본 논문에서는 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 ebXML(electronic business eXtensible Markup Language: 전자 상거래 확장 마크 업 언어) 어플리케이션을 소개하였다. 이것을 소위 "Business-to-Business eCommerce."라고 불린다. 그리고 ebXML 의 프레임워크에 대한 설명과 함께 전자 상거래 간에 발생하는 거래를 수립하기 위한 완성된 프레임워크를 제공하고 ebXML를 설계하였다. 아울러 전자 상거래 간의 통신과 거래를 확립하기 위한 신뢰할 수 있는 메시징 시스템을 제공하는 ebXML 메시징 서비스를 설계하였다. 끝으로 ebXML MSH(Message Service Handler: 메시지 서비스 처리기)를 설계하여 전자 상거래간의 거래 확립을 위한 ebXML 개발 전략, 테스트 시나리오 그리고 ebXML 메시징 기본 상호 호환성에 필요한 테스트 셋을 제공한다. 본 논문의 주요 논제들은 아래와 같다. ㆍ 메시징 모델과 특징(ebMS/MSH) ㆍ 보안 ㆍ 양질의 서비스(신뢰성) ㆍ 후 방위 시스템과의 통합 The first part of this thesis is introduction about application of ebXML (electronic business eXtensible Markup Language) for electronic business between companies. It is called "Business-to-Business eCommerce." The second part of this thesis concentrates on framework of ebXML (electronic business eXtensible Markup Language), which provides a complete framework for setting up electronic business-to-business transactions and explains about ebXML terminology. The third part of this thesis centralizes on ebXML Messaging Service, which provides a reliable messaging system for setting up electronic business-to-business communications/transactions. And finally, the fourth part of this thesis explains about ebXML MSH (Message Service Handler), which provides an ebXML development strategy, Test Scenarios, and ebXML Messaging Basic Interoperability Test Suite for setting up electronic business-to-business transactions. The main topics in this thesis are: ㆍ Messaging model and features (ebMS/MSH) ㆍ Security ㆍ Quality of service (Reliability) ㆍ Integration with back-end systems.
