心性啓發訓練이 兒童의 自我受容 및 他人受容에 미치는 效果

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the sensitivity training on children's self-acceptance and other-acceptance. The major problems to be solved in the study were if there were any positive changes the experimental group subjects' self-acceptance and other-acceptance after sensitivity training. The experimental group who received sensitivity training for 24 hours were 6th grade 40 elementary students in Pusan city. The control group which received no treatment consisted of another 40 children. The instruments were Phillips's Self-Acceptance Scale, Fey's Other-Acceptance Scale and achievement test scores. The t-test were applied to test the differences between pre- and post-test. the conclusions according to the results and the discussions of this study were as follows : 1. The sensitivity training is effective for increasing children's self-acceptance and other-acceptance. Therefore, the sensitivity training is considered to be a useful device for increasing self-acceptance of the children. 2. There is no effect of sex difference on the levels of self-acceptance and other-acceptance. 3. Students who were low in terms of the academic achievement level showed increased other-acceptance after the training.
