兒童의 스포츠 參與가 社會關係性向에 미치는 影響 = (The) Influence on Sociometric Disposition to Sport Participation of Elementary School Children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of participations in sport on sociometric disposition among elementary school children. In order to meet this purpose, the following four research questions were analyzed and these were : 1) relationship between sport participation and sociometric disposition 2) relationship between sport participation item and sociometric disposition 3) relationship between sport participation degree and sociometric disposition 4) relationship between sport participation mode and sociometric disposition
The subjects in this study were 700(350 male; 350 female) 6th grade elementary school children who lived in Pusan-city. The data collected from questionnaire designed for this study were consisted of likert 5-degree choice responses to items constructed to represent each variable. Statistics employed for data analyses were ANCOVA, multiple classification analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. An IBM personal computer with SPSS 8.0 was used for the calculation. A significant level of p＜.05 was used for all the statistical test.
From the above, the findings of this study were as follows;
1) The experienced of sport participation among elementary school children had a positive effects on sociometric disposition.
2) Participants in team sports had a positive effect on the society, participants in individual sports had a positive effect on the sympa thy and acceptability. But there was not meaningful difference in sport participation item(individual, dual, team sports).
3) There was meaningful significant causal relationship between parti cipation frequency and sociometric disposition, but there was not meaningful significant causal relationship between participation duration·intensity and sociometric disposition.
4) Participation mode in sports, behavioral involvement had a positive effect on the society·goodwill and cognitive involvement had a positive effect on sympathy·acceptability·society, affective involve ment had a positive effect on the sympathy . society.
