The recent developments in unified gauge theories of weak and electromagnetic interactions have already been fruitful in focusing attention on the experimental question of the existence of lepton and hadronic neutral current. Perhaps, the most dramatic test of the validity of the WeinbergSalam model is to find the gauge particles W± , ZO. Taking the value sin2~0.20 which gives a satisfactory agreement between theory and experiment in the neutral current phenomenology.

Renormalizable gauge-invariant field theories with spontaneously broken symmety are being studied intensively in the hope of obtaining a correct unified description of electromagnetic and weak interactions. This proposed model has so far been worked out in detail only as it applies to the area of weak and electromagnetic interactions of leptons, and within this area involves the usual leptons, photons, a new massive scalar meson, charged massive vector mesons W, and a neutral massive vector meson Z. This paper will deal with the possible observable effects of the Z boson and charged massive vector bosons W in leptonic process.

The general equation satisfied by a vector spinor field is considered and it is found that in addition to the spin solution there are two spin solution of arbitrary masses. Quantization of field of spin is carried out by decomposing them into simpler fields and using an indefinite metric.

The concept of spontaneous symmetry breaking has proved to be extraordinarily fruitful in many areas of physics and we consider it worthwhile to try to incorporate it into gravitation. It is suggested that the same symmetry breaking mechanism is responsible for breaking a unified gauge theory into strong, weak, and electromagnetic interactions. 現在 unification의 核心은 spontaneous symmetry breaking 理論이므로 이 槪念을 간단히 略述하고, 다음은 重方場에 incorporate시켜 본다.
