      • 韓國 호텔經營情報시스템의 效果的 運營方案에 관한 硏究

        현대의 호텔경영은 고도의 기술인 하이테크와 고객의 심금을 울려주어야 하는 고감도 서비스 즉 하이터치의 조화가 새로운 과제로 대두되게 되었다. 정보기술 환경에 대한 호텔기업의 대응전략은 호텔기업내의 정보시스템, 조직과 운영적 차원, 호텔정보시스템에 대한 인식, 전반적인 정보기술환경 등 호텔정보시스템과 관련된 기업 내·외부의 여건들을 총체적으로 고려하는 접근법이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 한국 호텔기업을 둘러싸고 있는 정보기술환경에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 호텔정보시스템에 관한 이론적 고찰과 실증분석을 통하여 대응전략을 제시하려고 하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 호텔경영정보시스템의 효율성 제고를 위한 당면과제들을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 HMIS에 대한 인식요인에 있어 대고객서비스부문에 대한 HMIS의 기여도에 대한 대응방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 운영과 조직요인에 있어서는 부서규모와 투자예산의 미비 문제가 지적되었다. 셋째, 정보기술환경요인으로는 전문인력의 수급부족이 제시되었다. 넷째, 호텔경영정보시스템의 자체요인으로는 시스템의 연계성, 소프트웨어와 하드웨어의 부적합성 등이 제시되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 기초로하여 효율성 제고를 위한 대응전략을 아래와 같이 제시해 볼 수 있다. 첫째, HMIS에 대한 인식요인에 따른 대응전략으로 대고객서비스 향상을 위한 자동화 시스템을 확충해야 된다. 둘째, 운영과 조직요인으로 전담부서의 규모와 투자액을 늘려야 하며, 교육훈련의 강화로 일선종사원의 HMIS요원화 시켜야 하며, 호텔업계 공동의 HMIS위원회가 구성되어야 한다. 셋째, 정보기술 환경요인으로 정보의 정보산업 지원정책이 강화되어야 하며, 호텔경영정보시스템의 전문요원 양성대책이 요청된다. 넷째, HMIS 자체요인으로 타 관광기업인 항공사, 여행사, 호텔과의 연계성이 높은 정보시스템을 구축해야 하며, 사용자 지향적인 경영정보시스템이 요망된다. 호텔경영정보시스템에 관한 현재까지의 연구는 시스템 자체의 기능을 호텔경영에 최적으로 적용시키는 문제가 주된 관심이 되어 있다. 급변하는 정보기술 환경에 적극적으로 대응할 수 있는 호텔경영정보시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 HMIS자체 요인뿐만 아니라 조직적이고 환경대응적 차원의 전략이 함께 수립되어야 할 것이다. The study was performed to emphasize the importance of information technology environment in the hotel business and, to present the strategy against it for Korean hotel industry. HMIS is an orderly arrangement of hotel data procedures and decision-making criteria designed to increase managerial effectiveness through the proper handing aand flow of information. The model on this study set up four factors which affect the HMIS effectiveness, on the basis of this model expert opinion survey was practiced. As a conclusion based on the findings of the study syggested the HMIS strategy for Korean hotels each factors respectively as following. Firstly, emphasis of P.R to HMIS, expansion of automation system are required in the recognition factor; Secondly, function enlargement of HMIS department, reinforcement of training program for HMIS users, establishment of internal & inter-hotel HMIS committee are requested in rhe operational & organizational factor; Thirdly, favorable government policy to information industry, developing HMIS software pertinent to Korea hotel, cultivation HMIS personnel of ability are needed in the information technology environment factor; Fourthly, orientating intergrated system, promoting the intergratedness of information systems between relating turism business, constructing user-friendly information system in the self-HMIS factor.

