KS 표시 인증이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 = (The) Positive Research on the Effect of KS Certificate on the Enterprise Management Performance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라의 대표적인 인증제도로는 1961년 9월 30일 산업표준화법이 계정 되어 KS 표시 허가 제도를 도입 42여 년 동안 시행되어 온 KS 표시 인증 제도를 들 수 있다.
KS 표시 인증 재도는 한축산업규격(Korean Industrial Standards) 수준 이상의 제품을 소비자가 요구하는 품질의 제품을 적정한 가격으로 공급함으로써 소비자가 안전 및 환경을 보호하고 국민경제 발전에 이바지하고자 운영하는 제도이다.
본 연구에서는 우리나라 KS 표시 인증을 획득한 중소기업을 중심으로 KS 표시 인증의 실질적적인 효과를 다양한 측면에서 고찰하고, 또한 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 실증적인 접근방법을 이용하여 연구하고, 궁극적으로는 KS 표시 인증이 기업발전에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 조사 연구 및 방법으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, 설문조사의 주요 내용은 조사업체의 일반현황, KS 표시 인증 효과, KS 규격의 적정성, 품질경영시스템의 운영상태 및 성영성과 등의 5부문으로 나누어 접근하였고, 연구 내용으로는 설문지의 항목별 응답현황을 1차적으로 분석하였으며, KS 표시 인증 효과에 대한 의미 있는 내용을 정리하면서 KS 규격의 적정성과 품질경영시스템의 운영상태 등을 포함시켰다. 이와 함께 KS 표시 인증 이후의 기업정영성과를 5가지 관점에서 종합하여 유의성을 확인하였으며, 이들을 중합하여 최종 결론을 도출하는 함식으로 접근하였다.
연구 결과를 요약하면
첫째, KS 표시 인증은 기업의 생산성 향상에 충분히 기여하고 있는 것으로 파악되었으며, 특히 기업의 규모가 100인 이상인 기업에서 그 효과가 크게 나타나고 있었다.
둘째, 인증품목이 완제품인 경우 KS 표시 인증제도는 제품의 품질 향상에 상당한 기여를 하고 있는 것으로 분석이었다.
셋째, 소재를 생산하는 업체를 제외한 모든 KS 표시 인중 기업에서는 인증 품목과 관련된 KS규격을 적극적으로 활용하고 있었다.
넷째, KS 표시 인증 기입의 인중 품목이 완제품 성격을 띠고 있는 경우 경영방침의 설정과정에 제조물책임을 충분히 고려하고 있었다.
다섯째, 화학과 토건업종의 KS 표시 인증 기업에서는 분임조 활동과 제안활동을 제도적으로 적극격인 지원을 하고 있었다.
또한 본 연구에서 중요한 과제로 삼고 있었던 KS 표시 인증의 기업경영성과에 대한 기여 정도를 분석한 결과, 기업경영성과 지표 중 생산성측면에서만 유의한 결과를 보이고 있었다. 즉, KS 표시 인증시점과 일정기간 이후의 기업의 생산성에는 차이가 있으며, KS 표시 인증이 해방 기업의 생산성을 제고하는데 대단히 유효한 수단이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is the KS marks certification system that has been used typically for about 42 years since the industrial standardization law was made on the thirtieth, September in 1961.
Through this system, we can provide Korean Industrial Standard products as proper prices for customers so that we can protect their safety and environment and help develop national economy.
We study this using a positive approach method to find out practical effects of this system and influence on companies' management among the small and medium enterprises. And finally we want to seek some ways to help these companies.
Questionnaire has been used for this study and there has been five parts in this research like these; general situations of companies, effects of KS marks certification system, appropriateness of KS standard, management condition and results of quality management system. About study, we analyzed each answers of questionnaires firstly. Next, we summarized meaningful results about KS marks certification. Also we included appropriateness of KS standard and management condition and results of quality management system. Through this study, we figured out that companies' management results were related to KS marks certification distinctly.
Summarizing the results of this study,
First, KS marks certification increased the productivity of companies and we were able to see enormous effects among the companies which had over 100 employees especially.
Secondly, KS marks certification system helped the quality improvement of completed products.
Thirdly, All KS marked certification companies used KS standard actively except material companies.
Fourthly, All KS marked certification companies considered responsibility for manufactures thoroughly.
Fifthly, chemistry and construction KS marked certification companies supported group works and suggestion activities actively.
Also about contribution rate which we counted, we could find out significant results only in productivity among company's management gains. Namely, KS marks certification system was very efficient way for companies to increase their productivity.
Of course, there are some limitations in this research. First, it has been researched only in Gyung-gi province and used a small number of sheets as samples. So we need more researches which are enlarged for checking KS marks certification system introduction effects.
