중국 실용음악 보컬 교육의 발전 방향 연구 : 교육 과정을 중심으로
As China's social and artistic culture continues to be updated and developed, practical music has already become an important trend in the development of Chinese music culture, and the role of practical music in the Chinese music education business is also becoming more prominent. For example, practical music vocal classes do not promote the demand for students and practical music development, such as a lack of perfect education system, lack of expertise of college students, and lack of professional goals. This paper aims to present the necessity of improving education through demonstration in various fields such as prior research and student perception survey on the current status and problems of vocal education in practical music in China. Based on a comparative analysis of the curriculum (curriculum) of the Department of Practical Music and Vocal Education at Korean universities, I would like to present thepossible direction of improvement, and the reasons for selecting the analysis of the Korean curriculum are as follows. First, the history of practical music education in Korea has been more than 30 years from 1988 to the present. Practical music has become one of the most popular departments at present, especially vocal majors reaching 602:1. Second, Korea is the fastest and most developed country in the world that has swept the world in more than a decade by promoting the development of K-POP culture led by the state since 2000. Korean idols occupy the global pop market and promote their music to the world, and the operation of solid educational programs necessary to foster idols accounts for a large part of this background. After 2004, with the rapid entry of K-POP into the Chinese market, many changes and developments have taken place in China's music industry, which is also a big topic to which China has to face. The development of the Korean music industry is a prerequisite for quality education. Currently, the Korean singer training program is more systematic in the university's curriculum, suggesting that the university's education and music industry are inextricably related. Third, through questionnaires from students and music educational experts, I found that both teachers and lecturers believe that practical subjects are more conducive to improving students' expertise. The problems of practical music education in China verified by the above three analyses are as follows. If you want to change the status quo of practical music education in China, it is necessary to clarify educational goals and strengthen the vocal education's importance. It is necessary to open additional practical courses in Chinese universities, improve the education system, and hire more talents specializing in practical music. Based on such research results, domestic practical music courses should be subdivided according to majors, and each school should offer a wide varieties of unique courses. The current situation and educational goals of practical music-related disciplines in various universities should be investigated according to the classification of colleges, subjects, and practical courses all of which also should be continuously improved and augmented.This is also the brand new direction of music education required by this era.It is hoped that through this research, it will contribute to the development of vocal education in Chinese universities and serve as the basic data for future related research. 중국 사회의 예술문화가 지속적으로 업데이트되고 발전하면서 대중음악의 발전은 이미 중국 예술문화 발전의 중요한 흐름으로 자리 잡고 있다. 그중에서 실용음악은 대중음악의 범주 안에 속하며, 예술성보다는 실용성이 강조되는 현대적인 음악을 지칭한다. 이는 대중음악 발전에 실용음악 교육이 차지하는 역할의 중요성을 시사한다. 이러한 중요성은 실용음악 교육체계의 발전과 전문 인재 양성에 지대한 영향을 미치며, 불가분의 관계에 있다. 그러나 현재 중국 내 실용음악 교육은 교과과정의 부족, 교사의 전공 적합성 불일치, 교과목의 목적성 불분명 등으로 인해 학습자의 전문지식 함양과 실기능력의 향상에 난항을 겪고 있다. 현재 중국의 실용음악 보컬 교육체계는 학생을 포함한 실용음악 교육 발전의 전반적인 요구사항을 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 대학의 실용음악 보컬 교육 상황을 조사하고, 교육체계의 불완전한 부분을 보완하기 위해 선진 교육체계를 갖춘 한국의 교육 과정과 비교・분석을 통해 중국 실용음악 보컬 교육의 효과적인 발전방안을 도출하고, 제시하는데 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 목적 및 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 실용음악 보컬 교육의 현황과 유의한 요인의 파악하기 위해 국내・외 논문 및 문헌의 고찰에 내용을 토대로 학생들의 인식조사를 위해 설문조사법을 실시하였으며, 조사의 내용은 다음과 같다. 중국 5개 지역에서 대중음악 보컬을 전공하는 대학생 1000명을 대상으로 2021년 2월 10일부터 같은 해 6월 10일까지 웹 메일을 통해 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 설문의 분석을 위해 빈도 분석을 활용하였다. 이를 통해 ‘교육체계 보완의 필요성’, ‘중요 교과과목’, ‘실기과목의 결여’ 등의 요인이 도출 되었다. 둘째, 한・중 실용음악 보컬 교육의 교과과정을 분석하기 위해 양국의 실용음악 대표 10개 학교를 선정하고, 각 학교의 교수진과 커리큘럼을 비교・분석하였다. 이를 통해 양국 대학의 ‘교수자의 전공 일치성’, ‘실기과목 편성 비중’, ‘교과목의 목적성 결여’ 등 제한점을 도출하였다. 셋째, 보다 심도 있고 전문적인 해결방안의 모색을 위해 양국 10개 대학의 교・강사를 직접 혹은 간접(전화, 웹 메일)적으로 인터뷰하고, 이를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 ‘보컬 교육의 중요요인’, ‘보컬 교육의 한계점’, ‘교수자의 인식(실기 비중, 발전 방안)’등 심도 있는 의견을 수집하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 분석하여 언급된 빈도가 높은 요인을 도출하고 이를 토대로 중국 대학의 보컬 교육 발전에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커리큘럼의 비교는 한국의 실기 교과목 비중이 중국의 실기과목 비중 보다 33.32% 높았으며, 과목의 수와 종류도 많았다. 둘째, 중국의 실용음악 교수진은 대부분 성악 전공으로 졸업한 반면, 한국의 교수진은 상당수 실용음악 보컬 전공으로 졸업한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생의 설문조사와 교・강사 인터뷰를 통해 양측 모두 실기과목이 학생들의 전공 향상에 더 정적인 영향을 미친다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 3가지 분석을 통해서 검증된 중국 실용음악 보컬 교육의 개선 방향은 다음과 같다. 교육의 교육목표를 명확히 하고, 교육 체계를 강화해야 한다. 실기 과정을 추가 개설하여 교육 시스템을 재정비하며, 전공 특성에 맞는 인재를 등용해야 한다. 또한, 교육과정 측면에서 국내 실용음악학과의 전공에 따른 세분화가 이루어져야 한다. 즉, 학교마다 특성 있는 다양한 교과목이 개설되어야 하겠다. 이를 위해 각 대학의 실용음악 관련학과의 교과목 편성 현황과 교육 목표 그리고 교육 과정을 분석하여 실질적이고, 실용적인 교과과정을 부단히 제시하고 개선해야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 중국 대학의 보컬 교육 발전에 기여하고, 추후 관련된 연구의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.
