based on possibilities of the early breakup of North Korea, but we were very perplexed by its unprecedented military offensives such as the sinking of the Cheonan naval vessel by its attack, its artillery attack on Yeonpyeong island, and missile attacks. Therefore, we tried to apply related leadership theories based on the following critical minds like Is there no way to get around the problem? and What are more fundamental solutions to these problems? Today, the biggest challenge of the leadership is settling disputes and solving the problem of poverty. It is very meaningful that we tried to settle recent Korean disputes through such a leadership in this way. This paper will try to explore the direction of the solutions to the Korean Peninsula based on the following leadership theories through investigating the truth of recent Korean Peninsula security affairs, and showing the influence of Korean Peninsula security affairs on the Korean Peninsula and international situations. 우리는 그 동안 현실주의(realism), 자유주의(liberalism), 신자유주의(neo-liberalism) 등 국제정치이론으로 분쟁들을 해결하려고 노력하였다. 특히 한반도 문제는 지난 60여 년간 이를 통하여 해결하려 노력하였지만 별다른 성과를 거두지 못하였다. 그리고 이명박 정부 들어 북한 조기붕괴론을 근거로 강경책을 구사하였으나 북한은 ‘천안함 피격’ ‘연평도 포격’ ‘미사일발사’라는 유례없는 군사공격을 감행하여 우리를 매우 당혹케 했다. 그렇다면 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법은 전혀 없는 것일까? 보다 근본적인 해결책은 무엇인가? 라는 문제의식에서 리더십이론(leadership theory)을 적용해 보기로 하였다. 오늘날 리더십의 최대과제는 분쟁해결과 빈곤타파이다. 이러한 측면에서 최근 한반도사태를 리더십차원에서 풀어보려는 시도는 매우 의미 있는 일이라 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 한반도 안보사태의 진실을 살펴보고 한반도와 국제정세에 미친 영향을 알아본 다음 리더십이론을 통하여 해결방향을 모색한다.

Authors performed a clinical study of skin disorders in aged group over 50 years old on 2,474 out-patients who had visited the Department of Dermatology, University Hospital and Yongsan Hospital, College of Medicine, Chung-Ang University from July, 1984 to December, 1987. The results were as follows: 1. The incidence of aged group over 50 years old to total number of out-patients (16,153) was 15.3% (2,474 cases). 2. The ratio of male to female was 1.15:1 (1,321:1,153). 3. Eczema was the most common disease group which revealed 34.1%. The second most frequent group was fungal infection (16.9%), followed by urticaria, drug eruption and erythema (12.1%), viral infection (12.0%), pruritus (5.2%), tumor (4.1%), and bacterial infection (2.7%). 4. The most common diseases in each disease group were as follows- contact dermatitis in eczema, tinea pedis and manus in fungal infection, acute urticaria in urticaria, drug eruption and erythema group, herpes zoster in viral infection, generalized pruritus in puritus group, and folliculitis in bacterial infection, respectively. 5. The disease groups including eczema, fungal, viral and bacterial infection were more prevalent in man, whereas urticaria, drug eruption and erythema group, and tumor were in woman. 6. Among 103 cases of skin tumor, 94 cases (91.3%) were benign and the remaining 9 cases (8.7%) were premalignant or malignant. The frequency of benign tumor was in order of seborrheic keratosis, skin tag, epidermal cyst, syringoma, respectively. In malignancy, there were basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma,

The purpose of this study is to develop a numerical model of two-dimensional unsteady flow that composed as St. Venant equation incorporated with general curve-linear coordinates by MacCormack's scheme. First, this study comprehends the flow mechanism through the results of hydraulic experiments. Second, it verifies the fatness and feasibility of the present numerical model. The numerical model developed by this study regenerate a coexisting sub- and super- critical two dimensional flow. On this study, the numerical model is useful to express suddenly changed flow by hydraulic structures. Through this model it would be obtained good results of flow velocity and water level through the application to numerical simulation.
