중·고등학교 남학생의 컴퓨터 음란물 접촉과 성비행의 관계에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on Relationship Between Computer Contacts and Sexual Misconduct of High School Boys

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보화 사회로 접어들면서 청소년들에게 유해한 컴퓨터 음란물로 인한 잘못된 성지식을 갖게 되고, 사회문제를 일으키게 되는 역기능을 갖게 되었다. 본 연구는 음란물이라고 인식되는 것들이 남학생들의 성비행에 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는지와 가정환경과 컴퓨터 음란물 접촉과 성비행간의 관계를 알아 보고자 한다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 학생들의 음란물 접촉을 조사한 결과, 학생들이 가장 많이 접촉한 컴퓨터 음란물을 보면, 음란 동영상이 가장 많이 접촉한 것으로 나타났으며, 본적 없다는 응답도 나타났으며, 계열에 따라서는 실업계의 접촉경험이 더 많았고, 지역에 따라서는 시 지역 학생의 경우 음란물 접촉경험이 더 많았다.
둘째, 학생들의 성태도를 조사한 결과, 학교급에 따른 성 태도는 고등학생이 중학생보다 음란물을 보고 난 후의 부정적인 성반응이 더 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 계열에 따른 성태도는 인문계가 실업계에 비해 다소 높았지만 유의한 차이는 아니었다.
지역에 따른 성태도는 시지역이 읍면지역보다 성태도 즉, 음란물을 보고 난 후의 부정적인 반응이 많은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 학생들의 음란물 접촉과 성비행간의 상관성이 있는가를 알아본 결과, 음란물 접촉빈도와 성비행, 음란물 접촉 시간과 성비행, 음란물을 찾기 위한 노력과 성비행간에는 유의한 정적의 상관이 있었으며, 음란물 접촉빈도가 많을수록, 접촉 시간이 많을수록, 음란물을 찾기 위한 노력을 많이 할 수록 성비행이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 학생들의 가정환경에서 외적 요소인 가정 월수입, 한달 용돈 등의 경제적 측면과 부모관련 사항인 부모의 학력과 음란물 접촉과의 상관성을 알아본 결과, 가정의 월 수입은 음란물 접촉시간, 음란물을 찾기 위한 노력과 유의한 정적인 상관을 보여 월수입이 많은 가정의 학생일수록 음란물의 접촉시간이 많고, 음란물을 찾기 위한 노력을 많이 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
다섯째, 학생들의 가정환경 중 외적 요소인 가정 월수입, 한달 용돈 등의 경제적 측면과 부모관련 사항인 부모의 학력과 성비행과의 상관성을 알아본 결과, 성비행은 가정의 월수입, 부모의 학력과는 유의한 상관을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 한달 용돈과는 유의한 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나, 용돈이 많은 학생일수록 성비행의 빈도가 많은 것을 알 수 있었다.
결론적으로, 최근 무차별적으로 배포되는 음란물이 청소년에게 미치는 정신적 폐해는 대단히 크다. 청소년들의 호기심이나 흥미를 위해 음란물에 접촉하는 것을 차단하고, 유해성으로부터 보호하기 위해서 몇 가지, 제언하고자 한다.
첫째, 청소년들의 여가시간을 활용할 수 있는 시설과, 스포츠 프로그램 흑은 동아리 활동의 적극적 지원과 권장이 필요하다. 그러기 위해서는 국가나 지방자치단체의 적극적인 지원이 절실하다.
둘째, 초등학교부터 고둥학교 연결되는 충분한 성교육이 교육과정으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 자칫 왜곡될 수 있는 성가치관으로 범죄에 노출될 수 있고, 아울러서 건전한 심신으로 건강하게 생활할 수 있는 체계적인 성교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
셋째, 컴퓨터 음란물 접촉의 폐해를 학교 및 언론을 통해서 적극적인 학부모 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
넷째, 학생들의 가정환경에서 용돈을 많이 받는 학생과 가정의 월수입이 많은 학생이 음란물 접촉시간이 많고, 음란물을 찾기 위한 노력을 많이 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 용돈과 유의한 정적인 상관을 보이므로 지나치게 많은 용돈은 성비행의 빈도가 높다는 것을 나타나듯이, 필요 이상의 용돈이 학생들에게 나쁜 영향을 주므로, 적당한 용돈을 주는 것이 바람직 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Information-oriented society has an adverse effect on teenagers. They acquire incorrect sexual information by being exposed to hazardous, indecent materials on the computer, and various social problems take place. The purpose of this study was to examine how indecent online materials affected the sexual delinquency of boy students and how their family environments, contact with obscene online materials and sexual delinquency were related 13 one another.
The major findings of the study were as follows:
First as for their access to indecent materials, the students investigated were most widely exposed to obscene animations, and some of them didn't ever see them. By academic field of school, the business school students had more experiences ta have access to then By geographic region, the rural dwellers had more such experiences.
Second, regarding their attitude toward sex, the high school students responded more negatively to indecent materials than the middle school students did. By academic field of school, the regular school students showed more negative reaction than the business school students did, but the gap between the two was insignificant.
By geographic region the urban residents reacted more negatively than the rural dwellers.
Third, concerning correlation between contact with indecent materials and sexual delinquency, there was a significantly positive correlational relationship between contact frequencv and sexual delinquency, between contact time and sexual delinquency, and between efforts of looking for obscene materials and sexual delinquency. Sexual delinquency was more committed by those who had access to indecent materials more often, for more time, and put more efforts into looking for them.
Fourth, as to the correlation of contact with indecent materials to external, financial family environments, including monthly family income and monthly allowances, and ta the educational level of their parents, monthly family income had significantly positive correlation to contact time and effort of looking for indecent materials, as those whose families earned larger income spent more time viewing indecent materials and put more efforts fa look for them.
Fifth, regarding the correlation of sexual delinquency to the external, financial family environments, including monthly family income and monthly allowances, and to the educational level of their parents, sexual delinquency wasn't significantly correlated to monthly family income and the educational background of their parents, but that had significantly positive correlation ta monthly allowances. Namely, those who had more allowances committed sexual delinquen챠es more frequently.
In conclusion, the indiscreet spread of indecent materials has a tremendous adverse impact on teenagers, and there are some suggestions about how to let them stay away from obscene materials and protect them from their harmful effects:
First it's required to install leisure facilities, prepare sports programs and boost club activities, and adolescents also should be encouraged to take advantage of their free time, enjoy sports or participate in club activities. To make it happen, the central and local governments should provide full-scale support.
Second, sequential sex education should be offered in elementary and secondary schools as part of curricula. As distorted sexual values are likely to result in making adolescents commit a crime, systematic sex education should be conducted to let them lead a healthier life.
Third, parent education should be provided by school and massmedia so that they could be informed about the hazardous impact of indecent online materials.
Fourth, it's found that those who had more allowances and whose families earned larger monthly income gained access to obscene materials for more time and put more efforts into looking for them. Thus, sexual delinquency had significantly positive correlation to allowances, as excessive allowances led to higher sexual delinquency frequency. As excessive allowances exercised a negative influence on the students, it's advisable to give them a proper amount of allowances.
