변화점을 고려한 중첩 NHPP 소프트웨어 신뢰도 평가 모형

In this paper, we propose a software reliability growth model based on the superposition with change point problem in the software system, which is isolated by the executed test cases in software testing. In particular, our model assumes an imperfect debugging environment in which new faults are introduced in the fault-correction process, and is formulated as a nonhomogeneous Poisson process(NHPP). Further, it is applied to fault occurrence time data, the results of software reliability assessment are shown, and comparison of goodness-of-fit with the existing software reliability growth model is performed. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 시험단계에서 고장의 원인이 여러 원인에 의해 중첩되어 발생하는 경우, 변화점을 고려하여 비동질적 포아송과정(nonhomogeneous Poisson process; NHPP)에 기초한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모형을 제안하였다. 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장모형에 대한 가정 중 결함수정 활동에서 새로운 결함이 추가적으로 도입되는 불완전수정 환경을 고려한 평균값함수와 결함발견율이 시험시간에 따라 변화하는 경우를 고려한 평균값함수를 유도하고 이러한 모형을 중첩한 새로운 중첩 NHPP 모형을 연구하였다. 이를 통해 중첩 NHPP 모형의 모수를 추정하고 기존의 모형과 일치도를 비교 평가하였다. 평가 결과 변화점을 고려한 중첩 NHPP 모형이 기본의 모형보다 실제 데이터를 잘 반영한 모형으로 평가되었다.

PolymethylHsiloxane (PMHS) was synthesized by mole ratio 1 : 2 of methylhydrogendichlorosilane to trimethylchlorosilane reacted H_2O with dioxance for catalyser in room temperature. Polydimethylsiloxan (PDMS) was synthesized by hydrolysised of dimethyldichlorosilane with H_2O. Low D.P of epoxy compounds was synthesized by mole ratio 0.13 : 0.48 of bisphenolS to epichlorohydrin for 120 min. in 90±5℃. Also the resin finishing agent, Dimethylol urea was synthesized by mole ratio 1.8 : 1 of formaldehyde to urea for 45 min. in 80℃. The structures of these compounds were determined by infra red absorption spectra. These agents were emulsified independent of conjunctive one another, with noionic surfactant. According to treating the prepared emulsions to nlyon 66, the following results were obtained. 1. The emulsion prepared with the recipes of composition ratio PMHS : PDMS : Epoxy=24 : 6 : 1, comparing with other emulsions, is proved as excellent in water repellency and in durability to repeated washings or dry cleannings. 2. The conclusion when treated with the solution of dimethylol urea synthesized resin finishing agent which was added by treat solution is reacheclthai the water repellency and the wrinkle recorevy shoued notransformation at all. 3. The optimum concentration of the treating solution diluted by using above emulsion is about 1%.