      • Quest3D를 이용한 건설기계 시뮬레이터의 설계와 구현

        가상현실뿐만 아니라 시뮬레이터관련 산업이 국내에서는 많이 알려져 있지 않다가 최근에 게임기술과 3D를 이용한 입체영상, 사이버모델하우스, 가상체험 공간 등의 다양한 형태의 3D 콘텐츠가 대중에게 선보여 지면서 가상현실에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이외에도 가상현실 기술은 현재 건축, 토목, 의료, 제품, 홈 네트워크 등 여러 산업 분야에 이용되고 있으며 앞으로 더욱 비약적인 발전 가능성 있다. 건설기계 산업이 고도화되고 지속적인 성장에 따라 산업의 기본이 되는 교육의 필요성에 따라 국외에서는 가상현실을 이용한 시뮬레이터가 그 분야에 중요한 역할을 담당하는 요소로 사용되고 있으며 건설기계 업체들은 시뮬레이터 사용으로 인한 장점을 마케팅 전략으로 최대한 활용하고 있다. 하지만 국내에서는 시뮬레이터의 필요성과 인지도가 낮을 뿐만 아니라 소규모의 연구는 이루어졌으나 기술 집약도는 낮은 실정이다. 이러한 이유는 시뮬레이터의 효과적인 구축방법 부재, 초기 개발비용의 부담 등의 문제로 아직까지 획기적인 콘텐츠를 구축하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 Quest3D라는 가상현실 개발 도구를 사용하여 시뮬레이터 기술을 건설기계 분야에 효율적으로 적용하여 가상현실 콘텐츠를 개발해보고 국내 건설기계 시뮬레이터 산업의 발전과 가능성을 알아본다. Due to the fact that various form of 3D contents such as game technology, stereoscopic image using 3D technology, cyber model house, virtual space experience, etc. have been introduced recently, it is becoming interested in virtual reality even though the industry concerning simulator was not known as well as virtual reality in Korea. Also, not only is it can be used for various purposes (e.g., architecture, public works, medical services, new products, home networks etc.), but also it is expected that virtual reality is likely to be developed rapidly. By the enhancement, consistent growth of construction equipments and need for education which is fundamental of industry, the simulator using virtual reality is becoming a major factor and firms manufacturing construction equipment is taking the advantage for the marketing strategy as much as possible which is come from the use of simulators. But, it has not been developed because of the lack of needs for simulator, public awareness and method to develop as well as no results any developed, low intensiveness of high-tech skills, the risk at the first stage of development and so on. In this thesis, we develop virtual reality contents by the application of the skill in the construction equipments industry using Quest3D which is one of virtual reality development tools and study its possibility of the development.

      • 옥탑광고 디자인의 광고효과에 관한 연구 : 청주시 옥탑광고의 실제 사례를 중심으로

        We hope to explore ways of improving by grasping the problem through situational analysis of the present billboard advertisements of building top centering around Chong-ju. We also wish to improve the quality of billboard advertisements of building top, which is an important factor when considering new construction, by recgnizing their importance. So, the purpose of this study is to contribute to a desirable city environment in new construction in Chong-ju. The procedure of this study is as follows; First, investigate documents after pre-study. Second, make an analysis of the present situation of billboard advertisements of building top in Chong-ju. These are devided by classification; industry, modeling, and location. Third, survey Chong-ju citizens regarding their understanding of billboard advertisements of building top and which designs they would find desirable. Forth, determine which buildings would and would not be suitable for billboard advertisements of building top. In addition, determine, by industry and location, which buildings can be improved. The results of the study are as follows; First, there are 28 billboard advertisements of building top at electronic machinery factory and 7 other sites in Chong-ju. There are in the center of the city, on the main arterial roads, or in the factory areas. By and large, they are samll scale, rectangular, and the lettering is either a corporate typography or gothic type. Their colors include white, red, blue, and green. More than half of them are handmade. Second, according to the questionaire, Chong-ju citizens are very interested in billboard advertisements of building top. They think billboard advertisements of building top account for many of the sign boards in Chong-ju and that they have made a great contribution to the beauty of this city. Most respondents think the number of billboard advertisements of building top should be increased in Chong-ju. They are in favor of billboard advertisements of building top at Samsong Electronics near the entrance to the factory area, PaekHark Soju at Naedok-dong and Sokyo-dong, DongSo Food at Somun-dong, and JinRo department store. Third, the problems of billboard advertisements of building top in Chong-ju are as follows( though in some cases there are differences in each advertisement); There are problems in the way of color. For example, the original colors, inadequacy of the product image and disharmony with the surroundings. There are problems include lettering that is not in harmony with each other, the size and arrangement of letters, the fact that some signs are too bright for their surroundings. Non-rectangular shapes should be used because there are too many rectangular signs. Other shapes should be used. It has been pointed out that most of the manufactured materials are handmade. Ways of improvement are as follows; The various colors which are suitable to the environment of the city and are appropriate to the aims of billboard advertisements of building top must be used. The quality of billboard advertisements of building top can be improved by developing colors specific to each company. Proper proportion between screen and letters, either by deleting or inserting letters, must be carried out. New billboard advertisements of building top should be tried out and the materials which have an highly effect of advertisements must be used if possible. All future billboard advertisements of building top should incorporiate all of the above suggetions. This will help with the visibility of new advertisements.

