초등학생의 불안과 우울에 대한 동적 가족화 반응 특성 분석 = Reaction Qualities analysis of Kinetic Famaily Drawing to elementaly school student's anxiety depression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년의 불안과 우울 증상을 동적 가족화 반응을 통해 판별해 낼 수 있을 것인지를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며 이를 위해 아동의 불안 수준과 우울 수준이 동적 가족화에서 어떻게 투사되어 나타나는지를 질문지를 통한 불안, 우울검사 그리고 동적 가족화 검사를 병행해서 그 특징을 비교함으로써 알아보았다.
검사는 여수 시내 초등학생 5-6학년 298명을 대상으로 하였으며 검사 도구로는 불안 검사 (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory: STAI-Ⅱ), 아동용 우울 검사(Children's Depression Inventory : CDI)와 동적 가족화(Kinetic Family Drawing)를 실시하여 추출된 자료를 분석하였다.
그 결과 우울 수준이 높은 아동일수록 부와 모가 긍정적이지 못하고 부정적인 요소를 포함하고 있는 행동을 하는 모습으로 표현하는 경향이 짙으며 객관적, 주관적으로 자기뿐 아니라 가족 간의 고립이 가장 두드러지고 있다. 부모의 얼굴을 그릴 때 이목구비를 생략하는 경우가 많으며 찡그리거나 화난 얼굴 표정을 그려낸다. 또한 부와 모의 팔길이가 우울감이나 불안감이 없는 아동에 비해 길게 그렸다. 상의 방향이 정면보다는 측면이나 뒷모습을 향하고 있고, 그림 속의 자신이나 가족은 흥미나 에너지가 없이 무기력하고 무능한 모습으로 표현되고 있다. 상의 배치에 있어서는 위쪽과 왼쪽으로 치우치고 있으며 의미 없는 여백을 많이 남기고 있다. 전체적인 상의 크기뿐 아니라 특히, 자기 상을 작게 그리며 그림의 요소들이 조화롭지 못하게 표현된다. 선의 형태 또한 조잡하거나 겹쳐서 표현되고 있다. 선의 묘사가 자신 있지 못하고 자잘한 선으로 겹쳐 그리기도 한다.
위 결과에 나타난 불안과 우울 아동의 표현 특성은 동적 가족화 표현을 통해 불안과 우울을 공통적으로 진단할 수 있는 실마리를 제공하였다. 동적가족화를 통해 불안이나 우울로 심리를 명확히 구분하여 진단할 수는 없으나, 불안이나 우울 증상이 동적 가족화에도 나타남이 증명되었다. 그리고, 위와 같은 표현을 한 아동은 일단은 불안이나 우울 증세를 의심해 볼 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 다른 심리 진단 도구를 이용하여 불안, 우울을 진단할 수 있는 자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study finds out whether it is with what can have distinguished a depression symptom from fear of a elementary school's upper grade through a examination of a Kinetic Family Drawing. Therefore, this recognizes how a Anxiety level and a Children's Depression level of a child are projected in Kinetic Family Drawing. And it compares the feature with it examined. It was in parallel with questionnaire a Anxiety, Children's Depressio and Children's Depression Inventory at the same time.
The inventory targeted elementary school's 5-6 grade in Yosu. An inspection tool is State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI-Ⅱ, Children's Depression Inventor. And it analyzed the data which is extracted in CDI and Kinetic Family Drawing.
As a result, If he has a high depression level that his parents is negative. and this is expressing an acting figure including a negative element. Objectivity, only oneself the bay knows the isolation of family for is prominent subjectively most. When drawing the face of the parents, the case which omits the ear, neck, mouse and nose. and he draws an anger difficulty facial expression. Also It drew arms of the parents long. The direction of form is the front compared to toward the side or the appearance from behind, oneself or the family of picture inside the interest or energy being enervated without, is expressed with the features which is disablement. and arrangement of form is located with upper direction, and the left side and it leaves the meaningless margin plentifully. It draws the whole form and oneself small, the element of the picture does not harmonize. It will decrease form also it is rough or it piles up. The depiction of line is not a confidence and it piles up with small line.
The expression of Anxiety and Children's Depression will be able to diagnose with a Kinetic Family Drawing. A Kinetic Family Drawing not diagnose division of Anxiety and Children's Depression. but it proved expression one. With above same expressed the child is a possibility of trying to suspect an insecurity or a dejection. Also it will be able to treat the Trait Anxiety and Children's Depression with different method.
