체육교사의 이미지가 체육수업만족도에 미치는 영향 = (A) study on the influence of an image of a physical education teacher on a degree of satisfaction in class

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중학생들의 체육수업만족도를 높이기 위한 방안의 하나로서 학생들이 인식하는 체육교사의 이미지 요인이 체육수업만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 따라서, 편의추출법을 사용하여 표집된 경기도 고양시 소재의 고등학교 1학년에 재학중인 학생 535명에게 설문지를 배부하였고, 그 중 528부의 설문지가 본 연구에 실질적으로 사용되었다.연구를 위한 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도분석(frequency), 요인분석(factor analysis), 독립표본 t-검정(independent t-test), 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 통해 얻어진 연구결과는 다음과 같다.1. 본 연구에서는 연구대상자들의 성별, 학년, 체육교과성적에 따른 체육수업만족도 및 세부 만족도 요인의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 모든 만족도 요인에서 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있고, 전체적으로 남학생이 여학생보다 모든 요인에서 더 민감한 것을 나타났다. 학년에 따른 결과는 수업의 자유로움과 사회성 함양 만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 체육성적에 따른 결과는 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이고 성적이 상인 학생들이 더 민감한 것으로 나타났다.2. 본 연구에서는 체육교사의 이미지 요인이 세부 만족도 요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 건강유지에서는 학습지도, 인간관계 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성취감에서는 개인특성, 학습지도, 생활지도 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수업의 용이성에서는 개인특성, 학습지도 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수업의 자유로움에서는 학습지도, 인간관계 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회성 함양에서는 학습지도, 인간관계 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 평가의 만족에서는 개인특성, 학습지도 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 각 세부 만족도에서 학습지도 이미지가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.3. 본 연구에서는 체육교사의 이미지가 체육수업만족도에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았으며, 체육교사의 이미지들 중 어떠한 이미지가 체육수업만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 체육수업만족도에는 학습지도 이미지와 인간관계 이미지가 유의적인 영향을 미치며, 그 중 학습지도 이미지가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study the influence of an image of a physical education teacher on the defree of satisfaction in a physical class was investigated. Randomsampling was used and question-papers were distributed to 535 first-yearstudents in a high school in Goyang-si, Gyunggi-do. 528 papers were actuallyanalysed in this study. SPSS 12.0 was used for statististical analysis. Followingis the results derived from frequency analysis, factor analysis, independentt-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.1. The degree of satisfaction in a physical class and the different effectsbetween specific satisfaction items were investigated according to age, gradeand record. All satisfaction items were statistically significant and male studentswere more susceptible to all items than female students. There was statisticalsignificance in a feeling of freedom in class and in sociality cultivation interms of grade. All items were statistically significant in terms of physical- 79 -records and students of high records were more susceptible.2. The influence of an image of a physical education teacher on the specificsatisfaction items was investigated. The image of teaching guidance and humanrelations influenced on the maintenance of health significantly. The image ofpersonal characteristics, teaching guidance and class guidance influenced on afeeling of accomplishment and easiness of class. Teaching guidance and humanrelations had statistical significance in the degree of freedom of class and thesociality cultivation. Personal characteristics and the image of teaching guidancehad an influence on a feeling of satisfaction in evaluation. Totally the image ofteaching guidance had greater effects on the specific satisfaction degree.3. The influence of an image of a physical eduction teacher on a feeling ofsatisfaction in class and the kind of image which has a greater effect wasinvestigated. As a result, the image of teaching guidance and human relationshad statistical significance and especially that of teaching guidance was moresignificant.