      • 컴퓨터를 이용한 VTR head 공정 개선 : 산업 현장 실습을 통하여

        본연구의 목적은 산업 현장에서 수작업으로 VTR 용 head제품 관리와 제품의 특성을 선별하던 것을 컴퓨터 시스템을 이용하여 업무의 신속성과 제품의 품질 보증 정확도를 높이는데 있다. 실험의 목표는 제품의 성능(특성값, 인덕턴스, 갭 Length, DEPTH)을 자동으로 집계하는 시스템을 구축하여 수작업과 비교하여 개선된 점을 제시하는 것이다. 실험의 결과 향후 생산 라인의 전산화가 미흡한 우리 실정에서 제품의 특성에 맞는 소프트웨어를 개발함으로서 제품의 결쟁력을 높일 수 있으며, 프로그램을 작성하는 요원에게 제품의 제조상의 특징을 설명하는 것이 어려움으로 나타났으며, 향후 생산현장 개선을 위한 전문 프로그램 요원의 필요성이 산업 현장 전반에 확대되리라 판단된다. 또한 작업을 위한 제품의 사양을 중간언어의 형태로 기술하여 특별한 지식이 없는 프로그램 요원이 쉽게 프로그래밍이 가능하도록 사양 기술언어의 개발이 요구된다. This paper is aimed to enhance the rapidity of working execution and the accuracy of product quality control by replacing with computers the management and sorting-out of VTR head products by manual. The goal of the experiment lies in submitting advantages of automatically total system of product performances - characteristics, inductance, gap length / depth - over those by manual. As a result of the experiment, it proved that in terms of our circumstances not fully computerized in the production line, we could make our products competitive from the development of a software suitable for each product and it is difficult to describe what properties products retail in making to the programmers, and that more expert programmers for the improvement of the production line will be needed in across-the-board industry for years to come. The development of programming languages ought to ster for specification of products so that programmers with no specialized knowledge of languages can have access to them.

      • 국민여가선용을 위한 주미형 관광 농원의 활성화에 관한 연구

        In the study, first, We set the sightseeing plans which make rural areas as the resources of sightseeing on the level of the development of tourist farms and suggested the plans to develop tourist farms which could contribute to tourist promotion and the people's welfare, attracting foreign tourists actively. Second, as We increase the incomes of farmhouses with the activation of local economy and the increase of incomes besides farm work following the development of tourist farms which meet the urbanites' desire. Third, we suggest the plans to search for the possibility of a tourist commodity, to grasp the problems of present tourist farms and to supply the facilities used for the successful management, developing the tourist farms. Also, this study consisted of 5 sections: In the first section, We raised the problems, he purpose of the study and its methods. In the second section, We studied the concept and the developing background of tourist farms, and investigated the styles of tourist farms and their characteristics theoretically. In the third section, ofter investigating the present status of domestic tourist farms and their users' characteristics, We studies the present status of our tourist farms and the problems of farms development. In the fourth section as We examined the plans to satisfy the problems of our tourist farms, we made the study of tourist farms in Korea helpful to propave for U.R. At the end, in the fifth section, We summarized the result of the study and suggested the plans to develop tourist farms based on discovered contents(problems) through the present status analyses of tourist farms. As the export becomes self-regulating due to the result of U.R and the changes of international situations recently and the foreign crops come into our country, the development of tourist farms in needed in the view strengthening the power of agricultural competition such as satisfying the urbanites' desire, increasing the incomes and activating the rural areas. As our life and the level of our consciousness are improved following the continuous growth of our economy, We become comfortably and spiritually off. But, the people's life circumstances are complicated as the results of the environmental aggravation with the rapid industrialization. So, their mental stress is increased and they long for pleasant environments and try to enjoy richful and valuable life. Therefore, it's necessary to guide the styles of tourist activities soundly as a part of our life not a simple enjoyment. I have worked at a travel agency for about 20years since. I was born at a poor farm village and had studied. Also, I was afraid that the incomes of rural communities is not enough compared with their efforts. Wondering of there are any plans to develop the rural communities, I wrote this thesis. In fact, the present conditions of our rural communities become falling behind an can't be actived due to the structure of poor incomes, poor production facilities and the indiscreet import of crops following the self-regulating imports. The importance of tourist farms is being developed newly by these reasons. Also, its importance is raised as an urgent demand of the times and social environments in the view of the urbanites' desire to return to the nature, the increase of rural incomes and the activation of rural areas.

