대학생의 생활양식 전인건강 평가척도 타당화 = (A) Validation Study of Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle(WEL) in University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

심리 측정적 조건의 안정성을 인정받은 생활양식 전인건강 평가지(Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle: WEL; Sweeney ＆ Witmer, 1991; Witmer ＆ Sweeney, 1992)를 국내 대학생들에게도 적용할 수 있는지 고찰하고자 WEL를 대학생 대상 K-WEL로 번안하고 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 하였다. 이를 위해 예비연구에서 대학생 573명에게 K-WEL을 실시하고 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 서로 상관관계가 있는 일곱 요인이 추출되었다. K-WEL의 일곱 요인은 창조적 통제감, 여가, 우정과 사랑, 영성, 유머감각, 스트레스 관리 및 영양으로 명명하였다. K-WEL과 전인건강 지표들과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 595명의 대학생들에게 K-WEL과 더불어 삶의 질 척도, 생활만족도 척도, 사회적지지 척도, 내외통제성 척도, 신체적·심리적 건강 척도 및 대인관계 불안 척도를 함께 실시하였다. K-WEL 및 일곱 개 하위요인은 전반적으로 삶의 질, 생활만족, 내적통제 및 사회적지지와 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 신체적·심리적 문제와 대인관계 불안과는 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is investigate the validity of the Wellness Evaluation of Lifestyle(WEL) that is regarded its psychometric robustness. For this, the present study was conducted in two stages. At the first stage, The WEL was translated into Korean(K-WEL) and administered to 573 Korean university students. And the sample of subjects was factor analyses. Factor analyses of the K-WEL resulted seven interrelated factors, 1 implying 'sense of creative control', 2 'leisure', 3 'friendship and love', 4 'spirituality', 5 'sense of humor', 6 'stress management', 7 'nutrition'. At the second stage, seven factors of K-WEL administered to 595 Korean university students and compared with Happy-QOL Scale, Life satisfaction Scale, Social support Scale, Internal-External control Scale, Physical·Mental health Scale, and Interaction anxiousness Scale. Generally, Seven factors with the K-WEL correlated positively with 'subjective quality of life', 'life satisfaction', 'social support', and 'internal control', and correlated negatively with 'trouble of physical·mental health' and 'interaction anxiousness'.
