현장실습 교육 활성화를 위한 학교기업 도입과 운영방안에 관한 연구 : 공업계 고등학교를 중심으로 = Introduction of the SBE and Its Operation for the Improvement of Field Professional Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of professional education is accomplished by training and supplying the talented persons who are necessary on industrious field. The talented person who is required on industrious field is realized by the school education through the acquisition of the knowledge, technology and industrial split. The cooperation between industry and school could be required in professional education, which is common in many developed countries.
This paper studies to analyze and apply the school based enterprise (SBE) program for the good professional education with the cooperation between industry and school. For the establishment of the SBE program in Korean technical high school, the followings would be suggested and reviewed.
First, the awareness of the SBE programs should be enhanced by various training and by public information.
Second, the proprietor of the SBE is the teachers and students. Common awareness of the SBE is required to them.
Third, the SBE programs should be developed by linking with the educational curriculum.
Fourth, students and teachers who participate in operating the SBE programs must be given proper incentives and must be supported by system. The students must take part in whole course.
Fifth, in operating of the SBE programs, all of the main subject teachers and theoretical teachers are required to participate in the SBE programs. Teachers who are participate in the SBE programs must be trained with properly educational institutions.
Finally, if the SBE programs are introduced and applied at Korea technical high school, there could be much more benefits for students to get a job and feel a sense of accomplishment.