      • 캐주얼제품 구매행동에 관한 실증적 연구 : 청주시 여자대학생을 중심으로

        There are been a lot of studies on factors which influences consumer behavior in they marketing field, and a lot of researchers have suggested results variables which can explain and predict consumer behavior through their models. Consumer behavior is a process and purchase is only one stage that process. There are many underlying influences, ranging from internal motivations and attitudes to social influences of various kinds. To understand the meaning of consumer behavior better we whould carefully examine who and what are involved. In any buying activity there are at least three potential forces on the buying side of the transaction : buyers, influencers, and consumers. The buyer makes the purchase, while the consumer uses the service or product purchased. Influences are not directly involved in buying or using the product but knowingly or unknowingly affect the decision of the buyer. When consumer buyes a product or choose brand he or she will decide how, when, where, why the brand he will choose. Therefore, marketing behaviors are designed in terms of the circumstances which he or whe face. The purpose of this study is to reveal factors which affect buying behavior with special reference to theories about goods buying behavior. To achive this abjective, this writer analyzed factors which affect coed's casual goods buying behavior, The results are as follows ; It is revealed that commercial advertisement greatly influenced on their buying behavior and formal education level affected types of buying information sources. Monthly expenditure had effect on their brand choice behavior. Types of hobby affected factors which influenced buying behavior. Housing tenures also influenced information source. Therefore, marketing stratiges toward consumer which reflect students socioeconomic and demographic characteristics(class year, monthly expenditure, housing tenure, and hobby etc) which influence their buying behavior.

      • 도시 대중주택의 실외공간특성에 관한 연구 : 청주지역을 중심으로

        The aim of this study is to find the characteristics of the outdoor space in the popular detatched houses(PDH) built in Chongju city, from 1986 to 1991. In this paper several elements of the outdoor space in the PDH was studied vertically and horizontally. This study consists of five chapters as follows; Chapter 1, Introduction - The purpose and background of this study. Chapter 2, Defining concept of the PDH - Defining several terms used in this study. - Review of the meaning of the outdoor space in the PDH already studied. - Investigation of the building code related to the PDH. Chapter 3, Survey and analysis of the characteristics of the outdoor space on the ground level, the 2nd floor level and the flat roof. Chapter 4, Suggestions for a good outdoor space quality in the PDH. Chapter 5, Conclusion. Conclusion of this study are as follows: 1. The outdoor space on the ground level is not enough to function as a main garden, as building ratio comes to 60 percent(legal limitations). 2. The outdoor space of the 2nd floor is left to a pathway function. 3. The space of the flat roof becomes half of the site area, as compare with the space of ground level come relatively to small. So, it must be considered that roof garden could be function like a main garden. 4. Legal proceedings, raising the ratio of planting area and lowering the builing ratio, is desirable for a good outdoor space. In is the hope of this study to that these suggestions could be used as the basic information for the outdoor space planning & design of the outdoor space in the PDH.

