The life of a single person is made in the relationship with another single one. Schmidt and Sermat(1983) classified the territories of personal relationship in living into the blood relationship, the family relationship based on its love, the sexual relationship based on hetero-sexuality and romantic relationship, the social relationship based on friendship, school ties, regional relations, faith, hobby, personality, etc. and the professional relationship based on work, study, ideas and worth realization. In this way, human beings have experienced all kinds of life like such as conflicts and pain, pleasure and happiness, satisfying desires, self-expressions through the personal relationship in various territories. By Schutz(1958), all people have the desires for the personal relationship in three types; their positions, control, affection, and they are likely to form a stable personality if the desires have maintained in the state of equilibrium. When the desires are sufficient, they can develop their worth, ability and self-reliance(Lee Hyeong-deuk, 1982). And also, human beings have the character of mutual dependence as Thurman(1971) indicated. Human cant overlook the relationship with others in life. In this respect, the human relationship accounts for its innate aspect and essential truth(Buber, 1965). Therefore, the efficient and mature relationship can expect good growth and development in its maintenance and formation.
The beneficially personal relationship is also needed for students to adopt in sound school life. They live by making the complicated relationship with their parents, classmates, seniors and juniors, the other sex, teachers at school or home day after day. There are some cases that many students refuse to attend school because of their impossibility of settling pertinently the conflicts with their teachers or classmates and some students suffer the mental anguish through physical and psychological molest. Finally, these conflicts in personal relationship can threaten school life and work, which leads to even suicide.
The purpose of this study was to find the improvement plan in the home life and the school life for middle school students by understanding the parents attitude toward bringing up, the communication with parents, the personal faith and skill, the ability of meeting situation, the behavior types of personal relationship, the degree of satisfaction with personal relationship related to the personal relationship based on the studies related to parents & children relationship and personal relationship skill.
The subjects in this study are suggested as follows.
1. What influence is made in the parents attitude toward bringing up perceived by middle school students on the personal relationship skill?

1-2 What influence is made in the parents attitude toward bringing up perceived by middle school students on the behavior types of the personal relationship?
1-3 What influence is made in the parents attitude toward bringing up perceived by middle school students on the faith in the personal relationship?
2. What influence is made in the communication types with parents perceived by middle school students on the personal relationship skill?
2-1 What influence is made in the communication types with parents perceived by middle school students on the degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship?
2-2 What influence is made in the communication types with parents perceived by middle school students on the behavior types of the personal relationship?
2-3 What influence is made in the communication types with parents perceived by middle school students on the faith in the personal relationship?
This study included 395 middle school students in the first, the second and the third grade located in Seoul, and 373 questionnaires in total were included in data excepting the insufficiency one of them.
For the attitude of parents bringing up perceived, PBI (The Parent Bonding Instrument: Parker et al., 1979) is used for the means of this study, and communication tools were developed by Parker, Tupling & Brown(1979), Kim Gil-an(2001) modified the questionnaires in present tense type for this study with survey tools amended by Carson(1987). For the personal skill, the degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship, the behavior types of the personal relationship and the faith in the personal relationship, the tools developed by Kim Gi-jeong & Gwon Oh-jeong(2000) and modified and supplemented by Choi Mi-hye(2002) were used for this study.
The collected data were analyzed through the statistic program, SPSS win 10.0 and were as follows.
First, the Cronbachs ∝was calculated to find the authenticity of measuring tools used for this study, and frequency and percentage were calculated to find the general characters of the subjects in this study.
Second, the minimum value, the maximum value, an average, standard deviation were calculated to find the general tendency in the parents attitude toward bringing up, the communication with parents, the personal relationship skill, the degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship, the behavior types of the personal relationship and the faith in the personal relationship.
Third, a correlation was put in operation to find the relations of the parents attitude toward bringing up, the communication with parents, the personal relationship skill, the degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship, the behavior types of the personal relationship and the faith in the personal relationship, and a multiple regression analysis was used for inspecting the relative influence of them.
The results of this study by subjects are as follows:
First, the influence of the attitude of parents bringing up perceived by middle school students on the personal relationship skill in the subjects of the this study appeared low in weakness of the personal relationship as the attitude is on side of taking care of their children with the attitude of nursing oriented bringing-up. The degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship turned out to be high to recognize as the attitude is on the side of taking care of their children, and for the behavior types of it, there is a significant difference only in the negligence type, the utility type, the playing type. In the mothers attitude toward bringing up, as the nursing attitude was lower, non-efficient and non-productive personal behaviors such as negligence type, utility type, and merry-making type were revealed in the personal behavior type. The power of influence on the personal relationship faith accounted for their irrational way of thinking as mothers nursing attitude was lower.
Second, for the power of influence that communication type of middle students parents had on the personal skill, the weakness of childrens personal skill was low with parents open communication type. For the degree of satisfaction in the personal relationship, the children’s affirmative emotion satisfaction in the personal relationship appeared high with their mothers open communication type, while their negative emotion satisfaction was high with their fathers troubled communication type. And in case of mothers open communication type, the degree of satisfaction in the personal relationship appeared to be perceived high, and there was significant difference only in utility type, alienation type, antagonistic type.
As parents communication was far from open type, non-efficient and non-productive behavior appeared in the utility type personal relationship. Also, in case that fathers type was open, but not troubled, the alienation typed personal relationship was revealed. With fathers less open communication type, the antagonistic typed behavior type appeared. In this regard, the influence on the personal relationship accounts for and irrational way of thinking and cognitive distort in the personal faith with fathers troubled type.
In the results of this study indicated that the weakness of the personal relationship is low, and an affirmative emotion is built up, and the degree of satisfaction with the personal relationship is high according to that the parents attitude toward bringing up is on the side of taking care of their children and the communication with parents is open-hearted, and with parents lower nursing attitude and less open communication, the children behavior showed non-efficient and non-productive behavior like utility type, alienation type, and antagonistic type in the personal relationship. Therefore, parents need to search for their own form of feeling and take their positive nursing attitude, and furthermore, it is necessary to develop the personal relationship skill program for childrens sound life.
