16 Bit Microprocessor를 이용한 유도전동기의 최적제어에 관한 연구

本 論文은 16 bit one-chip 마이크로프로세서를 이용하여 正弦波 變調 最適 PWM 制御方式을 채택한 인버어터에 관한 연구이다. 3相 誘導電動機의 可變速 運轉에서 스위칭시에 발생되는 損失의 증가 및 效率 저하의 원인이 되는 高周波成分과 이를 除去하기 위한 알고리즘을 해석하고,이 알고리즘을 실현하기 위해 制御用 16 bit one-chip 마이크로프로세서로 구성되는 hardware시스템을 設計함으로써 종래의 마이크로프로세서로 실현 불가능했던 on-line 계산 및 real-time 실현을 가능하게 하였다.이 시스템을 最適으로 制御하고 計算하기 위한 software를 개발하고,아울러 외부 시스템과 RS-232C로 통신할 수 있는 기능을 첨부하여 host computer에서 remote control이 가능하게 함으로써 MAP(manufacture automation protocol)에 대처할 수 있게 하였다. hardware 및 software의 設計에 따라 제작된 시스템의 高주波 制御效果를 확인하기 위한 實驗에서 現在 産業界에서 사용되고 있는 우수한 성능을 가진 것으로 알려진 特定모델을 선정하여 이와 比較 檢討하였다. 그 結果 인버어터의 基本波成分과 각 高調波成分의 스펙트럼이 出力周波數에 따라 다소의 차이가 있었으나, 測定 周波數의 전체범위에서 比較된 특정모델보다 우수한 特性을 얻을 수 있었다. This paper describes an inverter adopting an optimal sinusoidal waveform modulation PWM control method using 16 bit one-chip microprocessor. In variable speed operation of three-phase induction motor, a large number of harmonic components are included in switching waveform and cause decrement of efficiency. We analyzed some properties of each harmonic component and an algorithm for elimination of harmonics. In order to implement the algorithm, we designed a hardware system composed of special purpose 16 bit one-chip microprocessor. But it has been impossible to get a real-time computation. We compared and examined the effect of harmonics between the designed inverter and the commercial inverter. It was found that the designed inverter had more excellent suppression of harmonics than the selected commercial inverter over a range of all measured frequencies.
한방병원간호사의 역할갈등, 소진이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 역할갈등 및 소진이 한방병원간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 대상자는 한방병원 간호사 103명이었으며 SPSS 18.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 이직의도는 평균 3.31점, 역할갈등은 3.53점, 소진은 3.44점으로 나타났다. 역할갈등은 일반적 특성에 있어서 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 소진은 나이, 결혼, 근무부서, 밤근무, 급여에 따라 차이가 있었고, 이직의도는 밤근무에서만 차이가 있었다. 이직의도에 역할갈등(r=.310, p<.002)과 소진(r=.326, p<.001)은 양적인 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 역할갈등 및 소진이 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 20.9%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 한방병원 간호사의 이직의도를 줄이기 위한 전문적, 체계적인 간호사의 역할을 분명하게 명시하고, 소진을 줄이기 위한 노력과 동시에 이직의도를 감소시킬 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to grasp the effects of role conflicts and burnout on turnover intention and provide intervention methods to decrease turnover intention in nurses of Oriental medicine hospitals. Method: The Subjects were 103 workimg Oriental Medicine Nurses. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Result: As a result, the mean scores of turnover intention, role conflicts, and burnout were 3.31, 3.53, and 3.44, respectively. Role conflicts had no significant difference in general characteristics, while burnout showed a difference in age, marriage, a working department, a night shift, and a salary, turnover intention showed a difference only in a night shift. Turnover intention was positively correlated with role conflicts(r=.310, p<.002) and burnout(r=.326, p<.001). Role conflicts and burnout explained 20.9% of turnover intention. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to specify specialized and systematical nurses of roles to decrease turnover, make efforts to reduce burnout, and provide methods to decrease turnover intention in nurses of Oriental medicine hospitals.

Recently, human infections caused by severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV), which can lead to fatality, have dramatically increased in East Asia. With the unavailability of vaccines or antiviral drugs to prevent and/or treat SFTSV infection, early rapid diagnosis is critical for prevention and control of the disease. Here, we report the development of a simple, rapid and sensitive portable detection method for SFTSV infection applying reverse transcription-loop mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) combined with one-pot colorimetric visualization and electro-free reaction platform. This method utilizes a pocket warmer to facilitate diagnosis in a resource-limited setting. Specific primers were designed to target the highly-conserved region of L gene of SFTSV. The detection limit of the RT-LAMP assay was approximately 10<sup>0</sup> viral genome copies from three different SFTSV strains. This assay exhibited comparable sensitivity to qRT-PCR and 10-fold more sensitivity than conventional RT-PCR, with a rapid detection time of 30 to 60 minutes. The RT-LAMP assay using SFTSV clinical specimens has demonstrated a similar detection rate to qRT-PCR and a higher detection rate compared to conventional RT-PCR. Moreover, there was no observed cross-reactive amplification of other human infectious viruses including Japanese Encephalitis Virus (JEV), Dengue, Enterovirus, Zika, Influenza and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV). This highly sensitive, electro- and equipment-free rapid colorimetric visualization method is feasible for resource-limited SFTSV field diagnosis.
Trib2 regulates the pluripotency of embryonic stem cells and enhances reprogramming efficiency

<P>Embryonic stem (ES) cells are pluripotent cells characterized by self-renewability and differentiation potential. Induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells are ES cell-equivalent cells derived from somatic cells by the introduction of core reprogramming factors. ES and iPS cells are important sources for understanding basic biology and for generating therapeutic cells for clinical applications. Tribbles homolog 2 (Trib2) functions as a scaffold in signaling pathways. However, the relevance of Trib2 to the pluripotency of ES and iPS cells is unknown. In the present study, we elucidated the importance of Trib2 in maintaining pluripotency in mouse ES cells and in generating iPS cells from somatic cells through the reprogramming process. Trib2 expression decreased as ES cells differentiated, and Trib2 knockdown in ES cells changed their colony morphology while reducing the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the expression of the pluripotency marker genes Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and Klf4. Trib2 directly interacted with Oct4 and elevated Oct4 promoter activity. During the generation of iPS cells, Trib2 knockdown decreased the reprogramming efficiency of mouse embryonic fibroblasts, whereas Trib2 overexpression significantly increased their reprogramming efficiency. In summary, our results suggest that Trib2 is important for maintaining self-renewal in ES cells and for pluripotency induction during the reprogramming process.</P>