      • 세종리더십 교육이 대학생들의 인성함양에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Sejong leadership education, which is a liberal arts course in college, on the student's personality. For this, regression analysis of the effect of Sejong leadership education on personality education, along with the degree of human development according to demographic characteristics, was analyzed. In addition, Sejong leadership compared with the degree of influence of pre- and post-graduate personality training and the degree of personality development by learning the Sejong leadership education. The results of the study are as follows. First, the hypothesis was that participation in Sejong leadership education depends on demographic characteristics. Of these characteristics, some were found to have an effect, and some were not. In other words, gender, grade, age, and department of the demographic characteristics were found to interact with the attendance of Sejong leadership education, but it was not affected by origin area, parent’s jobs, and relatives from the military. Second, Sejong leadership education showed a higher level of individual value enhancement than the group that did not take the education, and this is a statistically significant difference. In particular, positive life attitude, aesthetic literacy, and moral judgment were higher in the group with the education than in the group without it. Third, the value of interpersonal cultivation ​​was higher than that of those who did not take the education, and this is again, a statistically significant difference. As sub-variables, respect, forgiveness, and tolerance for others were higher than those who did not take the education. Fourth, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of social value cultivation among those who took the education and those who did not. In terms of volume, the role of the members of society, the responsibility of the citizens, and the citizenship consciousness of the world were higher than those who did not take the education. Fifth, the level of creative personality development was higher in the group with the education than without it, and there was a statistically significant difference. All the variables such as curiosity, aesthetics, risk management, mission accomplishment, divergence of thoughts, and decision making were found to be statistically significantly different from those who did not take the education. The results of this study show that Sejong leadership education affects the growth of personality, and it can be said that it is the effect that the program is constituted to change the individual value, the interpersonal value, the social value, and the creative value. Therefore, the Sejong leadership education program has a positive effect on college student's personality development. It should be included as part of the essential curriculum of the military faculty to train students who want to become Non-Commissioned officers. The limitations of this study are limited by generalizing the results because it was conducted at one college located in Gyeonggi-do. Henceforth, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Sejong leadership education program, it is necessary to extensively examine the effects of the program with subsequent studies that expand the scope of the study. 본 연구에서는 Y대학교 교양과목인 세종리더십 교육이 학생들의 인성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 인성함양 정도와 더불어 세종리더십 교육이 인성교육에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석 하였다. 또한 세종리더십이 학생들의 교육 전․후 인성함양의 영향 정도와 세종리더십 교육 수강에 따른 인성함양 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세종리더십 교육 수강 여부가 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 인성함양에 영향을 준다는 가설은 일부는 채택되고 일부는 기각되었다. 즉, 인구통계학적 특성 중 성별, 학년, 연령, 소속 학과는 세종리더십 교육 수강 여부와 상호작용을 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 출신 지역, 부모 직업, 군 출신 친인척 유무는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 세종리더십 교육의 개인적 가치 함양 정도는 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 긍정적 생활태도, 심미적 소양, 도덕적 판단력 등은 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인적 가치 함양 정도는 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변수로 타인에 대한 존중, 타인에 대한 용서와 관용 모두 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았다. 넷째, 사회적 가치 함양 정도도 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 살펴보면 사회구성원의 역할과 책임, 세계시민 의식 모두 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았다. 다섯째, 창의적 인성 함양 정도는 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변수인 호기심, 심미성, 위험감수, 과제집착, 사고개방성, 의사결정력 등 모든 변수가 교육을 수강한 집단이 교육을 수강하지 않은 집단보다 통계적 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 의하면 세종리더십 교육이 인성함양에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있는데 개인적 가치, 대인적 가치, 사회적 가치 및 창의적 인성을 총체적으로 변화시킬 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성한 효과라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 세종리더십 교육 프로그램은 대학생들의 인성함양에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것이 입증되었으므로 군 간부 양성을 위한 군사학부 부사관 관련 학과 학생들의 교육과정에 필수적인 교과과정으로 편성되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 한계성과 향후 연구과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 경기도에 위치한 1개 대학교를 대상으로 연구가 이루어졌으며 둘째, 재학생과 부사관 후보생을 대상으로만 목표 집단으로 설정하였고 셋째, 세종리더십 교육에 의한 인성향상 여부만을 확인하였기 때문에 이 연구 결과를 일반화하는 데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 세종리더십 교육 프로그램의 효과성을 입증하기 위해서는 연구대상을 확대한 후속 연구를 통해 프로그램의 효과를 폭넓게 검증할 필요가 있다. 이러한 측면을 종합적으로 고려해 볼 때 향후 내실화된 세종리더십 교육의 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 세종리더십의 인재경영과 균형 잡힌 사고방식 및 창의적인 토론 문화를 지속적으로 발전시켜 나가야 한다. 둘째, 세종의 인본주의적 리더십을 기초로 행동과학적 접근으로 장차 군 간부가 될 학생들에게 인간적 측면에서 조직구성원을 다루는 방법을 터득하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 세종리더십을 통해 인간과 행동, 상황간의 상호작용을 이해하고 나아가 조직에서 응용할 수 있는 성과 지향적 교육체계로 구조화시켜야 한다. 넷째, 리더십 교육의 성과를 높이기 위한 교육체계의 환류시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 그러므로 교육대상자에 대한 요구분석을 통해서 이전 교육과정과 비교분석하여 교육내용을 보완하고 발전시켜나가야 한다.

