도농교류 체험학습의 발전방안에 관한 연구 = (A) study on strategies for developing the experience learning program through city-rural interchange

An efficiency-oriented paradigm that had dominated in the twenty century has been gradually faded and a new paradigm emphasizing sustainability in agricultural and rural development including environmentally friendly agriculture becomes dominant.
Learning Program through city-rural interchange has been carried into effect from 1990s.
The purpose of this study is to develop strategies of the experience learning program through city-rural interchange.
The questionnaire of Likert scale is used to measure the levels of satisfaction of the experience learning program through city-rural interchange. In addition, it's problems and improvements were invesigated. The investigation results were analyzed using a statistical analysis package SPSS 10.1 for Windows.
This thesis suggested alternative ideas as follows:
· the hightening of understanding at the experience learning program through city-rural interchange.
· the enlargement of its sphere
· the betterment of experience learning programms
· cultivating their specialists
· improving of progress programms and enforcing of kindness education
· the betterment of its training facilities
· developing of rural foodstuffs
· furthering of publicity activities, marketing and information system
· constructing of regional communities
· building up the administrative supporting systems
· introducing evaluation system
· improving supporting policies and institutions.
