The purpose of this study is to find out how the curriculum of education college is related to that of elementary school and to seek after the method of improving the mangement of the curriculum of education colleage for the efficiency of education curriculum management through analyzing the degree of understanding of elementary school teachers as to the relation, if the curriculum of education college is made the use of to some extent in performing the roles of elementary school teachers. To begin with, I set the problems for study for carrying out the above mentioned purposes. First, is there any relation between the curriculum of education college and that of elementary school? And how? Second, when it comes to the understanding of teachers about the degree of the contents which most of the education college students learned at their college being utilized in teaching elementary school students, how is the difference according to the background variables? Third, what is a desirable method for the management of education curriculum of education college for elementary school teacher? Through analyzing and reviewing the problems on the relation between the curriculum of education college and that of elementary school, I performed inquiry for the correct result. The result of the response as to question is revealed by the percentage. X² test was performed in order to check the difference of each variable. The final analysis on result is obtained through spss/pc^+. As a result, study has it that relation between the curriculum of education college and that of elementary school is very low. I, therefore, would like to suggest some methods for improving the management of education college curriculum so that the elementary education can be performed more efficiently as the following. First, the focus of lesson should be changed : form the lesson which is composed of the theory-oriented lesson conducted by professors to the lesson which is composed of discussion-oriented, presentation-oriented lessons as well as research-oriented-activity lessons should be developed. Second, the management of education college curriculum should be enlarged to the subjects which are very closely related to the scene of education and performed. Besides, the academical system on the level of establishing orthodoxy should be prepared. Third, in order to beef up the degree of relation between the education curriculum and the elementary-school-education curriculum, it is required that the extension of education practice period should be done and the process of education practice should be managed in an efficient and systematic way. Fourth, the training process for education teachers who teach elementary school students, especially for teachers who are in charge of teaching subjects only, should be improved at an early date. Fifth, the administrative and financial support system, on the governmental level, for the improvement of the curriculum of education college, should be prepared in the near future.