      • 온천지역 호텔 서비스 품질에 고객 평가에 관한 연구 : 충청권 온천지역을 대상으로

        This study is interded for the hotel in the hot spring areas of Chung Chung provinces on which the many hotels in the hot spring areas are concentrated. The purpose of this study is to inquire into the significant difference between the expected level and the degree of satisfaction of hotel service virtually perceived by customers by grasping two values. And another purpose of this study is to analyze what factors constitute service attributes by department at the hotel in the hot spring area and to analyze that difference there is between service factors by department at the hot spring hotel in accordance with demographic characteristics of the population using it. To attain the purposes of this study, an empirical analysis also was used based on the contents of study disussed in chapter 2. An empirical analysis was conducted concerning 8 hotels such as Onyang, Suando, Yusung areas etc in the study. The finding were summarized as follow : Firstly, this study divided 43 hotel service attributes into 12 items at the hotel department, 12 items at the room department, 8 items at the general service department and 11 items at the food & beverage department, and made a factor analysis of each item. As a result, two factor, namely the internal factor of the hotel and the external facto of the hotel were drawn from the overall hotel department, and the principal facto of the room, the decorative factor of the room, and the price factor of the room, were divided. And the general service department was classified into two factors such as employees specialization and converient service process. The food & bererage department was classified into two factors such as employee and job processing and atmosphere and menu. Secondly, a test of was made of the significant difference between the customer expected tevel of the chegree of satisfaction with service quality by department. As a result, it was revealed that the respondent customer showed a high expected lovel on the location of the hotel, the possibility of Linkage with the adjoining area, the natural environment agound the hotel in terms of the overall hotel department, and that the respondent customer felt terms of the overall hotel department, and that the respondent customer felt satksfied with items such as the location of the hotel, the possibility of linkage with the adjoining area, the convenience of parking, safety and privacy. It was revealed that the respondent showed a high expected level on items such as cleanliness of the room, the internal structure and size of the room in terms of the room department and that the respondent felf satisfied with cleanliness of the room, the size of the wardrobe and the number of hanyers. It was shown that the respondent customer had a high expected level on restraint of excessive service in the general service department, and that the respondent felf dissatisfied with service employee ability to communicate, specialized service, etc. It was revealed that the respondent customer had a level of expectation on taste of coffee, employee knowledge of the menu, favorable treatment of customers complatints, and that the respondent felf dissatisfied with low prices, the diversity of menus, etc. Thirdly, a test was conducted of the difference in the demographic characteristics relative to factors by department. AS a consequence of testing the difference in the overall hotel department, it was shown that there was a significant difference between customer in respects of visiting purpose, age, sex, accupation and the location of the hotel. In case the visiting purpose was complex in terms of the internal factor of the hotel, it was revealed that persons of 31~40 years old, women, and the mieele management of the firm felt more sutistied with the hotel in the Yusung area. It was shown that the income bracket of 2 million won had a higher chegree of satisfaction with the hotel in the Onyang area in terms of the external factor of the hotel. As a result of testing the difference in service quality perceived by customers on the room department, it was shown there was a significant difference in women, occupation, in come bracket the location of the hotel. It was revealed that women, the middle management of the firm, the income bracket of 510,000~1,000,000 won felt more satisfied with the hotel in the Onyang area n terms of the decorative factor of the room. And it was shown that the income bracket of more that 2 million won felt satistied with the hotel in the Yusung area in terms of the price factor of the room. As a resulf of testing a difference on the general service department, it was revealed that there was a significant difference in all but sex. In case in custumer has visited a partimlar hotel three times or over five times, it was shown that the customer, such as persons aimed at pleasure and complex purpose, the middle manager of the firm, college graduates and the income bracket of 500,000~1,000,000 won felt more satisfied with the hotel in he Onyang area in terms of the factor of convenient service process. It was reveled that customers such as persons of more than 50 years, professionals, the income bracket of over 1.5 million won felf more satisfied with the hotel in the Onyang area in terms of the factor of employee's specialization. It was shown that there was significant difference in terms of the frequency of visit, the purpose of visit, age, the location of the hotel in the food & beverage department. It was shown that person visiting over hour times, visitors with cample purpose and person of over 50 years felt more satisfied with the hotel in the Onyang area in terms of the factor of amployee and job processing. It was revealed that persons visiting over four times, and visitors with comple purpose felf more satisfied with the hotel in the Yusung area in terms of atmosphere men factor. Accordingly, there might be a partiy significant difference by department in the hypotheses adpted in this study, but the hypotheses can be said to be valid.

