        China, Korea, Japan and other South Eastern Asian countries are generally regarded as a Confucian country. Confucian culture of these nations have continuously gained interest and were the subject of concern for both Eastern and Western scholars. Marx Weber, stated that Chinese Confucian culture prevented capitalistic economy from booming in China and a lot of scholars tried to find the reason for rapid economical development and growth in South East Asia in Confucian culture itself. In the 1990's, during the Asian Financial crisis, criticism concerning the Confucian culture started to rise again. However, a lot of Confucian countries including China, Korea and Japan started to adopt modern Western culture. Today, I wonder how dominantly Confucian cultures effect the countries in South East Asia, as indicated by the scholars. Especially, I wonder how many of the students in their 20's have these traditional Confucian values in them. When we talk about "Confucian countries" it seems that countries like China, Korea, Japan and other South Western countries are still influenced dominantly by these values. Especially, among the various "Confucian countries", China and Korea conduct most active interchange of Confucian culture and we often believe that Chinese and Korean Confucian culture is very similar to each other. But when we examine the failure cases of Korean business men who adopted Korean business culture to companies in China, we can clearly see that there are significant difference between the Confucian cultures of China and Korea. Also, we established a preconception stating that China and Korea are very similar to one other due to this, thus resulting in inefficient understanding of the differences between these two nations. I believe that this preconception of believing these two nations are similar, obstructed the co-understanding between these two nations. Then, what kind of similarities and differences exist between the two Confucian cultures in China and Korea? In this study, with these questions in mind, we established a survey questionnaire containing questions reflecting "South East Asian Confucian culture and values", commonly discussed by prominent scholars, and conducted the survey to university students in both China and Korea. The results are as follows: First, recognition for Confucianism was very different among the students of China and Korea. Where as Korean students had a tendency of believing Confucianism as a behavioral criterion, Chinese students believed that Confucianism as a set of abstract values. Considering the behavioral criterion, Korean students were more influenced by the Confucian values than Chinese students. And and oppositely, Chinese students were more influenced than Korean students concerning the abstract aspect of Confucianism. Considering the "personal Confucian values", students from both countries showed strong degree of individualism and in regards to the aspect of attitude towards life, Chinese students put more emphasis on work than Korean students. Considering the relationship in our daily life like "husband and wife", "parents and me", "the elderly and me", "friends and me", and etc. Korean students showed higher degree of Confucianism attitude than Chinese students. However, parents of both countries showed higher level of differences concerning this subject than the respondent students. Thus, Korean parents were more obedient to Confucian values then the Chinese parents and when examined compared to the parents generations, Korean students showed high level of negative and dubious attitude towards a lot of Confucian regulations. When we examined the criteria's like "Country and me", "minority group and country", "leader and democracy", "rationality and recognition" and other abstract values, Chinese students showed high degree of Confucian response then the Korean students. When we divided the survey questionnaire into two criteria's, behavior and attitude, Korean students showed higher level of Confucian response for behavioral aspect and Chinese students showed high level of Confucian response towards the attitude aspect. Especially, the differences in the behavioral aspect were more definite between the students of China and Korea. Korean students showed more negative evaluation of Confucianism than the Chinese students. In the future, Confucian will experience more criticism in Korea, and I carefully conclude that effects and influences of Confucian behavioral regulation will significantly decrease in the future.

      • 이문화 배경하에 예술대학 전통 무용 수업의 효과에 대한 연구

        At present, the role of cross-cultural adaptability(abbreviated:CCA) in resolving cross-cultural conflicts is more recognized by academic circles, but its application to solve the effectiveness of traditional dance teaching (abbreviated: ETDE) is not many. Therefore, it is realistic and urgent to investigate AAC scientifically and effectively to improve the ETDT. This study aims to understand the CCA and learning status of Chinese, Korean and Japanese students majoring in dance in Chinese and Korean art universities. Through the form of empirical research, the differences in effectiveness are investigated, and the influence mechanism on effectiveness is analyzed. This study takes the form of quantitative research, by using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software. According to the research results, the intercultural adaptability of traditional dance majors in universities is generally high (M=3.648). There are significant differences by gender in the CCA of traditional dance students in art universities in the two dimensions of knowledge and consciousness (t=2.633, p<.01; t=2.110, p<.05), and there are significant differences by grades in general (F=4.100, p<.05); there is no significant nationality difference (F=2.223, p>.05); university students majoring in traditional dance ETDT is at a high level (M=4.073). There are significant differences in nationality and grade the ETDT dance teaching for students majoring in traditional dance in art universities (F=4.196, p<.05; F=4.874, p<.01), and there is no significant difference by gender (t=1.009, p>.05). There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions and overall mean of the traditional dance students' CCA in art universities and the dimensions and overall mean of the ETDT (p<.001), traditional dance in universities the four dimensions of professional students' CCA knowledge, skills, attitude, and consciousness have a predictive effect on the four dimensions of ETDT, teaching planning, teaching goals, teaching methods, and teacher awareness (F=112.250, p<.001). In the curve model with the overall mean of intercultural adaptability as independent variable and the ETDT as dependent variable, the overall average of ETDT will increase with the overall average of AAC (Y=.707X+1.492, Y=.073X2+.479X+1.260). According to the regression analysis of four dimensions as independent variables and dance teaching effectiveness dependent variables, the results of ANOVA reached a significant level, and the four model adjustment R were respectively, .516, .522, .427, .365, indicating that the four dimensions of AAC can predict the ETDT (51.6%, 52.2%, 42.7%, 36.5%). From the perspective of CCA, this study puts forward some suggestions which are beneficial to the academic development of dance students.

        This study aims to analyze the correlation between education brand image and education service quality; education brand image and education environment quality; education brand image and education satisfaction. focus of this study is to examine the approval of education quality as a determining factor on education brand image, For this case, study purposes to determine the affecting factors of online education service quality and education environment quality on education brand image of korea and china. Firstly, to determine the affecting factors of education service quality and education environment quality on education satisfaction and online education brand. Secondly, to apprehend the affecting factors of education service quality and education environment quality on education satisfaction and online education brand through empirical analyze, and to investigate the difference between the education quality in Korea and education quality in China . Thirdly, to analyse the affecting limit of education service quality and education environment quality in korea and China based on empirical study results, and to adduce an implications about education invigoration helping the organizations related to education service quality of Korea and China. For this research, from 05.04.2016 to 30.04.2016, 200 questionnaires(100 korean,100 chinese) were collected by sending mail, e-mails or by visiting personally those people who have experience of using an online education service, from 05.04.2016 to 30.04.2016. in Korea, 89 users were used for the result of the research excluding 6 untruthful person and 2 person who did not have an experience. in china, 98 respondents were used for the result of the research, excluding 1 untruthful person and 1 person who did not have an experience. As a result, high ranked prestigious high school is important as an education service quality enhances education brand image, on the contrary, education environment quality is turned out to be more important in a school with a lower rank. and according to these results, schools can establish their methods of improving their rank.
