總體的 文化 公演 使役을 통한 效果的인 宣敎 戰略 硏究 : 榮光 敎會 '쉐키나 미니스트리' 事例를 中心으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

문화를 통한 선교는 21세기에 가장 중요한 선교의 흐름으로 자리 잡고 있다.
문화를 통한 선교나 선교 연구가 활발하지 않는다면 21세기 다양하고 복잡한 문화 속에서 사는 선교지에서 현지의 사람들에게 선교의 효과를 기대하기가 쉽지 않다. 미리 포장된 복음만을 가지고는 민감한 타문화권 전도를 효과적으로 수행할 수 없다. 적극적으로 선교 대상 사람들과 사랑의 교제를 나누며, 그들의 사고 방식대로 헤아리고, 그들의 세계관을 이해하며, 그들의 문제에 귀기울이고, 그들의 무거운 짐을 함께 나누어질 때, 선교지에서 예수 그리스도의 복음이 들려지며 사역은 열매를 거둘 것이다.
사도 바울이 헬라인에게는 헬라인에게 히브리인에게는 히브리인에게 연약한 자에게는 연약한 자에게의 다양한 선교전략을 선택을 했던 것처럼 이 시대에 적합한 가장 효과적인 전략들이 개발되고 활발하게 진행되어야 할 것이다
본 논문에서는 문화를 통한 다양한 선교 전략과 프로그램 가운데 하나로서 문화 공연 사역을 제시하고자 한다. 이 공연은 전문 예술단체의 공연이 아니고 영광교회 부설 한국 21세기 예술원의 사역 내용을 총체적 형식의 문화 공연 사역을 검토하고자 한다.
한국 21세기 예술원의 '쉐키나 미니스트리' 사역을 다년간 해오면서 이것이 선교 현장에서 갖는 가치들을 세가지 관점에서 검토하여 보았다.
첫째는 사역의 방법적인 측면에서 문화적 커뮤니케이션으로서의 접촉점과 총체성의 구현 방법들이다.
둘째는 사역 주체의 관점에서 평신도 전문인 활성화를 통한 전신자 선교사주의의 측면이다.
세째는 목적의 관점에서 ‘쉐키나’라는 강력한 하나님의 임재와 감동이 매우 중요한 요소임을 발견하게 되었다.
각각에 대하여 먼저 이론적으로 살펴보고 그 당위성을 논증하고 설문 조사를 통하여 문화 사역 인식을 전반적으로 조사하고 그 전략적 가치를 논하고 세 가지 관점에서 실제 공연 사역자들과 공연을 보았던 사람들을 대상으로 그 내용을 분석해 보았다.
이 이론적 연구와 실제 사역 경험과 사역 내용에 대한 설문 조사를 통하여 총체적 문화 공연 사역이 선교 전략적으로 이 시대의 흐름에 맞게 매우 유용하며 발전시켜야 것임을 결론 맺는다. 향후에 보다 나은 확장된 사역을 위하여 몇가지 제언을 내놓는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Cultural missionary is becoming the most vital part of missionary trend in the 21st century.
If cultural missionary does not take place, or tends to loose its place in the missionary trends, then it is difficult to gain our goal in attaining effective missionary result from the targeted people, where they are exposed to multi-complex culture of the 21st century. With artificial devices of pre-packed gospels, it is impossible to deliver the messages in such sensitive nations.
Making intimate relations with targeted people, sharing the love, understanding their ways of life, willing to share their burdens of life; these effort will spread the words of our Jesus Christ, and harvest fruitful results of spreading His words.
The purpose of this paper is to present one of the cultural-exhibition-service out of various cultural missionary strategies and programs. Such performance is not carried out by professional performers but by people from an annex body of the 21st century Korean Artists, of Shekinah Christian Center.
Thus will be examined in this paper.
The value of the 21st century Korean Artists as 'Shekinah Missionaries' could be examined through the few years of missionary works, including the following three facets.
First, the method of approach is carrried out through cultural communication, which allows cultural contingency and embodies the wholeness of God's work.
Second, focusing on the main body of the missionary works, it activates and professionalizes the lay-believers, thus all parts of the church takes significant involvement in the missionary role of the church
Third, taking into account of the purpose, 'Shekinah' which refers to the overwhelming power of God's presence and the inspiration, was discovered to be an essential consistent in attaining the purpose.
Such three aspects shall be examined, their validity shall be proven, the cognition of the cultural-missionary work shall be researched by survey which was conducted in the light of the three aspects mentioned above.
Through the theoretical studies, the involvement in the missionary fields and the result of the survey, it has been proven that the embodiment of the culture-exhibition-missionary medium fulfills the current needs in the missionary strategies, which will further extend its benefits in providing useful guidelines in future missionary fields.
For further expansion in the works of God, a few suggestions shall be stated.