      • 유화처리된 폐식용유(ERCO) 처리방법이 혼화재 다량사용 콘크리트의 중성화 억제에 미치는 영향

        최근, 전 세계적으로 지구 온난화의 원인이 인간의 산업 활동에 의한 온실가스 농도의 증가로 지적되고 있으며, 이에 각국은 자국의 산업을 보호하되 이산화탄소 배출량을 줄이려는 노력을 함께 하고 있다. 이에 발맞춰 우리나라도 2011년 저탄소녹색성장기본법을 제정·공포하고 지구를 보호하고자하는 세계정세의 흐름에 동참하고 있으며 최근 이산화탄소(CO2) 저감대책에 관한 연구로서 특히, 건설산업 분야에서는 이산화탄소배출을 억제하는 방안의 일환으로 시멘트 사용량을 줄이고 플라이애시(FA), 고로슬래그 미분말(BS)등의 광물질 혼화재를 결합재로 다량 치환하는 콘크리트의 사용으로 시멘트 사용을 최소화 하거나 무시멘트화 되어가고 있는 추세이며, 이에 대한 연구가 다각적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다.1)2) 이러한 광물질 혼화재 치환 시멘트는 수화열 저감효과 및 장기강도 우수, 탄소배출량 저감 등의 장점이 있는 반면에 응결시간 지연, 초기강도 저하, CO2 침투에 의한 중성화 촉진 등의 문제점이 있다.3) 이중 초기강도 저하 및 중성화 촉진되는 현상은 시멘트량 저감에 따른 pH 저하 및 콘크리트 내부의 공극을 통해 각종 유해 물질의 침투가 원인으로 제기 되고 있다. 콘크리트 중성화는 콘크리트 내부의 상태를 철근이 부식될 수 있는 환경으로 만듦으로써 콘크리트 피복 박락, 부착력 저하에 의한 철근의 인장저항력 감소현상을 유발하여 구조물 성능을 현저히 저하 시키게 되고 궁극적으로는 구조물의 수명을 결정하게 된다. 한편 기존의 중성화 방지대책으로는 콘크리트 표면을 도막처리 하여 콘크리트 내부로 유입되는 이산화탄소를 물리적으로 차단하는 방안과 알카리성을 상실한 기존 콘크리트에 알카리성을 부여하여 철근의 부식을 방지하는 공법과 철분을 콘크리트에 혼입함으로써 철근의 부식이 일어나기전에 콘크리트 내부의 혼입된 철분이 먼저 부식과 함께 팽창반응을 일으켜 콘크리트 공극을 채움에 따라 중성화를 방지하는 방법이 제안4)되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 재료의 단가가 고가이며, 사용 공법에 대한 어려움과 성능의 문제점이 있기 때문에 기존보다 경제적이며 효과적인 중성화 억제대책이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구팀에서는 선행연구를 통해 고강도 콘크리트에 유화처리된 폐식용유(Emulsified Refine Cooking Oil 이하 ERCO) 혼입시 유지류의 지방산 성분과 콘크리트 내에 생성되는 수산화칼슘이 반응(비누화 반응)하여 나타나는 미세비누입자가 콘크리트 내의 모세관 공극을 채워줌으로써 자기수축을 저감할 수 있는 방안을 확인한 바5) 있으며, 이와 같은 맥락에서 모세관 공극을 채우는 미세비누입자는 콘크리트의 중성화에도 효과적인 대응책이 될 수 있을 것으로 추정된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유화처리된 폐식용유 처리방법이 혼화재 다량사용 콘크리트의 중성화 억제에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고 유화처리된 폐식용유(ERCO) 혼입과 도포 2가지 방법으로 일반콘크리트의 중성화 억제에 대한 실험을 중점적으로 하여 유화처리된 폐식용유의 비누화 반응이 콘크리트 중성화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그 효과를 검증함으로써 혼화재 다량사용 콘크리트의 중성화 억제 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
